Best car buying experience ever!! I had a wonderful, seamless car buying experience at Lovering Volvo in Concord. My sales person, Thomas, was a pleasure to work with and super knowledgeable. He was very kind and took the time to show me everything I needed to know about the car. The finance manager, Karl was so great to work with as well. He was able to get me the perfect car and work within my budget. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and welcoming. The whole process was done very efficiently and they got me in and out of there in a timely manner (which I greatly appreciated bc I had my toddler with me!) I highly recommend this dealership!

This review is for Carrie Burrill. My wife and I just purchased a 2026 XC 40. The experience was outstanding with a very smooth process that was professional, detail oriented and thorough. I have purchased many cars over the years and typically have to spend countless hours going back and forth with the salesperson, salesmanager and even the GM. This time, it was just Carrie (she is sales and managment) and she was fair, honest and willing to meet me at a point that allowed both the dealership and myself to earn a solid transaction. No games, or creative spins, but rather just putting it together and making it work, quickly and easily. We picked up the car two days later, and everything went smooth. The delivery was perfect and Carrie even ensured that the app was installed on both our phones and working perfectly so we did not have to do anything other than enjoy driving the car home. If you want to buy a car without all the challenges of old school car sales, this dealership ran itself flawlessly and Carrie was the driving force. I love this car in all possible ways. Great performance and sophisticated style without being tacky and boisterous. This car makes commuting fun without sacrificing comfort.

As usual, a good experience. Setting appointment on-line is fast, and they look up your car to advise service based on mileage. On appointment day, I could drop off car early. They asked me if I wanted ride home (I was all set). They did the work, called me a couple hours later, made payment, with no glitches.

My 2020 Volvo S90 Inscription came loaded with every available option and I had the dealership install the Polestar software increasing the horsepower and tightening the suspension making this car an absolute joy to drive. The S90 replaced my 4-year old S550 and trumps the Benz in just about every category with the exception of price, perceived status, and cost of ownership and this is coming from someone who has owned no fewer than 19 M-B’s including 11 S and SL class. The S90 seems to be a rare bird and a well-kept secret as I see so few of them in Connecticut. I set out to purchase the new Genesis and even test drove a new 7-series, but when the dust settled, the S90 offered everything that I was looking for in a full size sedan with absolutely no compromise. No one can rival the comfort of a Volvo seat and when paired with the concert level Bowers and Wilkins sound system often finds me taking the long route home. It’s that nice!
