I received phenomenal customer service from this dealership I flew all the way from Michigan and was mad at the airport by Jairo. He was awesome!!! I felt very comfortable with this whole sale beginning to end. I wire transferred funds before I even seen the vehicle. I was worried to do so but I knew how hard it was to find the vehicle they were selling so I took them at their word and it was a great decision. Keep in mind you are buying a vehicle that won’t be perfect. You’re getting a older used vehicle. As long as you go into your sale with REALISTIC expectations you will be very happy with this dealership! Jairo actually went to another dealership to buy a part for the Wrangler I bought from them because he knew I was driving it a long distance home. Everything worked very well on the Jeep and it was in very good shape for being 15 years old! Jairo also offered to mail me the print out copy of the Carfax and seriously made the whole experience awesome! Thanks guys. The Crosstrek was the most reliable car I ever had and it never failed to get me somewhere, even in deep snow and ice in very rural areas. In fact, I liked this one so much, I bought a newer model as my next car. The AWD, comfort, and ease of drive of this car is excellent,

Seriously the best car buying experience I could ask for. Cars.com has little info so when I reached out to the dealer they sent me the link to the dealership website. Had the carfax actually posted on the site and easy to reference/compare. I reached out to say I was interested and was linked up w/ Omar. He was super friendly and understanding, knew what I was looking for/the type of customer I was, and def made the entire process pain free. He answered my questions, I never felt pushed into trying something else or adding things I didn’t want, and when i told him I was paying cash he didn’t bat an eye (I’ve been to other places where they actually tried to convince me financing was the “best way to go” and it’s annoying). He gave me the “out the door” price and even had the car parked out front so I could hop straight into the test drive and not have to worry about someone snaking the car from under me before I got there (he could tell I was worried living 1.5 hours away and not getting their until the next day that someone might grab the car, reassured me it would be there when I showed up). I even had to delay showing up by like 4 hours and he didn’t once make me feel stressed about it and it would be there when I got there. Once I got there this place was a well oiled machine and everything about the dealership/employees screamed friendly and helpful. Me and my friend joked about maybe this place would be a corner dealer shack with beaters out front, but this place was immaculate. Everything from Honda’s to Ferrari’s and even some UTV’s. Omar told me what the process was going to be and the moment I sat down he spelled out the steps that would happen and about how long the process was. The place wasn’t busy when I got there but 10 minutes into me sitting down the place got several customers. Even though they were busy, Omar made sure my stuff was taken care of, and he processed and signed my paperwork before he did anything else for other customers. Made me feel like I was his top priority even though I know he had to be dealing with at least a couple other customers. He even thought of the small stuff, like making sure my mailing address was up to date because it was different than on my drivers license (so that my permanent tags/title wouldn’t go to the wrong address). I genuinely hate the process of buying a car, but Omar could sense that and he made the whole thing actually enjoyable. First time I can say that about car buying haha. No b.s. after the test drive I was in and out of the place in 28 minutes. I didnt ever feel rushed, they let me drive as long as I wanted and didn’t make me wait when I was done and ready to sign. I don’t normally like to commit to one place for something as big as a car purchase, but ENE Motors was transparent about the price/info, Omar was friendly understood and catered to me, and was easy to talk to. I was a priority the second I walked in to the second I left....All for a car that they were selling under the price of other dealers around. Pros: -Great deal with no hidden/outrageous fees -Transparent carfax/website/user info -Great staff that understand what customers want out of car buying -no pushy or sleazy upselling tricks/tactics -answered all questions and when I declined certain options, was not hassled or argued with -huge selection with wide variety -felt like a priority the entire time -Omar and the guy in finance were super easy to talk to -super streamlined buying process that doesn’t waste hours. Cons: Nothing crazy just the layout of the dealership is sort of confusing and it took me a minute to call/find out where to meet Omar at, but that was an easy fix. Seriously, I’ll be buying all my cars here for sure. Thanks Omar!

Like the performance/plenty of power/exterior & interior design. Heated steering wheel/navigational system/rides like floating on air. Tinted windows/garage door opener buttons. Overall a great car.

2007 Limited, new August, 2007. Almost 180K, never been in shop. Sure-footed as a mountain goat in snow/ice here in Maryland. Fast, holds its own on highway. VERY comfortable interior. VERY quiet - a key purchasing point for us. Styling still ahead of its time - looks much better than competitors. Plenty of cargo room. She’ll be with us forever!

We traded our 2012Optima because of a brake issue the dealership couldn't find. I could've scanned the ABS myself but it was under warranty, so after MANY times to that dealership we switched to another and decided to trade it in and get a 2012 Sorento. The salesman assured us the CARFAX said the car was seviced including all the major components and specifically said,Engine, Transmission and complete driveline,within the 1st month we had oil consumption issues which was diagnosed as a bad engine after being stranded with it,we also had complained about the transmission having issues with it on a few occasions to the dealership now we're getting close to our 10 year warranty period and I'm worried that we'll be stuck with the bill. Our dealership now are awesome they do whatever they can to do right by us. So maybe I'm being paranoid but a couple thousand $$$ isn't something we can afford. We want to keep it if all is good,and might buy a used Kia again in a couple of months it all depends on what happens here.

  I have the Trailhawk trim, the serious off-road version.  Finally, a car that I can confidently drive in and out of rough construction sites, and not be afraid that I'll break it or get it stuck.   It is possessed by a powerful spirit of wanderlust, and frequently demands that I take it on drives just to see places it hasn't yet been, preferably places that normal cars cannot go.   If Don Quixote de La Mancha lived in our time, he would surely drive a vehicle like this one; a vehicle truly fit for a modern Knight Errant.   I didn't know until a few days after I bought it, and I don't think the dealership knew either, but this one has about a 2" aftermarket lift, and slightly larger tires than stock.

Worked with Lifetime Auto for my first auto loan vehicle purchase, and the experience could not have been better from start to finish. It started with Chad, helping me find the exact vehicle to fit the needs of my son and I. (Economical, safe, and most of all affordable). He worked FOR me with the bank to get me the exact terms and payment that I needed and most importantly, could afford. After that it was smooth sailing. I did not even have to leave the dealership to do all the paperwork! They even switched my license plates to my new car for me! All in all the whole process just felt comfortable and effortless, I left there very comfortable with my purchase and even felt as though I gained a few friends. A few months later I even called thier service department to set up my first oil change and that process also was extremely pleasant. These guys have earned my business for years to come! Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

The Lot was clean and presentable, there was plenty of info displayed on each vehicle. We weren’t pressured to buy anything, Gary was very helpful and gave us the space to make my own decision. Once I decided, they made sure the total price was in my price range, and made the final paperwork a breeze to get through. We have owned a 2012 explorer since it was brand new. Lots of room for cargo. Lots of leg room Powerful We do routine oil changes on it Amd fix whatever needs tending to…..Our yearly to year and a half maintenance that needs doing is rear bushings that run about 350 The paint chipped on the front hood a few years back but no rust there yet. I am starting to notice a bit of rust starting down by driver door probably from salt from the roads in our Canadian winters. But it handles amazing on ice and snow (with winter tires of course). Driver door rear has started to unstitch. The original Headlights were phenomenal to see down our dark deer filled hiways. However we changed them out and they are not in comparison to what we had. We also just changed our brakes. For having 282+ KMs in it. I will be driving it until it drops

Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

This is a great car. I love the back-up camera, heated seats, no smoking in, very low mileage, fast and safe for my little one. The back seats go all The way down or part way. I sit higher, has a slap-shift. Great car!

There are two Mercedes Benz dealers in the Milwaukee area, and I’m glad I chose International Autos Group to service my vehicle. When I arrived, the service person was with a customer but immediately acknowledged me and let me know he would be with me shortly. Soon after, I had the Service Manager, Pete, help me out. Pete is professional, friendly and truly wants to help customers. He went the extra mile to ensure MB would cover any issues under warranty. I really appreciated that and the fact that they completed my regular maintenance quickly. Every staff member I interacted with was very responsive and friendly, from the sales people, admins and even the tech that drove my vehicle. Management: you make some quality hires so keep it up. I have a Panamera 4 and it is the best car I have ever owned. After 5 years it has never let me down- not even once- and besides the recall notices that were always handled during regularly scheduled visits nothing has needed attention. The fit and finish and styling are still totally on point after all this time. The car looks and drives exactly like it did when new despite 30,000 miles. Also, I have 21’ wheels and thought I would have to replace the tires by now. However, they are chunky and full of tread. I drove 1000 miles in one day last week averaging 77mph and 29.5mpg. Great performance and a long drive in one day. It was so nice on the road and my body despite the longest drive of my life! Fit and finish, quality of the components, and tech that is totally up to date after 5 years. Wow. Loved it! I also own a cayenne and a 2015 Mercedes S class. The Mercedes is not close to the quality unfortunately.

I just want to thank everyone involved with our new vehicle purchase!! From Marry (Sales) confirming the vehicle was ACTUALLY on the lot and personally holding onto the keys so no one else could grab them(!), to Christian (Sales Director) and his willingness to work with us to come up with numbers that worked for us both, to Jessi (finance) and her quick, friendly work getting us through our paperwork. Everyone was super friendly and professional. After the purchase we had to return for installation of running boards where we met John Ferrigno (service). Although we were told install would take an hour or two, he told us it would likely be longer - a little disappointing but we had the time to wait. Not even 1 hour later John came up to us to say our install was DONE!! He pushed it to the top of the list - what excellent customer service! And the final kudos goes to Mike Schmidt (service) who took my frantic call today when I couldn't get the liftgate to open or shut (stuck 1/2 way open) Although he tried to talk me through the process over the phone (for a good 15 minutes) I was really frustrated, so he guided me through the process of manually closing the liftgate (so I could get home) and said if we couldn't figure out how to reset it - he'd be glad to help out. Fortunately, we figured it out (lesson learned!) but his calmness and patience helped me not freak out. I don't think most people enjoy the process of vehicle shopping BUT this experience from start to finish was exceptional! Thanks Umansky!

I still love my priusv.Bought it new in oct.2012 went to Florida 6 winter with it I change oil every 6 month.very good on gas.In 10 yr. I put a set of wiper at one time. At my last inspection last October 2022 I had to have new brake in the back. That was it new tires of course.I can almost give it a 5 star but l will give it a 4.8 red & beige inside.

I think for the most part, I like my car. I have had a couple issues, one of them is probably not the cars fault, (but seeing other people have the same issue, it makes me wonder) I now have 50k miles on it and in that time I have only had to replace the battery and tires, to be expected on a 6 year old car. (and windshield) The windshield is the questionable item. It seemed to crack out of nowhere and I thought I must have gotten a small rock chip while driving down the highway and just didn't see it until it started to crack. So I replaced it at a cost of almost $1000. However, I am on an Outback form and it seems to be a common complaint with outback owners of this year, having the windshield crack out of nowhere. Could it be the frame design? Maybe, but it does seem suspicious that others have had the same issue. One other problem I have had is if I let my car sit unused for like 5 days, the battery goes completely dead. There seems to be a parasitic drain somewhere on the car. It doesn't happen if I drive it every day, but if it sits for about 5 days unused, the battery goes completely dead. I have read it has something to do with the DCS system in the car, but you have to pay the dealer a diagnostic fee to verify. I drive it enough I have not gotten it checked, but next time I am at the dealer I am going to ask them about it.

25K trouble free miles so far. Everybody picks on the 55 kW maximum charge speed, but the car is so efficient that it still adds 100 mi in ½ an hour at a DC station. Imagine a 200 HP Fit, and you've got the idea. Zero dollars on maintenance/repair.

I recently went in for an oil. Changed. Taylor was my service agent. She has been wonderful in the past and she did not disappoint. Today. She noticed that the rear wiper was missing from the car, something which I had neglected to mention. It had come off during a visit to a car wash. She was able to get a replacement and at a very good price as well. Taylor is my go-to person whenever I need any servicing at Wilde!!

Love this car! We were sizing down after three JEEP grand Cherokees and a Buick Enclave. We finally went with something more like a car. I am always attracted to more interesting and unusual (wouldn’t know it by my last four cars!) and when I first saw one of these I was so intrigued I had to research it. Then search the country for the color and options I wanted. They are a bit rare! But they drive like a dream. And always garner interest among other drivers. It is quick, has been extremely reliable and carefree. And the sure-footedness of all wheel drive has been great in the rain and snow of the Pacific Northwest. Plus I’m getting over 30mph flying across the west on regular unleaded! And it is cavernous, both in overall capacity, but even for my 6+ footer boys in the back seat. I haven’t been as happy driving a car since the sport cars of my youth! Only giving it four stars in comfort because the drivers seat is a little too narrow for long hauls for my larger frame. But the fun makes up for it!

Very versatile with room for 7 or fold down the seat and have room to haul almost anything. I've only ever had to do routine maintenance. Nothing has ever broken on this car.

I've purchase four Mercedes and have ordered my fifth, excellent sales and service, I will be back again
