We bought a used 2019 a month ago. I wasn't aware of these. As I researched a replacement for my wife's GMC Terrain, I learned about all of the bad CVT transmissions and oil burning engines in that class. Happened on a used Alltrack for sale at a dealer and as I researched the dsg transmission and looked up reviews - I was pretty excited by what I read. We have taken in on one 6-hour trip through the mountains and several 3-hour family visits. I love driving it. Probably my favorite car I have driven other than my old 2000 Volvo S70. It seems to be very well built. It is insanely quiet on the road and it has great acceleration. We travel with two kids and two dogs and it zips right up mountain passes, rarely cracking 3k rpm. I wish we had about 2 more inches in the trunk for our kennel, but it is a large space. I am anxious to try the AWD in some Montana snow this winter. Sadly its my wife's driver, but I get to drive it on trip!

Came in with bad credit and initially wasn’t hopeful on even leaving with a car but ended up getting a good rate and there was Transparency from the whole team,Didn’t get the names of everyone but got assistance from Hakeem Blake and he was honest and truthful through the whole process and got us a good deal. I still have my 2001 Allroad (built on the A6) and did not think the A4 Allroad would have the same feel - but I was wrong. The 2018 is solid, has great torque and overall performance is superior. Interior is as impressive as the exterior. Very stylish with outstanding handling for a 'station wagon'!

got the car mid 2023 as a gift. it’s my first car and honestly, it’s amazing. doesn’t have anything too flashy, but gets me from point a to b. she’s super spacious, though my heated seats sometimes don’t work. the ac does break sometimes, but i love how fast the take off speed is :)

I think for the most part, I like my car. I have had a couple issues, one of them is probably not the cars fault, (but seeing other people have the same issue, it makes me wonder) I now have 50k miles on it and in that time I have only had to replace the battery and tires, to be expected on a 6 year old car. (and windshield) The windshield is the questionable item. It seemed to crack out of nowhere and I thought I must have gotten a small rock chip while driving down the highway and just didn't see it until it started to crack. So I replaced it at a cost of almost $1000. However, I am on an Outback form and it seems to be a common complaint with outback owners of this year, having the windshield crack out of nowhere. Could it be the frame design? Maybe, but it does seem suspicious that others have had the same issue. One other problem I have had is if I let my car sit unused for like 5 days, the battery goes completely dead. There seems to be a parasitic drain somewhere on the car. It doesn't happen if I drive it every day, but if it sits for about 5 days unused, the battery goes completely dead. I have read it has something to do with the DCS system in the car, but you have to pay the dealer a diagnostic fee to verify. I drive it enough I have not gotten it checked, but next time I am at the dealer I am going to ask them about it.

The 2016 Subaru Outback is the first car I'd ever bought brand new, and I haven't been disappointed since it was purchased 7 years ago. It's very reliable, fun to drive, easy on gas, easy on maintenance and easy on the eyes. Will do it all over again when I make my next Subaru purchase!

I bought my Tiguan from Koch 33 VW. They do all of my service. They are prompt in answering questions and reasonable with rates. The service gentleman are stellar! I highly recommend this dealership.

Love my Alltrack! While snug, it is a compact, its well oriented, and fun to drive. I have the sky roof option, and love it. Typical German engineering, simple on the frills, but great performance. Plenty of room in the trunk area for most anything. Visually a great looking car, inside and out. Outstanding gas mileage, and it'll even teach you to get the most out of it mileage wise.

I went from owning a 2003 Monte Carlo SS to a 2017 Subaru Outback. It was worth every penny. My Subaru is not only reliable, functional, and cute; it also saved me from being injured in a bad crash. This past fall a six point buck hit my car head on and I never saw it coming. It was a fatal crash for the deer, but not for me. As heartbroken as I was to see my car crumpled on the front, I was so glad it wasn't me. It was a repairable fix and made me really appreciate my car.

I got the Prius V particularly because instead of an SUV or sporty crossover I wanted a bit more of a station wagon feel (not as big as a mini van) that would be long enough to put a bunk bed single mattress in the back (It is). I love the fuel economy and the extra size. I traded in my '06 Prius for this Prius V. I've only has it about 5 hours but think I'm going to love it! I love the Blizzard Pearl. Would have also been happy with Sea Glass Pearl....

We knew the car we were getting before we got there. Did check out on the internet before we went, made an appointment with Owen and went up. Was greeted by a nice lady who got Owen for us . He brought the car around and said to drive it around for awhile and he would checkout my trade. After all was said and done we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted and a little more for our trade then we thought.we met with the general manager and the finance man. Everybody there was fantastic!!! Definitely would recommend the dealership and ask for Owen he was great.

I bought a 2016 Red E400 4Matic coupe with 49K miles on it in Dec 2023. I've had no problems with it and have only brought it in for it's once a year maintenance (I drive less than 10K a year). My only other expense was slapping new tires on it. The vehicle has the right amount of tech on it, and it's a smooth on the road and quick on the pickup when I need it. This is my first Mercedes (lifelong Toyota and Lexus owner) and can definitely say this will not be my last Mercedes.

Found my truck online and called Mark with some questions. I have bought cars out of state previously, and was willing to do so again for the right car and deal. I was shocked that Brown Daub took care of everything including my out of state registration. Mark came in on his day off and we picked up our beautiful Volvo. Easy Peasy... amazing customer service. I am writing ANOTHER review for Trend Auto since I continue to use them for maintenance issues regarding my used Toyota Sienna that I purchased from them years ago. I have had several issues pop up through the years regarding my van and not only have they resolved each and every problem, they did so in a very reasonably priced and expedient manner. I cannot say enough good things about Trend Auto. I would not even consider going elsewhere. I trust these guys 100% and KEVIN IS FABULOUS! He is honest, fair and trust worthy. They all are an absolute pleasure to work with as I have never had one negative interaction with anyone there. In the past, I have bought many vehicles from various dealerships and I can tell you that Trend Auto is the best!!! I cannot recommend their top notch service highly enough. I bought used in 2023 a 2015 premium with 214k miles. I drove it 6k miles and only replaced the CV axle, this isn't impressive sounding but it was going through constant , aggressive off reading due to the rough road conditions I had to use because I live in the rocky mountains. I got in a rollover a 60 mph and I had no injuries, airbags kept me safe. Fuel economy was dismal with 21 in the city and 24 in the highway, safety and reliability are top tier, power was surprisingly adequate, the Bluetooth was appreciated and all the safety tech and other tech was very useable and helpful and accurate. Love the car would buy it again if I had the chance

I am in my seventies and didn't want to buy new so i I looked at over twenty used vehicles during my search. This Subaru Outback was the best driving vehicle of all that I tried. My experience at Boucher Ford in Janesville was fantastic. I was treated like a true customer with respect and caring for my needs.

They worked with me every step of the way and got me in my new truck quickly. There was a small issue discovered when I got home and Travis said no problem, we will fix it. 25K trouble free miles so far. Everybody picks on the 55 kW maximum charge speed, but the car is so efficient that it still adds 100 mi in ½ an hour at a DC station. Imagine a 200 HP Fit, and you've got the idea. Zero dollars on maintenance/repair.
