Purchased a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica from Ferman BMW and David Soto was our salesman. We had arranged to see and test drive online and were using Sams club program I did not plan on trading in as I had a good offer from Carvana. They were able to meet my requirement to trade in my vehicle. David was excellent, no pressure, calm and friendly. Business office was the same, no pressure and easy experience I will highly recommend Ferman based on this experience and David Soto as an excellent person to deal and buy from. Only issue we wish we had been told there was only one key/ fob to vehicle as now we must pay for a second key/ fob

The BMW 330i from 2017 is my favorite BMW it has just enough legroom for me and my family but what I do not like about it is that it does not have a moonroof and the CID screen is too small and there is not very much AC controls in the back.

Very nice upscale vehicle. Bought as a previously 2 yr leased auto, avoiding new car price and immediate depreciation. V-6 engine has no hesitation and quietness is excellent. My only two negatives are lack of storage for incidentals and a bit quirky audio that may reset from time to time ( must wait for it to go through a cycle). It has a mind of its own. Overall, excellent vehicle.

Bought a new Mustang awhile back. Great experience with Edwin Torres. Since then have used their service department for everything including all oil changes and I drive 35 miles each way to do so. Why. The treatment by everyone is 5 star every time. Recently had an issue that was resolved by staff that would have been a nightmare at a corporate owned dealership. Bill Currie cares about their customers, it's not just lip service. Highly recommend them. Sales and service.

My boyfriend bought his car from Carmax and it was a great experience. So when I needed a new car I looked at Carmax as well. They had everything I wanted but I thought I would get a better deal at a dealership... Boy was I wrong. Went to three different dealerships almost went through with a deal but they couldn't get me a good interest rate. It was so painful and awful I had decided to give up and just sink money into my current car and try again next year. I had an appointment at carmax the following Sunday and Dwyane called me to verify the time. I told him what happened the previous day and said I would be keeping my car because I needed a good rate and didn't want to be making crazy payments. He said, I hear you and totally understand, I'm happy to help you whenever you're ready. Just so you know when you are ready I have a good rate for you so I know we can find you something to make you happy. I was surprised because the other dealership said we couldn't get close to what I needed. Well folks, I'm in a new car, my payments aren't crazy and I have peace of mind. Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. Leased the car for looks new in 2021. Now 2023 with 28k miles. Perfect? No. Awful? Hardly. Many recalls but no maintenance issues whatsoever. Biggest complaint is the auto-start stop and that the electronics are quirky (pre-set destinations reset frequently) car is comfortable, quiet, quick, and get OK gas mileage (would assume better with 2.0 4cyl.) I often switch between this and a 2017 Honda Accord and to be honest I can't tell much of a difference other than noise and quickness. Will buy it off lease (got it before the residual values rose exponentially) and will keep it indefinitely.

I wanted a hatchback, always been a big fan so I have been looking on and off for a while and when Shift presented me with an Audi A3 Hatch, and it was a hybrid I jumped on it. Only thing that I regret is not finding one with Android Auto build in, if anyone has a recommendation to do that for cheap, let me know

If you are looking for a high end, preowned car, I would give Cartina a look. My 2992 Lexus 439 SC runs, handles and brakes like a new car and the price was reasonable. Best of all. Angela, the sales assistant was helpful, engaging, and a joy to do business with, I might come down there and buy another car just to see her. I drove my car 1000 miles home in 13 hrs, I am pleased with the car. VROOOOM

I drove a Golf TSI for years and absolutely loved it. Never wanted drive a different car as long as Iived. Then I had a kid(which is is tight with a golf) and someone pulled out in front of me and it got totalled. I took the money and upgraded to the Alltrack because its basically the same car with more room and AWD. Absolutely love it! Gas mileage is significantly lower than my Golf, but it still has some zip. The DSG transmission is like butter. Ill drive this car into the ground.

don’t pass on this dealership because they’re small, they are absolutely the definition of uncomplicated, straight forward auto sales. We bought a Jeep Patriot, we drove an hour and a half to get there because they had what we wanted and the owner Eric made us a deal we couldn’t refuse, the price was right and the service was delightful, when we were signing the paperwork he walked us through every step which put us at east since this was our first time purchasing a car together. The vehicle we bought is in perfect condition, clean, and has low miles.

We bought a used 2019 a month ago. I wasn't aware of these. As I researched a replacement for my wife's GMC Terrain, I learned about all of the bad CVT transmissions and oil burning engines in that class. Happened on a used Alltrack for sale at a dealer and as I researched the dsg transmission and looked up reviews - I was pretty excited by what I read. We have taken in on one 6-hour trip through the mountains and several 3-hour family visits. I love driving it. Probably my favorite car I have driven other than my old 2000 Volvo S70. It seems to be very well built. It is insanely quiet on the road and it has great acceleration. We travel with two kids and two dogs and it zips right up mountain passes, rarely cracking 3k rpm. I wish we had about 2 more inches in the trunk for our kennel, but it is a large space. I am anxious to try the AWD in some Montana snow this winter. Sadly its my wife's driver, but I get to drive it on trip!

The Hertz website gives you the full price of the car (fees and taxes included) which helped me compare the cost of cars at other dealerships. Jim at Hertz car sales was straightforward, honest, and fun to talk to. I never felt like I was being pressured to buy. A check engine light appeared on my car a day after purchasing it and their mechanic worked diligently to fix it. Overall, I highly recommend buying from them. Their listed prices may seem more expensive but their full prices are competitive as they charge lower fees than other dealerships.

Friendly, helpful people from the start. They reached out, scheduled a test drive quickly and I wound up buying the car. The experience felt mildly 'sales-y' but not nearly what I have felt in the past. They let me know my options, worked to get to the number I was comfortable with and did not try to oversell the options at the end. My only complaint is they could have been the first to point out the minor damages to the windshield but for I noticed them during the test drive but it was clearly in the Carfax report they provided. Overall a good experience.

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.
