I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

I purchased my 2019 Kia Soul with 52,000 miles on it in April last year. I now have 62,000 on it now. It looks good and drives great. No problems so far. Nice car.

I approached buying my Miata with usual fear and trepidation... price was a concern... I didn't want to part with my 2001, yet thought it was time. Lori was very patient and relaxed. At one point I decided not to buy and she, without argument, placed it back on inventory. Also, at other points I'd dealt with Mark and Luke, co-workers with Lori--all cooperated with each other in a very professional and friendly spirit. I had two issues under 30 day warrantee--I was given a loaner car and was called in 1/2 day that car was ready! Location is a problem, gps a necessity for someone new to Dallas. I can now find it after 8 or so visits, but laugh when I finally do get there each time. I'll probably return for service, as I have a warrantee contract, though it allows me to go elsewhere. I feel I have some real and honest friends there, a good experience.

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. Bought my first Rondo new in 2008. Drove it for 297,000 miles over 14 years! Best car ever for both short and long distance driving. It was still running when I gave it away and bought another one (2009 this time) with 87,000 miles on it. I have every expectation to drive this one for years to come as well. Nissan Cube 2012 one problem only, the kids on street lauph when see this car, thats made my kids angry and hate this model. but I loved this Car, it is really smooth and comfortable, inside with space wide roomly, all parts is good. I use big Tire, I drive this car sice 8 years. when I drive for long time, I fell it is the best Car on the World. spetially for good Road/Clean Road. in mountain it is a very good car and powerfull when I drive clambing mountain or Hills. We are on our second Mazda 5 and it is the perfect vehicle for our needs. It can move either 6 people or 5 with luggage capably. With the seats folded, it hauls a lot of stuff! In the 5 years since I bought the vehicle new, the only non-wear maintenance issue has been a sensor causing a check engine light, which was inexpensive to replace. The OEM tires wore quickly, they have been replaced by a set of Pirelli Cinturatos which perform much better. The car handles like a much smaller vehicle and the steering is responsive. If they still made these no question I would buy another. If you can find a low mileage used one, I highly recommend!

Very nice upscale vehicle. Bought as a previously 2 yr leased auto, avoiding new car price and immediate depreciation. V-6 engine has no hesitation and quietness is excellent. My only two negatives are lack of storage for incidentals and a bit quirky audio that may reset from time to time ( must wait for it to go through a cycle). It has a mind of its own. Overall, excellent vehicle.

I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). He was incredibly friendly to be around and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as we waited on our financing offers. He was thorough in making sure we had all the facts and options. If I had anyone in the area looking to buy, I would send them to Chris in a heartbeat. Then I know they'd have a good experience and be completely taken care of.

Awesome car. Simply the most car you can buy for the $$$. Only short coming would be for a person without home charging since DC charging is not the fastest on the Bolt. If you took a VW Golf GTI and mashed it with an old school quite, cushy Cadillac and made it cheap to own and run like say a Prius you would have the Bolt.

I was very pleased with my service advisor Brandi. She was able to secure me a loaner car in my time of need and kept me informed on the needed repairs. The repair costs were extremely expensive. This was the second time having an issue with leaking coolant this year.

I bought my car used, private party 2 years ago. It had over 200k miles logged. I drive about 1400 miles every other month going to Northern California. I LOVE MY CUBE. It's spacious, carries a load without a problem. The gas mileage can't be beat. I do have a problem with the back door not opening. The locking mechanism is faulty. I believe the frequency of this specific problem, Nissan should have a recall to replace the faulty locking mechanism. In 2 years the rear door has been the only problem Nissan did a good job with this vehicle
