He is thoroughly professional, and he is an excellent ambassador for a company that delivers on the promise of superb service, which one hopes for when paying for Volvo - I was well taken care of - and it's highly appreciated - especially during these stressful times. We're currently living upstate, but I preferred to take care of this in Manhattan, instead of establishing a new relationship with an upstate dealer, and I am glad I did so.

I love the look of this body style, unfortunately they changed they body style so next time I buy a car it won’t be the HR-V with backseat handle that make the vehicle look like a sedan.

I still love my priusv.Bought it new in oct.2012 went to Florida 6 winter with it I change oil every 6 month.very good on gas.In 10 yr. I put a set of wiper at one time. At my last inspection last October 2022 I had to have new brake in the back. That was it new tires of course.I can almost give it a 5 star but l will give it a 4.8 red & beige inside.

I bought my 2007 Rondo in 2017 for $5888 with 30,000 miles. I love the room in the 2nd row and I can carry furniture with the 2nd row seats down. It passed inspection after $600,00 for new sensors. The only problem I had was the lights kept flashing when someone walked by when I bought it. The Kia dealer knew the fix. The pin under the hood was bent. I haven't had any issues since. I just sold my Rondo at auction for $4,500. Fantastic car, easy to drive and not a cockpit experience like new cars are today.

Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

I have a 2015 Nissan Rogue SV AWD and it has always been reliable and never had any mechanical issues with it. I really believe the mechanical issues some owners experience comes down to regular maintenance being done. It’s a great looking SUV and it’s no wonder there are so many on the road.

I needed a new set of rims for my Polestar 2 so that I can have a winter wheel set and a summer wheel set. I worked with Dan Filipe and he was great. The rims arrived in perfect shape. It may seem a simple thing for a manager to be responsive and proactive in communication, but I don't take it for granted. Dan set the bar for others.

Great for long distance travels. The XC was one of the first cross-over style autos. All the comfort of a car with the ability to attack rugged terrain safely.

Can't say enough about Kyle and the overall experience at Smythe. We had just come off a horrific experience at another dealer (two bad experiences, actually). We were so turned off. But we found this beautiful Audi at Smythe and decided to give it another go. My wife stopped in and met Kyle. He was terrific from the start. All she did was want to see it before the two of us went back. There was no pressure, no "sales-pitch" or anything. Just a nice guy who listened to my wife and her auto buying needs. We went back that night, test drove the car, talked with Kyle (again, "talked", no pressure). He took the time to answer to every question we had and explained everything in detail. It was more of a conversation than a sales transaction. We explained what we were looking for, in terms of deal (money down, monthly payment, etc.). Kyle introduced us to Abood, helped us explain exactly what we were looking for and we were told "No problem. We hear you and will do our best. If it doesn't turn out to be the deal you are looking for, no worries, but we'll call you in the morning." Next day, my wife got the call and the deal we talked about the night before was they deal made happen. No sweat, no stress, no anxiety. We walked in later that afternoon. Great car that is totally practical but fun to drive. 6 Speed Manual transmission is amazing. Turbo kicks into gear and you really feel the 300 HP. Have taken on serious sports cars such as Porsche Boxter and have beaten them on the turns....with appropriate tires of course. I recommend Pirelli or Goodyear Eagles for performance. Standard low profile or even all weather tires are still terrific for the car although I would not push as hard in competition. The volvo has 3 stability settings, comfort, sport and performance. Each instantly responds. Of course with this car you can fit 5 and have room for luggage and skis. One negative is the turning radius due to the four wheel drive. Car performs well in all terrain and weather. Seat heaters, premium sound. Blue leather interior. Highly recommended.

Very reliable our’s has 102,000 miles never had a problem with the engine! Very smooth, fast, good acceleration AC is ice cold, water drips on humid days from AC, that is normal for it to drip water.
