SAVE MONEY AND SAVE TIME! If you’re like me buying a car is a miserable experience. I have bought and sold dozens of cars and trucks over my lifetime for my personal use. I found Next Ride Motors through a vehicle search on CarFax. That’s right, I want to know history and a CarFax value as I shop! I purchased a 2017 Lincoln MKX Reserve on Monday July 15, 2024. Why? So many answers. All of their vehicles have a Carfax and are priced within reason of Carfax values. The vehicles are unlocked so just walk the lot, open and look at any or all of them. No salesperson chasing your xxx around! Oh, just show your license and test drive alone! Trish and her dog Bubbles were my sales team. Trish handled all the human stuff while Bubbles did a lot of lovin’ and talking, just sayin’. Here’s a beautiful thing! With no trade I was out the door all in for $13,500. I live in an apartment complex and have a garage. My garage neighbor just purchased a $75,000 Lexus RX350. Thanks to Next Ride Motors, I am far happier with my gently used MKX. I both bought and sold a car here recently. My sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic. SOLD: They gave me a very fair price on a 2003 Honda CRV with roughly 180K miles. The process was quick and painless. You do not have to buy a car from them to sell a car to them. I had done my homework before and knew what it was worth and I was offered a price higher than Kelly Blue Book. BUY: Buying a used car was more complicated. It took test driving many and lots of time on their website before I found one that met the very specific details I was looking for. I decided on CarMax because I did have a very specific car in mind that I had not been able to find private seller in the two plus months I'd been looking. Also, my sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic.He spent roughly a month helping me look at cars making calls to other dealerships and coordinating multiple test drives etc. I know having him as a salesperson made a huge difference. I had looked at other dealerships and was treated only like a wallet from the moment I entered. He worked hard to help me find what I needed in a car and was pleasant and respectful the entire time. Not at all the experience I had at other dealerships. With all of the hidden fees etc other places have, carmax was not more expensive. I was glad not to give my money to sketchy people at another place.

I purchased my 2019 Kia Soul with 52,000 miles on it in April last year. I now have 62,000 on it now. It looks good and drives great. No problems so far. Nice car.

I hate the process of buying a car, but this one was painless. It took a few trips and test drives to find the right car, but we found it for a fair price, and they gave us a fair price on our 10-year-old trade-in.

I bought a leftover Ford CMax Energi plug-in hybrid 6 years ago. My only regret is, that Ford discontinued making this model. I was a Mopar man all my life, but I am now a Ford man. My CMax is the most satisfying car I have ever owned, and I will keep it until I die. It's a plug -in hybrid, so I can drive 1,000 miles from Philly to Tampa without sopping to charge the battery. One or two fill-ups for gas. And it has electric everything, so it's so comfortable to drive all day. I just wish I was younger, so I could enjoy it longer.

Purchased used S 5-speed manual with 33,000 miles on it about four years back. Just passed 100,000 miles last month. Only one problem so far, with the passenger door latch assembly. We get about 37 MPG mixed city and highway, and 45-50 MPG in interstate highway driving. FWD and snow tires work fine here in Wisconsin. The turbo motor and 5-speed provide all of the acceleration one will *actually* need, and also provide those great economy numbers. As part of the Golf platform, it's a solid car and the handling is good. The ride comfort is also good, maybe enhanced by the taller 16" tires on the S version. Simple controls, without an overly complicated radio / info system. Manual ventilation controls (knobs) are a huge plus. With the rear seats down, it has about the same cargo space as our 2009 Subaru Outback: little narrower but also a little longer. Good outward visibility. Driver seat can get a little tiring after a long drive (4 hours or more) but it's comparable with other highway vehicles we've owned. Reasonably quiet inside considering it's essentially an economy vehicle. A very nice economy vehicle, though. We like it enough that we're considering getting another one before there are no more good wagons in the market.

Bought our first XC70, a 2006 AWD with 185,000 miles. Now with 265,000, only routine maintenance and rear axle control unit repair. Got our second XC70, a 2016 FWD with with 180,000. Now has 203,000, and we pull a 3300# camping trailer with it. Again only routine maintenance. Neither of these cars burns any synthetic engine oil between 5,000 mile changes. I also drain and refill the transmission sump at the same time. I fully expect these cars to last to 300,000 and beyond. These cars are a perfect combination of safety, comfort, durability, style and power. After going airborne and inverted at 55 in an 82 240 wagon--the victims of an idiot--we were delighted to have survived with only whiplash injuries. The roof stayed right there. Equally delighted and impressed that the president of Volvo called the house thanking me for my letter and photos of the aftermath. He explained why they use the steel they do in roof frames. We've driven only Volvos since 1984, and will never drive anything else. We have five in our family.

We purchased a used TDI with 50K miles. now has over 150K and have only done oil changes and fuel filter. Only necessary repair was the HVAC blower motor just recently failed. Incredibly reliable car. Diesel engine paired with the 6 speed automatic trans delivers awesome torque whenever you need it. 50+ mpg on hwy trips and averaging 39 mpg commuting. The interior is obviously not luxurious but comfortable enough to keep you happy. I should mention the Stereo system and bluetooth is unreliable. Powers itself on and off at random and will require repair. The cargo area is surprisingly large when the seats are folded down as well.

My 2018 Kia Soul has 220,000+ miles and she’s still on the road! I bought a 2025 Kia Soul as well and hope she lasts as long as!

My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

I returned to Car Max in Franklin, as I had questions for service re: the 2020 Jeep Wrangler I purchased a few weeks ago from this location. Justin helped me unhook a cable in order to get the top off the Jeep…. It was user error vs issue with the Jeep :). He helped me reset the oil life indicator, and popped the sun visor into proper place. He was all about service with a great attitude. This simple experience gave me an even more positive opinion of Car Max. Thanks!

As a proud owner of a 2004, 2 Gen Prius with 170K miles, we just brought our second Prius, . . . this time a 2016 Prius V. We love the smooth ride and comfort of the Prius V, as well as the spacious interior, cargo space, and the fuel economy. The single drawback is its exterior look. I think it is the ugliest car on the road. It reminds me of a wide-mouth bass, . . . referring to the front grille. Oh well, you can't have everything!

I had an amazing experience with Parks Collision Center & Body Shop after someone rear-ended me. From start to finish, they made a stressful situation so much easier. The Crosstrek was the most reliable car I ever had and it never failed to get me somewhere, even in deep snow and ice in very rural areas. In fact, I liked this one so much, I bought a newer model as my next car. The AWD, comfort, and ease of drive of this car is excellent,

This is the third vehicle I have bought from Darrell Waltrip Subaru, and I could not be happier with the whole process start to finish. Calling ahead prior to arrival on the lease of a new car saved a ton of time. I was in an out of the dealership in 90 minutes, as promised by Robert, with the agreed upon cost. They are my go-to car dealer in Middle Tennessee.

Started with my first XC70 in 1999 and bought 5 more XC70 models (all with the 5cyl engine), ending with the last three being 2016 models. 2016 being the best and the most trouble free model year yet! Love not crawling under the car anymore to do an oil change! Use a suction system used for boat motors and with the oil filter sitting in the engine compartment, it's a snap. 5K for oil changes and 20K for transmission fluid changes and it will last to 300K hopefully

Forgive the length of this review, but I feel it is important to share the incredible experience I had with Global Motorsports Belle Meade in detail. My father suffered some health issues in February, including a stroke, and in April while he was still in the hospital recovering my parents decided to go from a two car family to a one car family. My mother had a specific vehicle in mind she wanted and after some searching came across a Mercedes GLE at GMBM. It's worth noting my parents live in Memphis. I told them I would go and check out the vehicle. I called GMBM and spoke with Chance. After telling him what was going on he passed me on to the manger, Cush Conner. From the moment we spoke Cush made me feel like I was his only customer. Not once did Cush pressure us into buying the car. He listened to what it was we were looking for and wanted, answered all questions we had, and understanding all at hand with my parents and my father being in the hospital helped walked us through everything needed, and even handled things for us and immediately would confirm when something was done. When needing personal information for the purchase from my mother Cush did everything to make it a very easy process for her. I also would like to mention that after comparing their prices with that of similar vehicles across the country, GMBM was incredibly fair in their pricing! I will certainly return as a customer, and plan on recommending them to anyone in the market for a pre-owned vehicle!

Absolutely love my 2018 V90 CC T6 with every factory option, seats are amazing and the bowers and wilkins sound system is on a different level
