The 2016 Subaru Outback is the first car I'd ever bought brand new, and I haven't been disappointed since it was purchased 7 years ago. It's very reliable, fun to drive, easy on gas, easy on maintenance and easy on the eyes. Will do it all over again when I make my next Subaru purchase!

I bought used in 2023 a 2015 premium with 214k miles. I drove it 6k miles and only replaced the CV axle, this isn't impressive sounding but it was going through constant , aggressive off reading due to the rough road conditions I had to use because I live in the rocky mountains. I got in a rollover a 60 mph and I had no injuries, airbags kept me safe. Fuel economy was dismal with 21 in the city and 24 in the highway, safety and reliability are top tier, power was surprisingly adequate, the Bluetooth was appreciated and all the safety tech and other tech was very useable and helpful and accurate. Love the car would buy it again if I had the chance

Brandon at Cox & Company made this buying experience great. We bought from him a Mercedes E Wagon for our move from coastal Maine to Florida 1800 miles away. The Benz was better than described when it arrived in Maine. During the move some paperwork got lost in the shuffle. We called Brandon with not much hope he would help us after the sale. So my wife picked it out Nov 2014. I was a little apprehensive, but the price was right. It had 9miles and we now have 50,056. The only issue was the front air dam between the wheels. Pull to close to the parking block and it will tear off when you back out. Never bothered to replace it. With gas on the rise our timming was really good. I'd get another V but it was discontinued. Versatile is a perfect description for it. Happy shopping 😁 It really handy size wise and mileage is super.

Bought our first XC70, a 2006 AWD with 185,000 miles. Now with 265,000, only routine maintenance and rear axle control unit repair. Got our second XC70, a 2016 FWD with with 180,000. Now has 203,000, and we pull a 3300# camping trailer with it. Again only routine maintenance. Neither of these cars burns any synthetic engine oil between 5,000 mile changes. I also drain and refill the transmission sump at the same time. I fully expect these cars to last to 300,000 and beyond. These cars are a perfect combination of safety, comfort, durability, style and power. After going airborne and inverted at 55 in an 82 240 wagon--the victims of an idiot--we were delighted to have survived with only whiplash injuries. The roof stayed right there. Equally delighted and impressed that the president of Volvo called the house thanking me for my letter and photos of the aftermath. He explained why they use the steel they do in roof frames. We've driven only Volvos since 1984, and will never drive anything else. We have five in our family.

I hate the process of buying a car, but this one was painless. It took a few trips and test drives to find the right car, but we found it for a fair price, and they gave us a fair price on our 10-year-old trade-in.

I bought a leftover Ford CMax Energi plug-in hybrid 6 years ago. My only regret is, that Ford discontinued making this model. I was a Mopar man all my life, but I am now a Ford man. My CMax is the most satisfying car I have ever owned, and I will keep it until I die. It's a plug -in hybrid, so I can drive 1,000 miles from Philly to Tampa without sopping to charge the battery. One or two fill-ups for gas. And it has electric everything, so it's so comfortable to drive all day. I just wish I was younger, so I could enjoy it longer.

Forgive the length of this review, but I feel it is important to share the incredible experience I had with Global Motorsports Belle Meade in detail. My father suffered some health issues in February, including a stroke, and in April while he was still in the hospital recovering my parents decided to go from a two car family to a one car family. My mother had a specific vehicle in mind she wanted and after some searching came across a Mercedes GLE at GMBM. It's worth noting my parents live in Memphis. I told them I would go and check out the vehicle. I called GMBM and spoke with Chance. After telling him what was going on he passed me on to the manger, Cush Conner. From the moment we spoke Cush made me feel like I was his only customer. Not once did Cush pressure us into buying the car. He listened to what it was we were looking for and wanted, answered all questions we had, and understanding all at hand with my parents and my father being in the hospital helped walked us through everything needed, and even handled things for us and immediately would confirm when something was done. When needing personal information for the purchase from my mother Cush did everything to make it a very easy process for her. I also would like to mention that after comparing their prices with that of similar vehicles across the country, GMBM was incredibly fair in their pricing! I will certainly return as a customer, and plan on recommending them to anyone in the market for a pre-owned vehicle!

So many answers. All of their vehicles have a Carfax and are priced within reason of Carfax values. The vehicles are unlocked so just walk the lot, open and look at any or all of them. No salesperson chasing your xxx around! Oh, just show your license and test drive alone! Trish and her dog Bubbles were my sales team. Trish handled all the human stuff while Bubbles did a lot of lovin’ and talking, just sayin’. Here’s a beautiful thing! With no trade I was out the door all in for $13,500. I live in an apartment complex and have a garage. My garage neighbor just purchased a $75,000 Lexus RX350. Thanks to Next Ride Motors, I am far happier with my gently used MKX. I like horse power but I don't want to give up reliability. My 2012 9.0 RS Scion xB fits the bill. ( By the way they only come in Hot Lava color ) Bought it two years ago, and since then it's never failed to start & run. I always keep it well maintained, and I've had three dealerships offer to buy it from me, ( so they can sell it for thousands more) it has 135k miles which is just breaking a Toyota/Scion in. My only complaint is: I wish Toyota put in the 180hp 2.5 Camry motor in it - it has the 2.4 158hp motor stock. I can chirp the tires off the line, it's so quick down low, but mid range and up high its average. Lord Willing I plan on keeping it. Next car will be as reliable and a little faster. Hard to find anything better than the xB in that regard..

We first went to another Carmax, told salesman what we wanted and he Then tried to sale us something else. We then came to Rivergate Carmax told them what we were looking for and the ynpointed to a part of the lot and said salesman will be the shortly. No pressure in and out within 90 minutes with new van. No money down. Will definitely come back when get ready to buy again.

Very reliable car. Drives good, corners in back a little blinding to see cars or persons behind you or on sides. Also persons trying to break in car get the device from a kia service.

I returned to Car Max in Franklin, as I had questions for service re: the 2020 Jeep Wrangler I purchased a few weeks ago from this location. Justin helped me unhook a cable in order to get the top off the Jeep…. It was user error vs issue with the Jeep :). He helped me reset the oil life indicator, and popped the sun visor into proper place. He was all about service with a great attitude. This simple experience gave me an even more positive opinion of Car Max. Thanks!

I have purchased several vehicles (3) from CarMax and plan to buy my next car from them too, as soon as I make up my mind which vehicle I want. They sell quality vehicles from my experience and go above and beyond for their customers. I especially like their new 30 day return policy. Last time I had a vehicle transferred from another store and was worried I'd have to buy it even if I didn't like it when it came in. No way- they assured me customer service was priority if I didn't want the car they didn't want me to buy it ! As it turned out, it was perfect for me, the price was fair and the service great. Reviews are very important when I'm going to buy anything, especially something that's as big of an investment as a vehicle. I don't understand how CarMax would not make all efforts to correct a problem. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance, my opinion, you won't be disappointed.

Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

My Scion Xb is 12 now and acts like the champ it was in 2011. It was a lease car so I don't know how it was treated day to day. Yes, the milage was a little high. The paint job is something to see also. It's metallic amethyst (purple). I got it for 12k because of it's history. It was also a dealers online bate car. I love it all around. No major problems in 12 years.
