I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it. It is now 2025 and it has 223,000 miles on it, and I still drive her daily with no issues. I have had to replace the car battery once and the fob battery twice. I also had to replace the front wheel bearings about 2 years ago. That is it! No check engine lights no engine or transmission issues, no sun roof leaks. Everything she started with still functions as well as the day i got her. This has been the best, most reliable incredible car i could have every asked for. I can not speak highly enough of the Rogue and am currently looking at getting another one and saving what is left of this one for my daughter.

I bought used in 2023 a 2015 premium with 214k miles. I drove it 6k miles and only replaced the CV axle, this isn't impressive sounding but it was going through constant , aggressive off reading due to the rough road conditions I had to use because I live in the rocky mountains. I got in a rollover a 60 mph and I had no injuries, airbags kept me safe. Fuel economy was dismal with 21 in the city and 24 in the highway, safety and reliability are top tier, power was surprisingly adequate, the Bluetooth was appreciated and all the safety tech and other tech was very useable and helpful and accurate. Love the car would buy it again if I had the chance

I am very pleased with my Rogue. It is a 2019 that I purchased with 13K. I think the styling is very good and the interior is roomy. I'm 6' and my brother is 6-2 and we both have plenty of headroom in the front or the back. The turning radius is very good. Only downside (which I don't care about) is the acceleration is only mediocre. Overall, highly recommended.

The service department is always excellent. Even though I did not purchase my new vehicle at this location in 2022 (not by choice, but because inventory of new vehicles of my preferred model was very scarce at the time) they still offer all the benefits of the warranty and extended service plans I signed up for during my purchase elsewhere - making for great Toyota brand loyalty. I work closer to this dealership than the one I purchased from, so it was a pleasant surprise to enjoy working with this dealership right from my first visit. I especially appreciate the shuttle service they offer to take me home and back when there is going to be a long service procedure. Also, I have a choice to schedule online or by phone, and I like having both options. Finally, the explanatory videos taken by the technicians when they have finished the job are great to have both at the time, and later at home when I want to review and fully understand what they said once more.

The Crosstrek was the most reliable car I ever had and it never failed to get me somewhere, even in deep snow and ice in very rural areas. In fact, I liked this one so much, I bought a newer model as my next car. The AWD, comfort, and ease of drive of this car is excellent,

It's fun to drive, versatile with lots of storage space and has reasonably good gas mileage (36 hwy/24 city). It has an amazing turn radius. Somewhat noisy during highway driving and kind of deficient infotainment/safety features. But it's been reliable so far (100k miles). And did I mention fun to drive?

I was looking for a used caravan, been looking for about 6 months and had one problem after another with other dealerships. Advertised price and then another $3,000 in fees!! I called Rivera Toyota and spoke with Joe, very friendly and helpful. I asked him what the price was on the car advertised, and he said the price show IS the price. No other fees, unless you want some of the additional services we offer. I told him if I am wasting my time I will throw you out of the window, JK. Next day took it out for a test drive, has two issues, nothing crazy, and was about to get off a few dollars. The price was the price and I did not have to hassle or get upset. Joseph was very helpful as well as his manager Bob. I was able to drive my new/used car that day home. I would definitely recommend coming here, for a used or new car. A little more than 2 years ago I bought a used 2017 Chevy Trax LT AWD, with a 1.4L engine. In addition, this vehicle was in a wreck which got hit on the rear end of the vehicle. However, the vehicle was fixed before purchasing it and I bought it with a fair price, with 49k original miles. Now the Trax has 97k miles and has had his fair amount of issues. Additionally, at 60k miles the turbo was leaking antifreeze and had to replace it with the valve that was attached to it. Also, I had some minor issues on the AC controller which h I had to have those replaced, and sooner or later I'm going to have to replace the blower motor since it's making a weird sound when it's on. This vehicle has treated me good since I've been keeping up with the regular oil changes (I usually buy Mobile 1 oil and filter, advance full synthetic) and I usually change also the air filter every 15k-30k miles. Also I've done 2 tune ups with new spark plugs and coils. To be honest if yiu do the regular maintenance you won't have any issues especially the engine and transmission. Furthermore, in a couple of days I'll be replacing the break pads, and also just FYI the 1.4L engine has a timing chain, so if you do the regular oil changes it will last forever. Soon I'll be replacing the gaskets and water pump since it's about to turn 100k mikes. All in all, I give it a 4.0-4.5 overall rating, space if very bad you can't fit regular size adults in the rear seats!

Bought my Crosstrek from the dealer, and have owned many cars, raced cars, built cars, and even owned my own auto repair shop. The 2013 was first year out, and yes it has improved over the years so I can't leave a 5-star review. The strong points for me have been reliability and looks. Secondary has been a 4cyl with great gas mileage, and decent performance. Interior noise is a little higher than an SUV like a 4Runner, sound system sucks, and Subaru probably should have mated it with a turbo, but overall it has been a great ride, and Subaru fixed many of these issues in later editions. The AWD is amazing in the rain! For those that have the oil consumption in later years, just add engine "restore", and the issue is solved. Replace your bearing w/ the backing plates, and you should be good to go for another 100K. For the first year out, Subaru did an amazing job.

My problem with this vehicle is the exterior paint. my van experience clear coat and paint damage from exposure to the sun, I spoke to an auto body persone who informed me of the issue of poor quality paint that did not have UA protection in it. This only occured to the surfaces exposed to direct sunlight.

This is my 2nd Escape in 12 years. I drive for a living and I love feeling safe on the road. I've had no problems with this car. I personally have put over 400,000 miles on it in just 4 years. Take care of your car, and your car will take care of you.

The Prius was discontinued worldwide as of this year and was no longer sold in North America in 2019. It is a shame because it is an excellent car. MY car is close to 100K miles and I never had any problem with it. It was dealer maintained since buying it new in 2014. It is my second Prius V. The plus: - Fuel Economy: the car averages 40 mpg in the summer. I have managed at times to average between 25 and 27 mpg). The fuel economy drops during the winter which is normal for any car partially running on battery as batteries lose of their efficiency during the winter. - Versatility: The Prius V is a real Swiss Army knife. It can be used as a staion wagon, a crossover, a sedan. Used as a station wagon with the rear seats down, I can fit in more things than in our brand new Honda CRV. It also carries five adults on long distance trips in a very comfortable fashion. - Comfort: The car is amazingly comfortable on long distance driving. I have done a number of long distance trips (New England to Florida, DC to NYC to Boston to NH etc) and I was never tired. The seating position is very good, the driver's seat is adjustable (height, depth, seat back ) and it has an inflatable lumbar support which is very nice. - Heated outside mirrors: This may seem like nothing but it is essential in the Northern States as in New England during snow season. - Audio system and controls are good and ergonomically well designed. - GOod package in my car (I have the 2014 Prius V 3). BT, rear camera, all air bags, GPS etc. - Plenty of storage in doors, in the storage bin between the front seats, and in the double glove box compartments. - Good road handling. -Good acceleration when in Power mode. - Relatively quiet below 55-60 mph. IN fact the car is totally silent below 10 mpg especially when running in electric mode. Between 20 and 55 mpg, the car is very quiet for an hybrid. - Reliability. It is one of the most reliable cars I ever owned in 48 years. - Retail value as a used car. According to all specialized car sites, it is one of the best value in used cars. - Longevity: A Prius V will go well over 200K miles with no problem. I have read that the main battery should be changed at around 140 K miles but from what I read it has been seldom the case for most users. The minus: - Noise at high speeds: forget about listening to any soft audio above 60 mph. It is not loud as it would be in a smaller car such as a Honda Fit or any car that size. It is noisy but not extreme. Two people on the front can have a normal conversation without having to speak loudly. Some noise is expected as compromises had to be made with sonic insulation in order to reduce the weight and therefore improve the fuel economy. - Traction in winter time: Unless equipped with very good snow tires forget about trying to climb icy hills with this car. I was stuck half the way up three years ago in such a hill in Arlington, MA. It was scary. I was stuck once on a small snow drift. In typical New Englander way, I tried to get out by moving forward and backward repeatedly. Normally I should have been able to get out in no time. With the Prius V (I assume as with all the Priuses), there is no torque as when the car is idled, the electric motor is used and not the gas engine. Trying to move the car is impossible. As soon as one of the wheels, front of back senses the smallest slipping, it stops spinning. It is very aggravating. This being said, I have used the car for six winters in the Boston area and in NH with no problems otherwise. Driving on snow is typical of a front wheel drive. On heavily snowed in highways, I found the Prius V having a better handling that many cars around me. - Paint: The car gets scratched very easily. I assume that Toyota cut down in the number of coats of paint applied in order to save weight. - Fragile front and rear bumpers: On model years 1912 to 1915 any small shock front or back will damage the bumper. This was addressed in a redesigned of the car in 2017. - The stock light bulbs are not powerful enough. This is due to the double design of the headlights in the 2012-2016. There are two different sockets and casing for low and high beans. The casing aperture for the low beans is very small. I add to put in high intensity bulbs to be able to see anything on the road. This was also addressed in the post 2016 models. Excellent car.
