This is a great little boutique style dealership in the heart of downtown West Chester, Pa. I went to the dealership to look at a 355 Spider they had there and was very impressed with the knowledge the salesman had about the 355 as well as knowledge on vehicles as a whole. The buying process was amazing and super easy and I never felt pushed into doing something I wasn't comfortable with. Chuck made everything from start to finish effortless and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. This place is a car lovers man cave and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Chuck is a car guy through and through and def. has oil running through his veins. Like the performance/plenty of power/exterior & interior design. Heated steering wheel/navigational system/rides like floating on air. Tinted windows/garage door opener buttons. Overall a great car.

Don’t be fooled when the price at Keyser & Miller Ford appears a bit higher than others. That is because they show the actual price, with zero unpleasant surprises like you get at many other dealers. And, at least in our experience, they make sure the cars they sell are top shelf, clean, sound, and reliable. We got to spend time with Krista and Chris, and beyond being utterly knowledgeable and professional, they are peoples’ people, eager to communicate, and most of all help. Absolutely 100% positive experience.

Bought our first XC70, a 2006 AWD with 185,000 miles. Now with 265,000, only routine maintenance and rear axle control unit repair. Got our second XC70, a 2016 FWD with with 180,000. Now has 203,000, and we pull a 3300# camping trailer with it. Again only routine maintenance. Neither of these cars burns any synthetic engine oil between 5,000 mile changes. I also drain and refill the transmission sump at the same time. I fully expect these cars to last to 300,000 and beyond. These cars are a perfect combination of safety, comfort, durability, style and power. After going airborne and inverted at 55 in an 82 240 wagon--the victims of an idiot--we were delighted to have survived with only whiplash injuries. The roof stayed right there. Equally delighted and impressed that the president of Volvo called the house thanking me for my letter and photos of the aftermath. He explained why they use the steel they do in roof frames. We've driven only Volvos since 1984, and will never drive anything else. We have five in our family.

The M5 is a beast. It is like 3 cars in one:1), an all electric automobile for 33 miles,2) a twin turbo V-8 hybrid with zero lag,3) a roomy/comfortable cruiser. It is missing a couple items that should be standard or available such as soft close doors and seat message. Otherwise, this is the best of both worlds.

The Crosstrek was the most reliable car I ever had and it never failed to get me somewhere, even in deep snow and ice in very rural areas. In fact, I liked this one so much, I bought a newer model as my next car. The AWD, comfort, and ease of drive of this car is excellent,

I brought my 2002 v70 T5 back in 2012 for only 2k with 120,000 in the clock. I still have the now with 240,000 on the clock. The only thing I have had to fork out in is the new pencil coil packs, other than that all I do is give it a service once a year. It has been a good trusty car. Plus the power is great!

I have now driven the Volvo V60 CC for three weeks and I'm very happy with my purchase. It is very comfortable and has a number of safety features. The gas mileage is exactly as advertised, 25 mpg of mixed driving.

Bought it used in May 2022. It's a 2016 Buick Enclave awd Tucson Edition (displayed as leather). It's a nice car, was around $28,000 from carmax with 70k miles. It's first problem occurred in June 2025 when the ac stopped working, it got fixed. Only major problem was at 105k miles when the transmission had trouble. Reason why was because the dealer said it had the 4,500 lb tow package, but it was missing a crucial part needed to tow. Transmission was fixed, and car still runs fine to this day at 108k miles. 3.6L V6 288 horsepower.

Bought my first Rondo new in 2008. Drove it for 297,000 miles over 14 years! Best car ever for both short and long distance driving. It was still running when I gave it away and bought another one (2009 this time) with 87,000 miles on it. I have every expectation to drive this one for years to come as well. I only wish KIA still imported them to the US.

Hamilton Hudson is the type of person you wish you could always deal with when working with a dealership. I have visited the dealership many times over the years to look at the inventory and Hamilton would always greet me by name even when I was just looking. I travel for my job with a 10×6 enclosed trailer and have put many miles on this beautiful beast. Its taken my family camping on the beach, picked up family members and luggage at the airport. It has power and speed when needed with lots of comfort! At 115,000 miles(50,000 when I bought in 2019) and proper maintenance, im confident I can double that milage!

My dream car since a teenager was a grand Cherokee and when I finally got one in 2021, I’ve loved it the same ever since. They are bold in appearance and look like a strong vehicle. It has always run beautifully and I have had no issues thus far since 2021 and now it’s 2024. Very comfortable interior and attractive to the eye. Love love love my car.

I still love my priusv.Bought it new in oct.2012 went to Florida 6 winter with it I change oil every 6 month.very good on gas.In 10 yr. I put a set of wiper at one time. At my last inspection last October 2022 I had to have new brake in the back. That was it new tires of course.I can almost give it a 5 star but l will give it a 4.8 red & beige inside.
