Bought our 2017 on New Year’s Eve 2016. Choose an SV model with optional premium package. Heated seats,heated steering wheel,remote start, pwr tailgate and upgraded info screen with many cameras and nav. As of November 2024, it has been absolutely bulletproof. We bought the car for our 16-year-old daughter and it has carried her through high school and now college with only one issue. I have had to replace the battery three times only oil changes. A set of brakes and a set of tires and service the CVT transmission. I learned this is highly important for the CVT to get the maximum life out of it, since it is a weak spot. Dealer charges about $200 to do it. Do it every 30k. Ours has performed flawlessly! Negatives- At 6 foot two I find a hard driving position. The power seat does not go back far enough but if I lower the seat all the way to the floor it gives me the room I need but then I feel like I’m sitting in a bathtub, but hey, it’s not my car so I rarely drive it Performance around town is very good! You can find yourself getting a speeding ticket on city Street if you’re not careful. Highway power is just OK I find it if you’re trying to cruise 80 miles an hour with other people in the car the CVT is constantly revving the engine out to get maximum performance and hold the Cruise control. I also find there’s quite a bit of road noise at freeway speeds especially if you’re sitting in the backseat. The cloth upholstery on the zero gravity seats stains way too easily especially if you have a tan colored interior I have to steam clean them at least every six months, my daughter is an athlete and she sometimes gets in the car sweaty with a water bottle between her legs and just the moisture stains the heck out of the seat. Overall, though for about $26,000 it’s hard to beat. It’s been reliable it’s safe and I have felt extremely comfortable putting my child in it and sending her off to college. I imagine she will keep it for many more years after graduation.

I’ve never experienced to have such a fast and easy purchase of a used vehicle, thanks to Eugene at Premier Automotive Group I got a wonderful car and he saved lots of my time by making this deal happen for me, he got a discount from the owner which I greatly appreciate, thanks a lot to everyone for my clean, well serviced vehicle, it passed inspection with flying colors and there was no reason to negotiate the prices, but I was paying cash and was really limited on my budget, so couldn’t pay more than I had in my pocket. I've only had it a week, but I feel like I've struck gold. This car drives and handles beautifully. Definitely a huge step up from my Kia Soul and I can't wait to road trip with it!

Love this car. It’s drives well. I have owned for two years and it’s very reliable and affordable to maintain. It’s always fun to drive. Great cargo room. Great stereo and audio features. Great gas mileage. I really really love it. Best car ever. I have had outback’s, Prius, accords, civics, and carollos and this car is the best. So happy with it. I am waiting for a new fresher model to come out but not in a rush.

Great experience. Alllowed me to test drive the vehicle without a salesperson riding along, which gave me a chance to really get the full picture of the vehicle and all of the electronics in the car. Kirk, wasn’t pushy with any of the ‘extras’ the dealership likes to add. Smooth process to finalize a price and then signed all the final paperwork via electronic docs because I was leaving town later that day. Jason the finance personnel was easy to work with also and made it so simple to finance the vehicle.

It has plenty of legroom in the front and back. It has 1 USB port. The car was special ordered. Fun to drive with almost all of the options.

I am late to the game writing about this car. I bought a 2010 in 2014 with 18000 miles on it. it now has about 55K miles on it and i plan to keep it in the family until the wheels fall off. I am no expert on driving SUV's but when I drove it i was hooked. Overall it really is a great car. Two complaints: mediocre gas mileage especially around town, and can be a bit sluggish when pushed hard. have had two weird problems that required attention. 1. the radiator blew out and had to be replaced. 2. not sure how to describe this but water was saturating the driver's side floor board, and it was traced to the drain lines getting clogged. go figure. Overall: Highly recommended.

This car is amazing. I bought it at the end of Feb 2021 for $11,000. That was about 4-6 weeks before the price of used cars skyrocketed. The first time i took it to a mechanic for some scheduled maintenance i found out that i have a “Unicorn.” It is quick and handles like a dream. I love that i don’t have to fuel it up as much as the gasoline version. The six speed manual transmission is amazing. A fun fact about this car is that it isn’t actually a Jetta. It’s a Golf. My manual 6 speeed TDI sportwagen is the most fun car i have ever owned.

So my wife picked it out Nov 2014. I was a little apprehensive, but the price was right. It had 9miles and we now have 50,056. The only issue was the front air dam between the wheels. Pull to close to the parking block and it will tear off when you back out. Never bothered to replace it. With gas on the rise our timming was really good. I'd get another V but it was discontinued. Versatile is a perfect description for it. Happy shopping 😁 It really handy size wise and mileage is super.

Love that it holds 4 car seats and 2 adults. Easy to understand console. Can turn into a huge storage vehicle when seats are folded down. Looks good for the outside. Small width so parks easily. I'm short and the driver's seat gets very close up. Powerful pick up in traffic, too.

I have the 2012 Honda Crosstour, Love this vehicle. People think it's a bran new vehicle because I kept it in top notch, plus you don't see many around, so they think Honda just came out with it. The rude is very comfortable and the acceleration of this vehicle is powerful. To be a V6, it's ok on the gas mileage. I had my radio put in as a 10" screen. Look Awesome. Kept the maintenance up on it, change your oil regular, you can get over 200,000 mile on it. This vehicle is Awesome!

I walked into the dealership to look at a specific vehicle that I wanted to see. They were super accommodating on letting me test drive and also taking it for a pre-purchase inspection. I LOVED my Mini Convertible but when the lease was up I decided to get something a little bigger to better fit my golf clubs AND my granddaughter and her stuff. When my lease expired I looked at lots of makes and models not knowing what I wanted... I came back to Mini Cooper and I love the huge panorama roof on the Clubman. There is enough room for my golf clubs to fit in the very back and I still have room for passengers. I love the zip of the turbo engine when I have it in Sport mode. The interior finishes are more upscale than other cars I looked at and the Infotainment system is very clear and easy to use. I got a really good price on a 2019 with very low miles. I feel like I got a good deal. It feels more sophisticated than my Mini Convertible. The Bose music system is great. I haven’t missed my convertible yet...I’m excited to drive it!

This dealership is one of the few that will treat you well like a human being and not like a walking check. The Prius was discontinued worldwide as of this year and was no longer sold in North America in 2019. It is a shame because it is an excellent car. MY car is close to 100K miles and I never had any problem with it. It was dealer maintained since buying it new in 2014. It is my second Prius V. The plus: - Fuel Economy: the car averages 40 mpg in the summer. I have managed at times to average between 25 and 27 mpg). The fuel economy drops during the winter which is normal for any car partially running on battery as batteries lose of their efficiency during the winter. - Versatility: The Prius V is a real Swiss Army knife. It can be used as a staion wagon, a crossover, a sedan. Used as a station wagon with the rear seats down, I can fit in more things than in our brand new Honda CRV. It also carries five adults on long distance trips in a very comfortable fashion. - Comfort: The car is amazingly comfortable on long distance driving. I have done a number of long distance trips (New England to Florida, DC to NYC to Boston to NH etc) and I was never tired. The seating position is very good, the driver's seat is adjustable (height, depth, seat back ) and it has an inflatable lumbar support which is very nice. - Heated outside mirrors: This may seem like nothing but it is essential in the Northern States as in New England during snow season. - Audio system and controls are good and ergonomically well designed. - GOod package in my car (I have the 2014 Prius V 3). BT, rear camera, all air bags, GPS etc. - Plenty of storage in doors, in the storage bin between the front seats, and in the double glove box compartments. - Good road handling. -Good acceleration when in Power mode. - Relatively quiet below 55-60 mph. IN fact the car is totally silent below 10 mpg especially when running in electric mode. Between 20 and 55 mpg, the car is very quiet for an hybrid. - Reliability. It is one of the most reliable cars I ever owned in 48 years. - Retail value as a used car. According to all specialized car sites, it is one of the best value in used cars. - Longevity: A Prius V will go well over 200K miles with no problem. I have read that the main battery should be changed at around 140 K miles but from what I read it has been seldom the case for most users. The minus: - Noise at high speeds: forget about listening to any soft audio above 60 mph. It is not loud as it would be in a smaller car such as a Honda Fit or any car that size. It is noisy but not extreme. Two people on the front can have a normal conversation without having to speak loudly. Some noise is expected as compromises had to be made with sonic insulation in order to reduce the weight and therefore improve the fuel economy. - Traction in winter time: Unless equipped with very good snow tires forget about trying to climb icy hills with this car. I was stuck half the way up three years ago in such a hill in Arlington, MA. It was scary. I was stuck once on a small snow drift. In typical New Englander way, I tried to get out by moving forward and backward repeatedly. Normally I should have been able to get out in no time. With the Prius V (I assume as with all the Priuses), there is no torque as when the car is idled, the electric motor is used and not the gas engine. Trying to move the car is impossible. As soon as one of the wheels, front of back senses the smallest slipping, it stops spinning. It is very aggravating. This being said, I have used the car for six winters in the Boston area and in NH with no problems otherwise. Driving on snow is typical of a front wheel drive. On heavily snowed in highways, I found the Prius V having a better handling that many cars around me. - Paint: The car gets scratched very easily. I assume that Toyota cut down in the number of coats of paint applied in order to save weight. - Fragile front and rear bumpers: On model years 1912 to 1915 any small shock front or back will damage the bumper. This was addressed in a redesigned of the car in 2017. - The stock light bulbs are not powerful enough. This is due to the double design of the headlights in the 2012-2016. There are two different sockets and casing for low and high beans. The casing aperture for the low beans is very small. I add to put in high intensity bulbs to be able to see anything on the road. This was also addressed in the post 2016 models. Excellent car.

The Crosstrek was the most reliable car I ever had and it never failed to get me somewhere, even in deep snow and ice in very rural areas. In fact, I liked this one so much, I bought a newer model as my next car. The AWD, comfort, and ease of drive of this car is excellent,

We are unabashed fans of station wagons built on sport sedan platforms, and we are distressed to see this best-of-all-worlds configuration disappearing from the US market, even though it remains deservedly popular in Europe. We bought a 2016 Sportwagen one year ago; our other car is a 2001 VW Passat wagon, which we plan to keep running as long as we reasonably can. The Sportwagen excels on fuel efficiency, handles very well, and offers more-than-adequate performance. Although it is almost as large outside as the Passat, it offers noticeably less usable cargo volume, albeit still sufficient for most purposes. Sideward and rearward visibility are better than average, but no match for the Passat wagon, which is almost unbeatable in this category. Styling is elegantly clean, simple, and timeless. We have had no problems yet, and we happily note that the engine has a generous 6 qt. oil capacity, versus the Passat's 3.7 qts., which I expand to 4.25 by using an oversized Mann oil filter. The larger oil capacity should reduce the incidence of infamous oil "sludge" (technically, baked-on coke). German cars offer a superb driving experience, but they need to be maintained fastidiously; they do not thrive on neglect the way a Toyota might.

I purchased a vehicle on 2/16/2023. The process was fast and efficient. The staff was extremely helpful and there was zero sales pressure. The CarMax financing offer was as good as I had found independantly.

This is my first hybrid and is also my first Ford. In the past I've had many cars including an indestructible Honda Civic. This review will "compare" with the Civic because the Civic left the biggest impression on us for great reliability and cheap parts. The reason I gave the review 4 stars for reliability is because I had a minor coolant leak (a rusted hose clamp) and Ford charged me $250 to fix the hose clamp. I never had any problems with the Civic we used to have and if we did it was ultra cheap to fix it. Besides the minor problem the Ford C-Max has been great!!! I absolutely Love the high ceiling in the C-max. My head has plenty of room and I'm 6 feet tall. Much more room than the Civic. The Civic had 140hp and this Ford has 188hp, so its much faster than the civic! Also, The C-max costs me $35 in gas every TWO weeks!!! The last two cars I had I was spending $25-40 in gas in one week! So its faster, better gas mileage and more spacious and roomy than pretty much any car I've had lately. So far my experience with my first ford is very good. I like the style, the space inside and the comfort. I got the SE model instead of the Titanium so it doesn't have some bells and whistles. Overall I really enjoy the C-Max. I'm one of the very few people who thinks it looks cool. As for my future purchases... Ford is now on my radar!

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

My 2011 328i has just reached 223k miles. No timing chain replacement. Only oil changes and coolant flushes. Obviously break pads and rotors. It’s been amazing. Fun to drive although I get 22mpg average. As Long as you don’t touch it and don’t drive it like you stole it, you can count on it.
