terrible radio design, cannot toggle form am fm to sat radio, have to go thru all selections first, cannot go direct to bands. under powered, needs a large 6v turbo or a v8. armrests too narrow and too short for long trips. seat bottom too short, options too expensive and not enough packages. why is dark interior a high priced option, and not just a choice, needs led headlights, thicker front windshield got stone chips from small stones

Usually when people that a bad experience they are 100 times more likely to leave a negative post than then a person has a good to hear experience. The BMW 330i from 2017 is my favorite BMW it has just enough legroom for me and my family but what I do not like about it is that it does not have a moonroof and the CID screen is too small and there is not very much AC controls in the back.

I’m in the process of removing my earlier review, because wow. Absolutely wow. Everything has changed. It took a bit to get all of this done, but after escalation, it was a whirlwind how quickly and seriously our problems were taken. Our Bolt was brought in twice, had $3000 worth of work done on it, complimentary alignment, and complete understanding and empathy from the service team. I think we had experienced a rare moment of falling through the cracks a bit, and when I got it to someone’s attention, they made sure we got right back out of that crack and more than taken care of. Any of the trust we lost, was gained back and then some. Their sales teams was already amazing, but the service team really went above and beyond for us. I know who we’ll be buying cars from for years to come that’s for sure. When you’ve dealt with the absolute worst of the worst when it comes to car dealerships, you know these places are rare, and it’s even more important that’s celebrated and recommended. Go see them! I promise, they do want to help you get in the best car they can, and will make sure it keeps running when they do.

Review: Living With 3 Chevy Bolt EVs for past 6 years Owning three Chevy Bolt EVs has been one of the smartest financial and practical decisions we’ve made. Each year, we’re saving $6,000–$7,000 combined on fuel and maintenance compared to when we drove gasoline cars. We get about 250-300 miles of range depending on heat and AC use. We bought them used around $20k each, had batteries replaced in 2020 so 100,000 mile warranty, can't beat it! Charging at Home Is Simple, either use 110v and charge overnight or upgrade 220v dryer plug We picked up a Level 2 home charger for about $150 on Amazon. Installing and running it is as simple as hooking up clothes dryer. The charger just uses a standard 240V outlet, and the energy demand is nothing unusual for a typical household. Owned this car for 4 years and it is a work horse. All wheel drive is really safe with hugging the road. Low tire wear. As with any 14 year old car, some maintenance but all easy to perform. Easy to replace alternator, leaking power stearing with a new top oring. Never shy away from owning a Subaru!!

I bought a used Subaru Outback from Bickmore Auto and I love it. More importantly I loved the process. I had one guy that was with me from start to finish and Credit Union they paired me up with for financing has been wonderful. The whole experience was so positive my wife also bought a new car there too. This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!

I’ve owned some great cars, and my 2014 Subaru Outback is arguably the best, most reliable and most practical car I’ve ever owned. Truly, I love my Subaru.

I absolutely love my 2013 WRX Hatchback. I got mine used at 80,000 miles and I've already put 13,000 miles on in less than 9 months. I RELIGIOUSLY let mine warm up before driving, I change oil every 3,500-4,000 miles, I CLEAN THE MAF SENSOR often (extremely easy), and I do not have any engine modifications done... This motor has been reliable through and through if you truly take care of it, just like any car... [I also suggest a good throttle-body cleaning, and I'm about to do my spark plugs soon too!] The cloth seat gets slightly uncomfortable if you're really moving your body around roughly, but 2.5 hour road trips don't bother me at all. The space on the hatchback model is legendary, it's ALMOST as good as my old 2009 Scion xB... Less headroom/height, but it is just as wide, and deep! The sound system is also mid-tier but that's easily fixable... Especially if you have a cat-back exhaust like me, then you'll never turn the radio on anyway LOL! My pops has a 930-WHP 6-speed Challenger Hellcat... So I can't necessarily call this car fast; But it is very quick for what it is regarding the price... It corners faster than the average person could ever handle, and off-road it is just as awesome as you would dream. [Coil-overs are a great upgrade for this car (or any car), in an effort to improve handling.] Of course, during some latter model years, all WRX's and STI's come with the wide-body... so the car just looks extremely beautiful in my opinion. I also put aftermarket LED headlights and taillights on mine to really seal off the look of the car! This was also my first manual car, which I really, really, REALLY love to drive... The shifter itself is a little 'clunky', but a Cobb aftermarket Short-Shifter+Bushings could easily fix that. The clutch has always felt perfect to me; Not too light, not too heavy... This car is great, and I hope you buy one to fall in love with too!

The Bolt is the perfect car for commuting and errands around town, particularly if you can charge at home. It is small on the outside but spacious on the inside (at least in the front seats). It is surprisingly peppy - you can easily get the tires to chirp in accelerating. On the downside, not all Bolts have DC fast charging, which would make it impractical for road trips and if you don't have home charging. Check charge port for the orange cap - that means it has DC charging. The Bolts with DC charging only charge at 55 kw, slower than most. Road trips are possible, but it will take an hour to charge every 250 miles. Overall, the Bolt is fun to drive, practical, and great value for money.

The Salesman was excellent. All good experience. Only negative was the car came in contrary to what we hoped for. Nothing to do with sales or dealership. Because of that we located another one in the original color we wanted. Would not hesitate shopping or sending folks to your dealership. Respectfully, Rich

I love driving this car! It is fast and efficient. I love the one-pedal braking and seldom have to use the brake pedal. It also has a hand brake on the left side of the steering wheel that is a great accessory. The car looks small, but there is ample room for 4 adults. The storage in the back is limited, but plenty of space for our needs. We can also put two suitcases in that space. If it is just the two of us, we can drop the back seat and create more than enough space for all the luggage we would need on a long trip. The torque is outstanding and is great to have entering a freeway or passing another vehicle. The visibility around and behind the car is the best I think I've ever had in a car. No maintenance other than tire rotations and we have solar panels at our house, so I haven't paid for gasoline (or electricity) in over 3 years. The only negative is long distance driving and that will soon be solved when the Tesla Supercharging Station adapters will be available for GM cars in 2024. Did I say this was a great car? We love it.

I bought my 2010 Soul right off the line and have loved her since. She's a red shortage with the flashing speakers and red/black interior. It's easy and fun to drive, can park it anywhere, good on gas and tags cheaper than an SUV. I can pack a ton of stuff in her when I flip the seats down. I feel safe in her because she's well balanced and has multiple airbags. I now have 159,000 miles on her and looking forward to the next. It's a good car that is cheaper to buy than others. I drove 102 miles to work everyday. She handled the ice and snow great (I also kept good tires on her). Recommended my youngest daughter get one. She did and loves herself too.

I've had my 2019 Bolt Premier for a month now and it's really a clever little vehicle. Nimble and fun to drive with lots of room (can fit two mt bikes in the back). Coming from a VW GTI I expected the Bolt to be a substantial step down, but it's not. Granted the GTI is leagues ahead in both interior and exterior build quality, but the Bolt is no slouch in terms of what a fun-sized EV hatch should be. With a low center of gravity, loads of "O" torque and a decent suspension, the Bolt doesn't embarrass itself while performing it's appointed tasks around town. Sure, the steering could benefit from taking a communications class and the brakes are less than linier but the single pedal driving dynamic is outstanding (I could seriously go on for a while regarding how intuitive the one pedal regen system is on the Bolt, kudos to GM for their work on this feature). The rest of the gripes about the Bolt (plastic interior, uncomfortable front seats, low res screens, odd styling) I think miss the mark regarding the sum of it's parts. At the end of the day, does the Bolt deliver a satisfying experience and leave you with a smile? Absolutely!

My experience with CarMax was amazing! I bought my car in July 2020 and I love my car so so much!! I just have to say that Michael at the Beaverton location went above and beyond and was so friendly and relaxed! I felt like I was doing business with a friend! I have a 2020 Subaru Outback Touring 2.4L turbo model, the fully-loaded, most expensive model. It replaced a 2011 standard Outback with a 2.5L engine and manual transmission. My only criticism is poor gas mileage, about 23-24 mpg versus the 2011's 28.2 average over more than 100K miles. I like the power (260 HP) but might have forgone the turbo had I anticipated the unimpressive mileage. My 2001 Audi Q5, with a 260 HP 2.0L turbo engine, averages 28+ mpg, but cost $10K more than my Subaru. I rationalize by recognizing that $10K will buy a lot of gasoline.
