I purchased a Model Y from this dealer. I had a very good experience with them, as did my two young kids. They do not negotiate much on price or feature which was fine with me as the price of the vehicle was fair. There was a chip on the windshield and they did agree to throw a new windshield on which was satisfactory. They have many different levels of cars here which is great but you get what you pay for, which is likely why there are some harsh reviews about them. Overall I was extremely satisfied, got in and out in under an hour and the staff was all kind and helpful. No sales person chasing me down on the lot was worth it by itself. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to buy another used car here. Thank you guys

I brought this car November of last year for 450 cash never had a problem had to change some sensors that'sbout it but I'm gonna fIx it up don't plan on buying another car for years I left a 2003 chevy Malibu After the motor went that I will never buy that brand again ever bad experience

Went in Sunday with a crappy old BMW. Spoke with Miguel about a car I was interested in. Miguel talked straight with me on my trade in .He didn't talk above me or belittle me. He made me feel like a friend helping out a friend. The rest of the staff was awesome also. The finance dep bumped up my trade in above what it was worth just to get me to the monthly payments i needed to do the deal. A++ will go to them again.

My 2011 328i has just reached 223k miles. No timing chain replacement. Only oil changes and coolant flushes. Obviously break pads and rotors. It’s been amazing. Fun to drive although I get 22mpg average. As Long as you don’t touch it and don’t drive it like you stole it, you can count on it.

I didn't buy a car but the salesman Michael Davis seemed pretty honest and tried to make sure I know about all the things wrong with the car and tried to basically make sure I knew what I was getting into before really really deciding to go further on with financing the vehicle. I really appreciated the way he was looking out for me and not just trying to sell me a car. He is the first car salesman that has ever seemed to care about the person first rather then a sale. We bought this car new in 2011. It is currently at the mechanic shop to have a full inspection. We have performed only routine maintenance to the car - brakes, wipers, oil. I replaced the battery this year just as a precaution. The only work will be to correct intermittent dash warning lights, so replacing the rear wheel seals/bearings to deal with an ABS sensor issue. My wife loves her car and wants to get a lot more years out of it.

Bought it New in December 2012. We have had very few problems over the 11 years we have owned it. Granted we only have 85,000 miles +/-, but I would love to get an updated 2024 version of this Volvo. If I had it to do again I would definitely buy it.

I brought my 2002 v70 T5 back in 2012 for only 2k with 120,000 in the clock. I still have the now with 240,000 on the clock. The only thing I have had to fork out in is the new pencil coil packs, other than that all I do is give it a service once a year. It has been a good trusty car. Plus the power is great!

Honestly no problems with this car besides maintenance and the typical, wish the exterior was prettier, and there was a middle seat in my third row. However we pretend there is but a seatbelt would be nice there. Dislike how it gets rusty quick around the tires. Wish the car sat up a little higher for speed bumps and high drive ways is very inconvenient sometimes. Radio set up is very nice, charger ports and aux cords. Not much to complain about with this car.

Drove the car during extreme west Michigan winters. I now drive the hills of West Virginia. She has 285,000 miles on her. One small rust spot on the driver door. Interior and engine are clean. I have the oil changed every 5,000- 7,000 miles, tires rotated, and am back to using premium gas. Parts can be expensive, but have been fortunate with mechanics that have been honest in telling me what needs to be done and what can wait to be done. So glad my youngest son chose to take the other car off to college.

BEST CAR EVER, I BOUGTH IT ON 2018 WITH 44000 MILES. STILL RUNNING PERFECT WITH 180000 MILES. GREAT POWER ON COMFORT DRIVE. ON ECO DRIVE YOU LOSE A LOT OF POWER BUT YOU SAVE GAS. IT HAS A GREAT STABILITY ON HIGHWAY. THE MUSIC SOUND SYSTEM IS POWERFUL!!

I have owned lots of suvs and own a BMW 328i sedan as well. I have owned a Volvo s40 sedan when I was younger. I needed something with AWD, so I considered another boring suv but liking a more sporty car like appearance I got the xc70. I have a 2006 model with 43,000 miles. I have a roof rack on it and a cage. I can put my bikes on top or in the back. It’s awesome in the snow. Good for pets in the back with an optional net or cage you can buy from Volvo. Love this wagon. It’s utilitarian and gets most stuff done. I plan on keeping this Volvo as a “lifer” while owning another sedan. Plus this generation was the last to be truly Swedish as in built there I believe. Great vehicle.

Bought my Crosstrek from the dealer, and have owned many cars, raced cars, built cars, and even owned my own auto repair shop. The 2013 was first year out, and yes it has improved over the years so I can't leave a 5-star review. The strong points for me have been reliability and looks. Secondary has been a 4cyl with great gas mileage, and decent performance. Interior noise is a little higher than an SUV like a 4Runner, sound system sucks, and Subaru probably should have mated it with a turbo, but overall it has been a great ride, and Subaru fixed many of these issues in later editions. The AWD is amazing in the rain! For those that have the oil consumption in later years, just add engine "restore", and the issue is solved. Replace your bearing w/ the backing plates, and you should be good to go for another 100K. For the first year out, Subaru did an amazing job.

Was looking for a very specific Tesla. Used, Dual motor, low miles and not grey or black! 405 motors had one, an excellent car, but lost out to my wife’s choice, a blue one, at another dealership. 405 was prompt responding, with a fair market price. It took two requests to have them discontinue notifications once we selected another dealer/vehicle. I would not have hesitated purchasing their car if I could have convinced my wife that the red was better!

I bought this Magnum R/T new 19 years ago. It has 75K miles now. Very Dependable. Reasonable maintenance Costs. Big roomy Interior. Reasonable gas mileage.

I have a 2008 and my hood hinge never worked well hood fly up I had to replace the entire hood. Now engine fails. Oil leaking terribly

This place is great! I ended up buying a 2002 Jeep they took in on trade. When I first walked in, I almost walked right out because all of the cars in their show room were so nice. I figured they wouldn't give me the time of day. But they treated me like I was buying a $70,000 Porsche. They helped me arrange financing and were very patient with me and my wife. Things I look for when I'm purchasing a car: 1) Integrity of dealership and salespeople 2) Quality of car 3) Price, Price, Price I recently bought a BMW 550i from Complete Automotive. I was very specific in color combination, options and mileage I was looking for. I literally searched all over the country. But I kept finding myself going back to the BMW at Complete. The salespeople were very knowledgeable, and instead of trying to pressure me into a quick deal, they made a point of getting to know me and understanding what I was trying to accomplish. There are plenty of good reasons to be wary of car dealers. Let's just say many play into the stereotype of sleazy, greasy, pushy creeps. Complete Automotive couldn't be farther from that stereotype. If every business could run like this, the world would be a better place.

This car is peppy, met all my needs, got very good gas mileage. corners well. Easy to see around and make lane changes. Very fun to drive and has a sporty look and comfortable interior.
