Bought my Crosstrek from the dealer, and have owned many cars, raced cars, built cars, and even owned my own auto repair shop. The 2013 was first year out, and yes it has improved over the years so I can't leave a 5-star review. The strong points for me have been reliability and looks. Secondary has been a 4cyl with great gas mileage, and decent performance. Interior noise is a little higher than an SUV like a 4Runner, sound system sucks, and Subaru probably should have mated it with a turbo, but overall it has been a great ride, and Subaru fixed many of these issues in later editions. The AWD is amazing in the rain! For those that have the oil consumption in later years, just add engine "restore", and the issue is solved. Replace your bearing w/ the backing plates, and you should be good to go for another 100K. For the first year out, Subaru did an amazing job.

Best car buying experience ever!! I had a wonderful, seamless car buying experience at Lovering Volvo in Concord. My sales person, Thomas, was a pleasure to work with and super knowledgeable. He was very kind and took the time to show me everything I needed to know about the car. The finance manager, Karl was so great to work with as well. He was able to get me the perfect car and work within my budget. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and welcoming. The whole process was done very efficiently and they got me in and out of there in a timely manner (which I greatly appreciated bc I had my toddler with me!) I highly recommend this dealership!

The evolution of the S60 continues. My T6 AWD model is also equipped with a super charger. Yea, it'll pin you back in the seat. You think your doing 80, nah, your over 100. Very smooth ride. Handling is excellent. Love the elegant luxury look of the car, while maintaining the look of a sports car too.

The BMW 330i from 2017 is my favorite BMW it has just enough legroom for me and my family but what I do not like about it is that it does not have a moonroof and the CID screen is too small and there is not very much AC controls in the back.

Dealt with Peter on the phone. Very helpful every time we called him, and very patient because it was our first time buying online. I had the best experience ever. I ended up going to Cupples because my little 2007 Toyota Yaris with over 200,000 miles started showing it’s age. I loved the car and wanted to replace it with one with lower miles. I located one at Cupples and as others have stated, I trusted Ross right away after talking on the phone which made it worth the drive which was over an hour. My issue is that I don’t have a good credit rating because I usually use cash only. The last car I had financed was back in 93, but this time for various reasons I only had about half of the money. Ross was helpful from the start, more like a Social Worker than a used car salesman. At one point he thought that I might have to go with a newer car, 2012 or later. I went on the website and found an 2012 Audi that I fell in love with for 8,000 $’s, 2,000 more than the Yaris. I texted Ross about it and he said “No, you don’t want that car, it’s not reliable.” What used car salesman does that? Eventually he found a way to get me into the Yaris I was looking at, with only 94,000 miles. I absolutely love it, just like my old one but runs like It’s brand new. Better than my old one because I bought it with high miles to start with. This is the first review I have ever written, but after my great experience I felt it was the least I could do. I drove a Golf TSI for years and absolutely loved it. Never wanted drive a different car as long as Iived. Then I had a kid(which is is tight with a golf) and someone pulled out in front of me and it got totalled. I took the money and upgraded to the Alltrack because its basically the same car with more room and AWD. Absolutely love it! Gas mileage is significantly lower than my Golf, but it still has some zip. The DSG transmission is like butter. Ill drive this car into the ground.

Purchased used S 5-speed manual with 33,000 miles on it about four years back. Just passed 100,000 miles last month. Only one problem so far, with the passenger door latch assembly. We get about 37 MPG mixed city and highway, and 45-50 MPG in interstate highway driving. FWD and snow tires work fine here in Wisconsin. The turbo motor and 5-speed provide all of the acceleration one will *actually* need, and also provide those great economy numbers. As part of the Golf platform, it's a solid car and the handling is good. The ride comfort is also good, maybe enhanced by the taller 16" tires on the S version. Simple controls, without an overly complicated radio / info system. Manual ventilation controls (knobs) are a huge plus. With the rear seats down, it has about the same cargo space as our 2009 Subaru Outback: little narrower but also a little longer. Good outward visibility. Driver seat can get a little tiring after a long drive (4 hours or more) but it's comparable with other highway vehicles we've owned. Reasonably quiet inside considering it's essentially an economy vehicle. A very nice economy vehicle, though. We like it enough that we're considering getting another one before there are no more good wagons in the market.

Bought this vehicle NEW and would 100% recommend it !! Have never had a problem and went to trade twice but decided not to mainly due to pricing and vehicle styles being released. Build and Quality of this vehicle is SUPER ....

Love this car! We were sizing down after three JEEP grand Cherokees and a Buick Enclave. We finally went with something more like a car. I am always attracted to more interesting and unusual (wouldn’t know it by my last four cars!) and when I first saw one of these I was so intrigued I had to research it. Then search the country for the color and options I wanted. They are a bit rare! But they drive like a dream. And always garner interest among other drivers. It is quick, has been extremely reliable and carefree. And the sure-footedness of all wheel drive has been great in the rain and snow of the Pacific Northwest. Plus I’m getting over 30mph flying across the west on regular unleaded! And it is cavernous, both in overall capacity, but even for my 6+ footer boys in the back seat. I haven’t been as happy driving a car since the sport cars of my youth! Only giving it four stars in comfort because the drivers seat is a little too narrow for long hauls for my larger frame. But the fun makes up for it!
