Paul helped me and advised during my visit to the service department. He was very knowledgeable detail oriented and explained all very clearly. However I have a concern with the service department. When I tried to make an appointment the phones kept ringing but no one picked up. Tried to connect thru parts and sales department and it was again going to a voice mail. Left a message but did not hear back. I called again and got the parts department and the gentleman at parts instructed me to send a text. Then they responded. The management should look into a better way for customers to set up services ce appointment. Thank you.

The XC70 is an great all-around wagon. More versatile than a crossover with much better styling. I have the T6 turbo six-cylinder which is smooth and very torquey, though fuel economy is mediocre. All wheel drive works well and inspires confidence in foul weather. The ride is cushy and soft but handling can feel a bit floaty. Handsome and roomy interior that easily fits two car seats and.a booster, something that many crossovers can’t do. The front seats are the most comfortable I’ve ever sat in. Tech is pretty good— no Apple CarPlay but it’ll do everything else you need it to. Awesome car, I wish Volvo still made them.

I went to check out the car, was amazed at the condition that it was in. (Interior & exterior), and the car’s mechanical condition was superb. The car salesman Greg Spiciati helped me out so much with everything I wanted to know, and in doing so made the decision to purchase the car much more easier and pleasant. He took care of the financing details and even got a much me a much better quote on the car insurance by calling multiple carriers and doing his magic. Even offered me water or coffee multiple times. I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it. It is now 2025 and it has 223,000 miles on it, and I still drive her daily with no issues. I have had to replace the car battery once and the fob battery twice. I also had to replace the front wheel bearings about 2 years ago. That is it! No check engine lights no engine or transmission issues, no sun roof leaks. Everything she started with still functions as well as the day i got her. This has been the best, most reliable incredible car i could have every asked for. I can not speak highly enough of the Rogue and am currently looking at getting another one and saving what is left of this one for my daughter.

We bought a Pathfinder in August for my son. the car runs great and very clean. My daughter needed a car so we returned to get her a chevy sonic. just what she wanted. great service and great prices. This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!

This van is great! Very easy to drive with minimal blind spots that are common in a van. It travels up and down the Pa. Turnpike with a breeze and little crosswind problems.

I bought a 2016 SL used in 2017 from the dealer. It has a lot of great features. The SL model rides and handles a lot better then lower models. Good inside room for passengers and storage. Pretty good gas mileage and pickup for the size. No CVT issues so far that I've heard of. Suggest you pay attention to CVT maintenance as it requires more service than your standard geared transmission. I got that from a 2015 Juke I still own. Renewed maintenance resolved the dreaded CVT "stumble".

I bought a 2016 Red E400 4Matic coupe with 49K miles on it in Dec 2023. I've had no problems with it and have only brought it in for it's once a year maintenance (I drive less than 10K a year). My only other expense was slapping new tires on it. The vehicle has the right amount of tech on it, and it's a smooth on the road and quick on the pickup when I need it. This is my first Mercedes (lifelong Toyota and Lexus owner) and can definitely say this will not be my last Mercedes.

Had an pleasant interaction with the sales staff. At first by email and phone. Then visited at due to random chance. The sales person i spoke to was really pleasant, not pushy. However the dealership, like many other, tacked on additional fees which should be part of the cost of business and not added to the customer as 'additional fees'. I didnt purchase because at the time i wasn't ready, so i didnt get to negotiate etc, however the added fees are discouraging.

As usual, Volvo excels in interior comfort and design. Performance with the E-Drive T5 2.0 liter engine is more than adequate for highway driving and passing. Purchased as a used car, technology is not at 2021 levels, but it all works very well and certainly all we need. Super comfortable and practical for road trips.

Dependable suv money can buy. The outlander sport drives awesome and the gas milage isn't bad for being an SUV. Would recommend this SUV for anyone looking for a new suv without breaking the bank.

I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2016 and it is now 2024. I have to say it is one of the best cars I have ever owned, I only have 58,000 miles on it going into my 8th year of ownership. I did not get the moonroof as that was not a problem I wanted, but I did get the SL with the Red exterior and Almond interior (all leather). It has hands free talking and texting, lots of whistle and bells, it beeps when backing up if there is a car or person behind you, and the excellent stereo system for just a few of the SL features. I did not have the blind spot monitor( I wish I did) or the adaptive cruise control, other than that I have every other option. The best gas mileage I got was 36mpg on the highway, and I could drive from Atlanta to Mobile on one tank of guess which is awesome. I have taken very good care of the car with a regular maintained schedule with all the records in the glove box and I have never had one problem with this car at all. The smooth ride had sold me over and I also have a KIA Sorento of the same year, and it rides like a freight train compared to the rogue. Maybe I just got lucky, and got a great car, but everyone I talk to that has a Rogue all seem to love theirs as well as I do mine. I can only hope the newer models are as reliable as my 2016, as I plan on driving it until it can no longer go or I wear out before it does. This is just my honest opinion; I am no car salesman or have any stock or reason to brag on my Nissan Rogue, other than it has been a great ride these last going on 8 years.

I bought used in 2023 a 2015 premium with 214k miles. I drove it 6k miles and only replaced the CV axle, this isn't impressive sounding but it was going through constant , aggressive off reading due to the rough road conditions I had to use because I live in the rocky mountains. I got in a rollover a 60 mph and I had no injuries, airbags kept me safe. Fuel economy was dismal with 21 in the city and 24 in the highway, safety and reliability are top tier, power was surprisingly adequate, the Bluetooth was appreciated and all the safety tech and other tech was very useable and helpful and accurate. Love the car would buy it again if I had the chance

This was a replacement vehicle for a Toyota Camry that was totaled. Bought it, it was 3 years old with 36,032 miles on it. Been rear ended $14,000 in Damages to the rear, there’s only 2 things I would complain about. One getting a replacement Drivers seat has been a problem, I’ve even looked in Auto salvage yards to get a replacement seat, it’s been a headache, and if you do find one you got to give the first 2 numbers of the VIN # so the wiring Harness will work.. if you have the American built version , the Japanese or Korean Version Wiring Harnesses will not work, they will bolt in, but the Harnesses won’t work. Been looking for 3 years for a seat , still can’t find one. I’ve looked in both North & South Carolina for a replacement seat.
