I've owned a 2010 Transit Connect since 2014 and it has been the best vehicle I've owned. I use it for work and haul a lot of movie production gear in it. Most of the time it stays half full and I drive it that way. It's been reliable and only needed standard maintenance, except for the transmission. I knew the transmission was a weak link when I bought it at 94,000 mis. It bit the dust at 120,000 mis. I had a rebuilt one installed and was assured that it'll be good for another 120,000 mis. I'm at 160,000 and it is still going strong.

I’m now on year 12 of owning this car. Hands down, it’s the best car I’ve ever owned. It’s reliable and has required very little maintenance. My Honda costs me a lot more to maintain than this car. It’s over 100k miles and still going strong. Plus, the resale on this car is impressive! This was my first Infiniti and certainly won’t be the last.

We searched all over Northern Virginia for a reliable used car for our college aged daughter. Love this car. It’s drives well. I have owned for two years and it’s very reliable and affordable to maintain. It’s always fun to drive. Great cargo room. Great stereo and audio features. Great gas mileage. I really really love it. Best car ever. I have had outback’s, Prius, accords, civics, and carollos and this car is the best. So happy with it. We made an appointment for the next day and the car was out front ready for us. Tim referred us to Lonnell, who was very personable and straight forward. We were happy with the car and settled with their finance manager. Not huge space, but very comfortable and nice layout inside.

I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I think for the most part, I like my car. I have had a couple issues, one of them is probably not the cars fault, (but seeing other people have the same issue, it makes me wonder) I now have 50k miles on it and in that time I have only had to replace the battery and tires, to be expected on a 6 year old car. (and windshield) The windshield is the questionable item. It seemed to crack out of nowhere and I thought I must have gotten a small rock chip while driving down the highway and just didn't see it until it started to crack. So I replaced it at a cost of almost $1000. However, I am on an Outback form and it seems to be a common complaint with outback owners of this year, having the windshield crack out of nowhere. Could it be the frame design? Maybe, but it does seem suspicious that others have had the same issue. One other problem I have had is if I let my car sit unused for like 5 days, the battery goes completely dead. There seems to be a parasitic drain somewhere on the car. It doesn't happen if I drive it every day, but if it sits for about 5 days unused, the battery goes completely dead. I have read it has something to do with the DCS system in the car, but you have to pay the dealer a diagnostic fee to verify. I drive it enough I have not gotten it checked, but next time I am at the dealer I am going to ask them about it.

The car was as described and the Sales person ( Kevin Soltwedel) was available on his day off to show me the car after communicating via email. I eneded up purchasing the car and there was little hassle in doing so. I had one small issue with the key fob missing the key blade ( $30) part and initially dealership wouldn't agree to replace it. After some back and forth with my salesman, they finally agreed to make it right. I did feel that my salesman had to work too hard to rectify the issue internally at Land rover Bethesda, for something that should have been a non brainer

I purchased the 328d used, which is the reason for the high Value for the Money rating. Buying it new would be a poor rating. I purchased the this vehicle due to my long commute (135 miles per day). It had 50k miles and was 3 years old at the time I purchased it, now has 132k. The cost was less than 1/2 of the original MSRP. This is a very comfortable and stylish vehicle that has excellent performance. The 8 speed transmission is always in the right gear. It is really hard to describe how effortlessly the car moves, with the 4 cyl, turbo diesel. It is not a race car, but it is so balanced between quickness, handling, braking, ride quality, and of course fuel economy. As far as mpg, mid 40s is typical. I’ve have a few tanks that were over 50, and none less than 40. I just completed a one day trip of 1300 miles, and the vehicle returned 48.1 mpg, and that was at an average speed of 75 mph. The cruise speed was set at 81, nearly the entire drive. I’ve owned an excellent Lexus CT200 hybrid, but the driving characteristics are nowhere close to the BMW. It’s too bad BMW has stopped making this car. Look for a used one, you will be very impressed with this vehicle as a daily driver.

The compact SUV / Wagon is fun to drive and is quiet, I shouldn’t have bought it because it’s a 5 passenger and I need more seating because we have a big family. But everyone loves it!

If my credit was on point I would've been driving my dream car. The K900 is a sleeper for those who do not know. But they did try to help.

Safe and efficient. My daughter uses it for school 1,000 miles away. I feel very good about its safety and reliability. She is into the outdoors and has made several camping trips. Never had a problem. Subaru service s also very good.
