Pretty friendly and all in all honest. Car was ready for me to test drive. They trusted me to go on my own lol. When it came down to the sell, they allowed me to make my own decision. The buying process was quick and easy as well.

I bought used in 2023 a 2015 premium with 214k miles. I drove it 6k miles and only replaced the CV axle, this isn't impressive sounding but it was going through constant , aggressive off reading due to the rough road conditions I had to use because I live in the rocky mountains. I got in a rollover a 60 mph and I had no injuries, airbags kept me safe. Fuel economy was dismal with 21 in the city and 24 in the highway, safety and reliability are top tier, power was surprisingly adequate, the Bluetooth was appreciated and all the safety tech and other tech was very useable and helpful and accurate. Love the car would buy it again if I had the chance

We had a great time at Auto Motion recently while we were car shopping. We didn't end up buying a car here, but they were super accommodating and patient as we test drove a number of vehicles - even staying a bit after their close time to accommodate us. I used the courtesy pick up and delivery option for my 12,000 mile service maintenance. Everything went smoothly and I was kept in the loop (with phone calls) starting with pick up time, what repairs/maintenance would be done, through check out and return of the vehicle. It was pretty slick. A wonderful service for those who can’t or don’t want to spend time waiting at the dealership.

This is my third MINI and I’m more than happy with it. The quirky design, the exceptional performance and the premium feel in a small package make this an exceptional brand to own and be a part of.

I'm revising my review. I bought a very nice mustang GT Premium from Rav. I'm out of state so getting things done i thought would be near impossible after sale. Well the car had body work that was done before sale. Some issues came up with work done. I sent a review of Rav. They read it that day and by next morning I had a call from owner that they would take care of the body work. In this day and age, that's rare. Especially a smaller dealer. I really appreciate him calling and fixing. I have to get it there but they will fix. Estimate was 5000 here. Thanks Rav for responding and standing up for what you sell. Will be customer in future! I recommend this car very much for harsh conditions such as hard rain, snow, etc. And does pretty good in both commuting and having fun, it has its own car issues as any other car but still is very reliable.

Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

The whole team was pure joy to work with. They were very knowledgeable and were more than willing to go the extra mile to answer all my questions.

A little more than 2 years ago I bought a used 2017 Chevy Trax LT AWD, with a 1.4L engine. In addition, this vehicle was in a wreck which got hit on the rear end of the vehicle. However, the vehicle was fixed before purchasing it and I bought it with a fair price, with 49k original miles. Now the Trax has 97k miles and has had his fair amount of issues. Additionally, at 60k miles the turbo was leaking antifreeze and had to replace it with the valve that was attached to it. Also, I had some minor issues on the AC controller which h I had to have those replaced, and sooner or later I'm going to have to replace the blower motor since it's making a weird sound when it's on. This vehicle has treated me good since I've been keeping up with the regular oil changes (I usually buy Mobile 1 oil and filter, advance full synthetic) and I usually change also the air filter every 15k-30k miles. Also I've done 2 tune ups with new spark plugs and coils. To be honest if yiu do the regular maintenance you won't have any issues especially the engine and transmission. Furthermore, in a couple of days I'll be replacing the break pads, and also just FYI the 1.4L engine has a timing chain, so if you do the regular oil changes it will last forever. Soon I'll be replacing the gaskets and water pump since it's about to turn 100k mikes. All in all, I give it a 4.0-4.5 overall rating, space if very bad you can't fit regular size adults in the rear seats!

I live in Sioux Falls and recently purchased a 2022 Toyota Highlander from Walser. I had never purchased a vehicle before that I had not seen or driven. I still love my priusv.Bought it new in oct.2012 went to Florida 6 winter with it I change oil every 6 month.very good on gas.In 10 yr. I put a set of wiper at one time. At my last inspection last October 2022 I had to have new brake in the back. That was it new tires of course.I can almost give it a 5 star but l will give it a 4.8 red & beige inside.

Bought my 328 used at 52k and currently sitting at 95 and the car has not had one hiccup. It is a blast to drive on backroads but can easily handle long road trips. Great fuel economy despite having a lead foot. Absolutely love my 328

I bought this car in early 2021 (Premium Plus package) and have had it for about a year now. I'm absolutely in love with the car - the handling, passing power, refined cabin with all the bells and whistles, aggressive body lines for a wagon and overall size. I've long owned wagons; mostly subarus with a WRX, Forester and Crosstrek XV; and was once a die hard Subie owner... until I got into this Audi and it blew my mind. Subaru is not known for its interior features or designs, so the refinement and design of the interior on the Allroad was a major change for me and I never realized how much I appreciate the bells and whistles like power seats, heated seats, Bluetooth compatibility, Nav, independent climate controls, etc. Most notably is the highway power... the "get-up" in this car at freeway speeds is absolutely outstanding and excites me everytime I need to pass. Took it on a road trip to southern Cali last summer and was very impressed with the gas mileage on the long trip (about 420 miles to a tank) and the ride is soooooo smooth and enjoyable. I long commuted from Phoenix to Sacramento (780 miles/13hrs) in my Subaru's and by hour 6-7, I was always hurting... took me about 8 hours to get to SoCal last summer and the entire duration of the drive was enjoyable and my body felt great upon arrival in the Allroad. If you like wagon's... this is the vehicle to own!

The pick up is incredible. The versatility of Ecco/comfort/sport mode makes for both fun driving and practical cruising experiences. The details are carefully crafted typical of a German auto!

This is my second Mini and I didn't know if I would love the Clubman S more than my old Countryman, but I absolutely made the right call getting the Clubman. It handles so well, is so peppy, and comfortable. I don't know if I can ever drive another car other than a Clubman! I honestly have nothing negative to say and I have been driving this car for just over 1 year.

My Mini Clubman has all the bells and whistle‘s. I love the quirkiness about car. It is a lot of fun to drive as it has plenty of power from the four-cylinder engine. Reliability has been great so far, with no problems. The Harman Kardon stereo is a pleasure to listen to.

I had been searching for months across the country for a used Lincoln Navigator with not successful results. Mpls Motorcars showed up in May with a Nav but photos weren’t available yet. I emailed Sam, the owner. He promptly replied with some photos. After a couple more emails, I went to his business. I was so pleased to see this beautiful machine as he described it. I went to check out the car, was amazed at the condition that it was in. (Interior & exterior), and the car’s mechanical condition was superb. The car salesman Greg Spiciati helped me out so much with everything I wanted to know, and in doing so made the decision to purchase the car much more easier and pleasant. He took care of the financing details and even got a much me a much better quote on the car insurance by calling multiple carriers and doing his magic. Even offered me water or coffee multiple times. If that’s that #1 Customer service, I don’t know what is. All the workers there are very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I give this place 2👍 up.

I bought this car used back in 2016 with around 27,000 miles for under 20 grand. Overall as most people might warn you the costs of owning a bmw is no where near cheap. As this is not your average run of the mill camry or accord. Personally, I have not had too many issues concerning reliability. Tires and brakes are expensive ranging anywhere from $1200 for a set of tires to around $800 for brakes all around. You could cheap out on those things but I would highly recommend not to. The interior is very comfortable but not good for taller folks. I would recommend getting the technology package as it comes with a bigger infotainment screen. The car's exterior has held up to the test of time, it still looks modern considering it is now 7 years old. But once again repair costs come up again. After a few door dings and rock chips on the paint, I wanted to get the paint touched up at my local BMW dealership. They quoted me for over $1500. I ended up going to a secondary body shop and paid half that. However those prices are insane for what you will pay for this car used. I do not recommend buying this car used especially with high mileage. As you will find that the costs to maintain and repair will begin to surpass what you paid for it. In terms of performance this car does not lack. My 328i came with a 4 cylinder turbo. It gets up and going surprisingly quickly if you are in the right gear. The 0-60 on this car I have personally measured at 5.6 seconds. Obviously weather conditions and different altitude will differ your performance. In terms of gas mileage throughout owning it, I can report that it is as advertised. I get around 30 mpg on a good week of mostly highway cruising. On a bad week of city driving it could range from 24-27. If you are looking to buy this car make sure you keep up with maintenance or find a car with a good maintenance history.

This vehicle was purchased for me by my dad. He went thru Lyman Motors. They did an engine rebuild on this vehicle. So, even though its 15 years old, and has quite a few miles, it was for a fair price! And, with the engine rebuilt I know it will go for another 100k miles easy! Lyman made this buying experience so much fun for us! He is such a wondering person! I went from owning a 2003 Monte Carlo SS to a 2017 Subaru Outback. It was worth every penny. My Subaru is not only reliable, functional, and cute; it also saved me from being injured in a bad crash. This past fall a six point buck hit my car head on and I never saw it coming. It was a fatal crash for the deer, but not for me. As heartbroken as I was to see my car crumpled on the front, I was so glad it wasn't me. It was a repairable fix and made me really appreciate my car.
