I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!

The 2016 Subaru Outback is the first car I'd ever bought brand new, and I haven't been disappointed since it was purchased 7 years ago. It's very reliable, fun to drive, easy on gas, easy on maintenance and easy on the eyes. Will do it all over again when I make my next Subaru purchase!

It has plenty of legroom in the front and back. It has 1 USB port. The car was special ordered. Fun to drive with almost all of the options.

As a proud owner of a 2004, 2 Gen Prius with 170K miles, we just brought our second Prius, . . . this time a 2016 Prius V. We love the smooth ride and comfort of the Prius V, as well as the spacious interior, cargo space, and the fuel economy. The single drawback is its exterior look. I think it is the ugliest car on the road. It reminds me of a wide-mouth bass, . . . referring to the front grille. Oh well, you can't have everything!

I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. At that time ( my sister's visit) based on my experience, she requested James to work with her. My sister's experience and mine mirrored each others. The car is very reliable, bigger in the inside than you would expect, rides smooth, but the best part is its perfect for shorter people.

If you know your price ahead of time this is your place. They got me out the door in less than 2 hrs. Those of you who have purchased cars that could be an all day affair. Everyone was friendly . Purchased used S 5-speed manual with 33,000 miles on it about four years back. Just passed 100,000 miles last month. Only one problem so far, with the passenger door latch assembly. We get about 37 MPG mixed city and highway, and 45-50 MPG in interstate highway driving. FWD and snow tires work fine here in Wisconsin. The turbo motor and 5-speed provide all of the acceleration one will *actually* need, and also provide those great economy numbers. As part of the Golf platform, it's a solid car and the handling is good. The ride comfort is also good, maybe enhanced by the taller 16" tires on the S version. Simple controls, without an overly complicated radio / info system. Manual ventilation controls (knobs) are a huge plus. With the rear seats down, it has about the same cargo space as our 2009 Subaru Outback: little narrower but also a little longer. Good outward visibility. Driver seat can get a little tiring after a long drive (4 hours or more) but it's comparable with other highway vehicles we've owned. Reasonably quiet inside considering it's essentially an economy vehicle. A very nice economy vehicle, though. We like it enough that we're considering getting another one before there are no more good wagons in the market.

Nothing but good things to say about the Ford Transit Connect Van. Easy to drive, great on gas mileage and extremely reliable. this has lots of room for our family of 6 plus tons of room for storage.

My wife and I have purchased 4 vehicles from them over the years. I brought my parents there and they have each purchased a vehicle. Never had any problems with the staff or vehicles. I always recommend them. One day when I was there, there was a guy complaining about broken parts on his Caddy after he got in an accident. I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

Bigger than it looks. Very comfortable. Very durable. I have had zero problems. I am diligent about oil changes and tire rotations and it performs wonderfully. If I ever buy another new car, I am getting a KIA for sure and most likely the Soul. It is so fun to drive.

This car is amazing. I bought it at the end of Feb 2021 for $11,000. That was about 4-6 weeks before the price of used cars skyrocketed. The first time i took it to a mechanic for some scheduled maintenance i found out that i have a “Unicorn.” It is quick and handles like a dream. I love that i don’t have to fuel it up as much as the gasoline version. The six speed manual transmission is amazing. A fun fact about this car is that it isn’t actually a Jetta. It’s a Golf. My manual 6 speeed TDI sportwagen is the most fun car i have ever owned.

Still waiting for verbal communication. Sometimes through email response. I have hope with this dealership since I need a car.

The best car you can have , Cvt is not an issue at all, Jeep cvt is bad nissans is good , confort another level

Bought my first Rondo new in 2008. Drove it for 297,000 miles over 14 years! Best car ever for both short and long distance driving. It was still running when I gave it away and bought another one (2009 this time) with 87,000 miles on it. I have every expectation to drive this one for years to come as well. I only wish KIA still imported them to the US.

Got the car back in 2010 with about 11k miles it's still running great with regular maintenance at ~284k miles now. Some minor issues along the way but still runs great.

Great SUV if you can get past the styling. I remember when these came out and thought why did they make these. 12 years later I decided I wanted an SUV, found one and now think it's unique compared to all the common crossovers of today. Drives great, slightly higher off the ground but not overly tall, and is spacious. The hatch / trunk space isn't as practical as a CR-V or Pilot but fits between those two nicely as an alternative with plush ride, plenty power, and ability to cruise mile after mile. For occasional hauling needs, throwing a bike in the back, or for doggie transport, it's a great vehicle that goes everywhere regardless of weather.
