I just helped a very dear senior friend of mine buy a car here, Subaru Outback Limited and explained to the salesman (Dan) that this transaction had to go very smooth without stress as I was out of state so my help was coming both to my friend and the dealership via phone and e-mail. I have to say that not only did they have the perfect car for my friend Cathy, but we were able to do 90% of the transaction prior to Cathy ever getting to the dealership. When Cathy arrived, her new car was all ready, they took in her trade, she signed docks and she was out the door and on her way back home in only about an hour! Cathy said she was treated extremely well by everyone involved at White Bear Lake Subaru and just loves her new car! I have a 2018 TourX which I bought new on the early months of 2019. At the date of this review, I have put only 20,000 miles on this car. I am not a connoisseur of high end cars, but I do know when a car is fun to drive, sporty and practical. I am getting the best bang for my bucks with this car. With limited production and stunted promotion from Buick I rarely see any on roads. It's a shame.

The last thing I wanted to do this year was buy a vehicle but HUGE thanks to Amber Genardi and Coon Rapids Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for making the experience THE BEST EVER! I have bought vehicles both new & used from various dealerships closer to my area and have never received as wonderful of service as I did from Amber. From the start she had my best interest in mind. She helped find a wonderful used option with every feature I wanted in my next vehicle. The service she provides made me feel no different than if I had walked in there to buy a brand new $60k vehicle! Not only did she sacrifice her time off to work with me around my schedule, she went above and beyond to make sure this vehicle would still be on the lot for me, since I was traveling nearly two hours to purchase a vehicle. To make the whole process even sweeter, Amber gave me an awesome gift basket! She did a wonderful job explaining the features of my new to me vehicle. Love this car. It’s drives well. I have owned for two years and it’s very reliable and affordable to maintain. It’s always fun to drive. Great cargo room. Great stereo and audio features. Great gas mileage. I really really love it. Best car ever. I have had outback’s, Prius, accords, civics, and carollos and this car is the best. So happy with it. I am waiting for a new fresher model to come out but not in a rush.

Worked with Helton Cerqueira in the purchase of a certified Tiguan, he patiently explained all the features on a variety of different models, my wife had dozens of questions and he went through them for her. No pressure, just letting the quality of the product sell itself.

Overall the car is good for commuting. The MPG is about 29-38 mpg averages. Takes 87-91 gas. The power is quick on start up but struggles at the higher speeds. MPG goes down of low 30s at faster freeway speeds. The car makes a weird mechanical noise at start up sounds like a vent or lever opening / closing and also another weird noise when the rear view camera opens and closes when put in reverse. I dash lights for air bag are always on in yellow and emergency lights in red. I cover with black tape case at night time these are annoying. The Day time light are always on which are annoying. It does cause a slight drain on battery and alternator. If you put your parking back on when stop the lights go off. Its a rough ride even with new tires. Its a low to ground so hard to get in and out of if your tall.

I've owned my 2018 Sportwagen S for two years now. Zero problems of any kind. I get 34 mpg in the city and it has all the room, power, and features I need or want. So far, the best car I've ever owned!

Bought my Crosstrek from the dealer, and have owned many cars, raced cars, built cars, and even owned my own auto repair shop. The 2013 was first year out, and yes it has improved over the years so I can't leave a 5-star review. The strong points for me have been reliability and looks. Secondary has been a 4cyl with great gas mileage, and decent performance. Interior noise is a little higher than an SUV like a 4Runner, sound system sucks, and Subaru probably should have mated it with a turbo, but overall it has been a great ride, and Subaru fixed many of these issues in later editions. The AWD is amazing in the rain! For those that have the oil consumption in later years, just add engine "restore", and the issue is solved. Replace your bearing w/ the backing plates, and you should be good to go for another 100K. For the first year out, Subaru did an amazing job.

Great all-around experience with Thomas Bady and Brookdale Chev! The service that I receive on both my Tahoe and Silverado is exemplary. I get free shuttle service to and from the shop and even receive reward points towards my service!!

This is one of the best vehicles I’ve owned. As a big fan of wagons, there are very few options in America, and this is certainly the best value out there. There were only two trim levels available, which means the base S model is really well equipped (heated seats, CarPlay, etc.). It’s a shame VW discontinued this model!

We are unabashed fans of station wagons built on sport sedan platforms, and we are distressed to see this best-of-all-worlds configuration disappearing from the US market, even though it remains deservedly popular in Europe. We bought a 2016 Sportwagen one year ago; our other car is a 2001 VW Passat wagon, which we plan to keep running as long as we reasonably can. The Sportwagen excels on fuel efficiency, handles very well, and offers more-than-adequate performance. Although it is almost as large outside as the Passat, it offers noticeably less usable cargo volume, albeit still sufficient for most purposes. Sideward and rearward visibility are better than average, but no match for the Passat wagon, which is almost unbeatable in this category. Styling is elegantly clean, simple, and timeless. We have had no problems yet, and we happily note that the engine has a generous 6 qt. oil capacity, versus the Passat's 3.7 qts., which I expand to 4.25 by using an oversized Mann oil filter. The larger oil capacity should reduce the incidence of infamous oil "sludge" (technically, baked-on coke). German cars offer a superb driving experience, but they need to be maintained fastidiously; they do not thrive on neglect the way a Toyota might.

We had a complex car purchase and Luther Used Car Company stood by their word that they thoroughly make sure that they are doing their best to sell decent used cars. We were excited to find a Honda CRV at this dealership. However, just a month after we purchased the car every dashboard light came on and the engine failed, which was very expensive. When we took it back to the dealership, they paid to put in a new used engine. While doing so, they also fixed other issues they found in the process. They said that they wanted to make sure we knew that they wouldn't knowingly sell us a bad car and although that unfortunately happened, they did make it right. We are very thankful that we chose to buy our used car at Luther Used Car Company and we hope to honor them with business in the future.

This car met all of my families needs. Easily fit all of our stuff for long trips to the beach or to the mountains to ski. Handles extremely well, fantastic gas mileage and genearlly very little upkeep is needed. 5 stars!

I've had my 2019 Bolt Premier for a month now and it's really a clever little vehicle. Nimble and fun to drive with lots of room (can fit two mt bikes in the back). Coming from a VW GTI I expected the Bolt to be a substantial step down, but it's not. Granted the GTI is leagues ahead in both interior and exterior build quality, but the Bolt is no slouch in terms of what a fun-sized EV hatch should be. With a low center of gravity, loads of "O" torque and a decent suspension, the Bolt doesn't embarrass itself while performing it's appointed tasks around town. Sure, the steering could benefit from taking a communications class and the brakes are less than linier but the single pedal driving dynamic is outstanding (I could seriously go on for a while regarding how intuitive the one pedal regen system is on the Bolt, kudos to GM for their work on this feature). The rest of the gripes about the Bolt (plastic interior, uncomfortable front seats, low res screens, odd styling) I think miss the mark regarding the sum of it's parts. At the end of the day, does the Bolt deliver a satisfying experience and leave you with a smile? Absolutely!

I drove a Golf TSI for years and absolutely loved it. Never wanted drive a different car as long as Iived. Then I had a kid(which is is tight with a golf) and someone pulled out in front of me and it got totalled. I took the money and upgraded to the Alltrack because its basically the same car with more room and AWD. Absolutely love it! Gas mileage is significantly lower than my Golf, but it still has some zip. The DSG transmission is like butter. Ill drive this car into the ground.

This was my 1st experience with CarMax and I have absolutely nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about the entire process. My 2018 Traverse is large enough that I (6'2") can get into and out of it with no problem. If I put the 2nd row of seats down, I can stretch out with room to spare. Averaged 29mpg on a 1400 mile trip in Sept. Has more power and better mpg than my 2012 did. If I get another car, it will once again be a Traverse if it is still available.

This is my second Mini and I didn't know if I would love the Clubman S more than my old Countryman, but I absolutely made the right call getting the Clubman. It handles so well, is so peppy, and comfortable. I don't know if I can ever drive another car other than a Clubman! I honestly have nothing negative to say and I have been driving this car for just over 1 year.

I have bought a car from them for my daughter. The car wouldn't accept gas Bob told me to take it to their mechanics their mechanics found some stuff that was wrong with it and Bob took care of me as I was his own family. Really really really appreciate the honesty and how they took care of me and my kids.

Bought our first XC70, a 2006 AWD with 185,000 miles. Now with 265,000, only routine maintenance and rear axle control unit repair. Got our second XC70, a 2016 FWD with with 180,000. Now has 203,000, and we pull a 3300# camping trailer with it. Again only routine maintenance. Neither of these cars burns any synthetic engine oil between 5,000 mile changes. I also drain and refill the transmission sump at the same time. I fully expect these cars to last to 300,000 and beyond. These cars are a perfect combination of safety, comfort, durability, style and power. After going airborne and inverted at 55 in an 82 240 wagon--the victims of an idiot--we were delighted to have survived with only whiplash injuries. The roof stayed right there. Equally delighted and impressed that the president of Volvo called the house thanking me for my letter and photos of the aftermath. He explained why they use the steel they do in roof frames. We've driven only Volvos since 1984, and will never drive anything else. We have five in our family.
