Dear Bickford Ford, My wife and I have purchased 8 dealer sold cars over the past 45 years without a lot of love for the process or sales folks. Our latest car purchase of a 2025 Bronco Sport from Bickford Ford however was an exceptional experience all around. We had not planned to purchase a car but were in the neighborhood and simply stopped to see a Bronco Sport up close. We ran into Mike Mauer as he was heading out the sales office door. He asked if he could help us in a non-sales polite manner. We said we were interested in learning more about the Bronco Sport but were just looking. Mike was very accommodating with no sales hype or pressure. He is very genuine and knowledgeable. Based on our experience that day we went ahead over the following week settling on the trim package we wanted as Mike tracked down several options. Communication was excellent through e:mail, phone calls, and texts. We are from Chelan and had business in the area over two separate weekends. Mike found the specification we wanted in the Puget Sound area and even picked up the car himself when we returned the following Monday. The entire process was well prepared and faster than we had ever experienced – no “let me talk to my manager” back and forth. We traded in two vehicles as we were downsizing to one car. Beyond the sleek styling, the Allroad is amazing in adverse weather. When cars are spinning off the road or hydroplaning, this Audi muscles it’s way through. In addition, with the fold-down seats, it operates like a little truck, holding futons, bicycles, whatever.

Unfortunately, my car was totaled and I was able to find a very nice Toyota RAV4, that I’ve always wanted! Matthew was absolutely amazing. I have owned lots of suvs and own a BMW 328i sedan as well. I have owned a Volvo s40 sedan when I was younger. I needed something with AWD, so I considered another boring suv but liking a more sporty car like appearance I got the xc70. I have a 2006 model with 43,000 miles. I have a roof rack on it and a cage. I can put my bikes on top or in the back. It’s awesome in the snow. Good for pets in the back with an optional net or cage you can buy from Volvo. Love this wagon. It’s utilitarian and gets most stuff done. I plan on keeping this Volvo as a “lifer” while owning another sedan. Plus this generation was the last to be truly Swedish as in built there I believe. Great vehicle.

I got the Prius V particularly because instead of an SUV or sporty crossover I wanted a bit more of a station wagon feel (not as big as a mini van) that would be long enough to put a bunk bed single mattress in the back (It is). I love the fuel economy and the extra size. I traded in my '06 Prius for this Prius V. I've only has it about 5 hours but think I'm going to love it! I love the Blizzard Pearl. Would have also been happy with Sea Glass Pearl....

I've had my 2019 Bolt Premier for a month now and it's really a clever little vehicle. Nimble and fun to drive with lots of room (can fit two mt bikes in the back). Coming from a VW GTI I expected the Bolt to be a substantial step down, but it's not. Granted the GTI is leagues ahead in both interior and exterior build quality, but the Bolt is no slouch in terms of what a fun-sized EV hatch should be. With a low center of gravity, loads of "O" torque and a decent suspension, the Bolt doesn't embarrass itself while performing it's appointed tasks around town. Sure, the steering could benefit from taking a communications class and the brakes are less than linier but the single pedal driving dynamic is outstanding (I could seriously go on for a while regarding how intuitive the one pedal regen system is on the Bolt, kudos to GM for their work on this feature). The rest of the gripes about the Bolt (plastic interior, uncomfortable front seats, low res screens, odd styling) I think miss the mark regarding the sum of it's parts. At the end of the day, does the Bolt deliver a satisfying experience and leave you with a smile? Absolutely!

Omar was my Salesman and he was very professional and knowledgeable. We worked out a good deal on my new Civic. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 for buying process is because you always have to leave yourself room in your mind for your monthly payment once you sit down with the finance person. But everyone was very pleasant.

I have one at home and I love it so much.it is a fun car the only problem is reliabilty is a problem but overall I really love it.
