This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!

I went from owning a 2003 Monte Carlo SS to a 2017 Subaru Outback. It was worth every penny. My Subaru is not only reliable, functional, and cute; it also saved me from being injured in a bad crash. This past fall a six point buck hit my car head on and I never saw it coming. It was a fatal crash for the deer, but not for me. As heartbroken as I was to see my car crumpled on the front, I was so glad it wasn't me. It was a repairable fix and made me really appreciate my car.

Great car. Love the way it handles and drives. I've owned 3 Subaru foresters and this is our first outback. I think I like it better!

Purchased used S 5-speed manual with 33,000 miles on it about four years back. Just passed 100,000 miles last month. Only one problem so far, with the passenger door latch assembly. We get about 37 MPG mixed city and highway, and 45-50 MPG in interstate highway driving. FWD and snow tires work fine here in Wisconsin. The turbo motor and 5-speed provide all of the acceleration one will *actually* need, and also provide those great economy numbers. As part of the Golf platform, it's a solid car and the handling is good. The ride comfort is also good, maybe enhanced by the taller 16" tires on the S version. Simple controls, without an overly complicated radio / info system. Manual ventilation controls (knobs) are a huge plus. With the rear seats down, it has about the same cargo space as our 2009 Subaru Outback: little narrower but also a little longer. Good outward visibility. Driver seat can get a little tiring after a long drive (4 hours or more) but it's comparable with other highway vehicles we've owned. Reasonably quiet inside considering it's essentially an economy vehicle. A very nice economy vehicle, though. We like it enough that we're considering getting another one before there are no more good wagons in the market.

April, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with purchase of our used Honda. Within a day or so discovered faulty VTC Actuator. We are from out of state and had to remain in area for repairs during the worst of the wildfires. But the amazing service manager Celine ( who was also covering jobs for absent co- workers) seemed to be able to make magic happen!!!! Within 30 minutes determined it was a repair that had to done at a local Honda dealer, arranged a ride to our RV for us, had our car taken to the Honda dealer. Knowing we could leave town and the awful smoke when the car was fixed she said she'd try her best to get our car back to us the next day which was a sat.( and her day off). Gave us her personal cell no. and set up in computer the details for our return ride to Carmax. Sat. was moving on but one call to Carmax for an update, they saw Celine had arranged everything for us to get our car on Sat. and BAM, magic happened!! Had our car within an hour, repairs completed, and we headed home to Florida. Yes, Carmax was great with fulfilling their warranty policy but it was Celine who put the efficient, professional, friendly face to implementing it. Thank-you Celine for being great at what you do!

I own several American cars in the past and I'll never buy another American car again after buying this Subaru. I feel a lot safer and a lot more comfortable in the Subaru Crosstrek than I ever felt in any American car built that I ever drove

We bought a used 2019 a month ago. I wasn't aware of these. As I researched a replacement for my wife's GMC Terrain, I learned about all of the bad CVT transmissions and oil burning engines in that class. Happened on a used Alltrack for sale at a dealer and as I researched the dsg transmission and looked up reviews - I was pretty excited by what I read. We have taken in on one 6-hour trip through the mountains and several 3-hour family visits. I love driving it. Probably my favorite car I have driven other than my old 2000 Volvo S70. It seems to be very well built. It is insanely quiet on the road and it has great acceleration. We travel with two kids and two dogs and it zips right up mountain passes, rarely cracking 3k rpm. I wish we had about 2 more inches in the trunk for our kennel, but it is a large space. I am anxious to try the AWD in some Montana snow this winter. Sadly its my wife's driver, but I get to drive it on trip!

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. The Prius v hybrid is an excellent choice for me. I'm pretty tall so most cars or SUVs have limited head room for me. But the Prius v has excellent head room and easy to get in. It's comfortable to drive with plenty of room. The gas mileage is excellent. I expected the performance to be lacking but found it more than sufficient The cargo space is excellent with the seats folded down. And the back seat has great head and leg room due to it's sliding seats. I am extremely happy with the Toyota Prius. It's just a well made and reliable vehicle. I know it was hard to find Prius models to purchase and amazed their Prius models available with over.200k miles. Well done Toyota.

Need the smallest cargo van for travel. The cargo area offers huge space and the acceleration and ride are fine. Lack of road noise (on decent roads) was a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a larger center console with closable storage. Appreciate that the battery is easily accessible and there is a full size spare. Plenty of light in the cargo area. Fun to drive

Like it 2006 cvc transmission repair is hardly available. Great car as long as the transmission holds out I would recommend except with the transmission

This car is amazing. I bought it at the end of Feb 2021 for $11,000. That was about 4-6 weeks before the price of used cars skyrocketed. The first time i took it to a mechanic for some scheduled maintenance i found out that i have a “Unicorn.” It is quick and handles like a dream. I love that i don’t have to fuel it up as much as the gasoline version. The six speed manual transmission is amazing. A fun fact about this car is that it isn’t actually a Jetta. It’s a Golf. My manual 6 speeed TDI sportwagen is the most fun car i have ever owned.

Super nice car full of luxuries and can be quite affordable since these cars are almost a decade old you just cant go wrong with the allroad.

I bought my car used, private party 2 years ago. It had over 200k miles logged. I drive about 1400 miles every other month going to Northern California. I LOVE MY CUBE. It's spacious, carries a load without a problem. The gas mileage can't be beat. I do have a problem with the back door not opening. The locking mechanism is faulty. I believe the frequency of this specific problem, Nissan should have a recall to replace the faulty locking mechanism. In 2 years the rear door has been the only problem Nissan did a good job with this vehicle

I have bought about a dozen vehicles in my life. All from new car dealerships and I have never been treated with the professionalism and respect that I received from Brian and his team at Bickmore Auto Sales. I called a couple days ago to ask about the truck I wanted to buy and started working with Kent, who went over the Carfax with me then went out in the rain and cold to send me pictures of it. I got busy over the next couple days and didn't have a chance to make it in, and Kent was so polite and friendly in following up with me. When I finally made it in to look at the truck a couple days later, Kent was on vacation so Larry and Brian helped me with the purchase. The XC70 is an great all-around wagon. More versatile than a crossover with much better styling. I have the T6 turbo six-cylinder which is smooth and very torquey, though fuel economy is mediocre. All wheel drive works well and inspires confidence in foul weather. The ride is cushy and soft but handling can feel a bit floaty. Handsome and roomy interior that easily fits two car seats and.a booster, something that many crossovers can’t do. The front seats are the most comfortable I’ve ever sat in. Tech is pretty good— no Apple CarPlay but it’ll do everything else you need it to. Awesome car, I wish Volvo still made them.
