Thursday night, I bought my third Volvo from Cherry Hill Volvo. I was not planning on leasing a new car. I was picking up my car from service and my fiancé was the one interested. We worked with Ezra Nathan. He is fanatic. Very patient, knowledgeable, professional and chill. On a whim I asked if I could end my existing lease early and get into a new car. He sprang into action and within in minutes, I was picking out a new car and crunching numbers. As with every Volvo I purchased, I feel like I got an amazing deal on an amazing car at an amazing dealership. I cannot say enough great things about Cherry Hill Volvo and in particular, Ezra Nathan. If you’re looking for a great person to guide you through buying/leasing a new Volvo, stop by and ask for Ezra. It is such a chill, smooth, easy process working with him. He know his stuff and if he doesn’t, he gets the answers quick. I absolutely loved working with him and when it’s time again in three years, I hope to work with him on my next vehicle.

I had written a review that was not so kind and after working with Carlos I am posting this new review because when I posted the first Review I received a phone call within minutes of the review I posted it was the owner Carlos to my surprise he responded right away and called me he asked me to explain the situation which I did that right there told me that he cares about his customers and his business I explained everything and Carlos intern explain things to me and I went back the next day and Carlos worked everything out to make sure that I was a happy customer in these days in time it is difficult to find that type of service he showed me that he cared and he wanted me to have the vehicle of my choice and make sure I was happy Carlos took the time to explain everything more than one time! He and his team do care and will work with you to make sure that you’re satisfied. He even let me take the vehicle to my own mechanic which was a good thing. I purchased the truck I wanted and have stayed in touch with Carlos he always calls me back and answers my questions. As I said before it is rare to find someone that goes the extra mile which is just what he did! If you go somewhere to purchase a vehicle I would suggest that you stop here first because he will definitely get the Customer Service that you’re looking for thank you Carlos for your time and thank you to your team for being quick and efficient. It has plenty of legroom in the front and back. It has 1 USB port. The car was special ordered. Fun to drive with almost all of the options.

Great car drive and also great to haul just about anything Small to mid sized since the back seats fold all the way down. And it gets good Gas MPG as well.

This is my 3rd pt cruiser and my 1st pt gt and for a little 4cly with turbo she moves really well it does great around town and so far has been great on long trips am very happy with it

We had Volvo in mind going into the car buying process, we had been in touch with Ezra Nathan for about 1 month after test driving both the XC60 and XC. In March, we finally had a better understanding for what made sense to us, reached out to Ezra and set up another appointment. Throughout the process, Ezra was informative, insightful and put more of an emphasis on teaching us about Volvos than selling us a car. Ezra was very flexible and accommodating as we determined what was best for us.

I am in my seventies and didn't want to buy new so i I looked at over twenty used vehicles during my search. This Subaru Outback was the best driving vehicle of all that I tried. My experience at Boucher Ford in Janesville was fantastic. I was treated like a true customer with respect and caring for my needs.

Good car for single person. Only problem is the back window which should be bigger for back-up safety. It has been reliable except when I had to replace battery

I bought the car used from a non-Volvo dealer. I have not been driving much due to the pandemic, but a couple of computer glitches have arisen. I took the car into a Volvo dealer for service on the issue, thank goodness the car is still under warranty. The problem with the auto start-stop feature wasn't working, it was "fixed" but the problem has reoccurred intermittently. And now the side mirrors are not retracting upon shutdown... that isn't good.

Reliable and lasts forever!! Will stick to Toyota or Lexus, because these cars give the least headache and problems comparing to other vehicles. Plus the parts and service

This is the car I drive the most often. I have driven this car in all kinds of environments, including in someone else's yard when I made the mistake of taking a turn too fast. My family bought this car for under 2000 used, and it's been worth every penny. Ours doesn't have AC anymore, nor does it have any of the bells and whistles. This car has never let me down, and I doubt that it will. This is the perfect car.

My wife and I have purchased 4 vehicles from them over the years. I brought my parents there and they have each purchased a vehicle. Never had any problems with the staff or vehicles. I always recommend them. One day when I was there, there was a guy complaining about broken parts on his Caddy after he got in an accident. I wonder if that's the same Steve that is complaining on here about his CTS.

Love the room inside. I had a Toyota CH-R, to small in side but a great look. Then I got the Honda Crosstour 2014 and love it all around! I love how you can drive all the time with the right mirror camera for turns and bicyclists. The black bar on the hatchbac does cut the view for the rear, but you get used to it. It does help black headlights behind you. Roomy, good on gas. Solid car, green/teal is very pretty. I actually get compliments on it. 5 STARS.
