We just bought a car from Executive Automotive, and our experience with them was stellar. Kyle worked with us , and he couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. The one thing he was not was pushy. He allowed us time to drive cars and deliberate on our own. He took time to answer questions and give us a thorough summary of the cars we were interested in. We went back today to pick up our car, and Kyle seemed as happy for us as we were! Such a deeply kind, honest man. Everyone at Executive Automotive was friendly and welcoming, and the car inventory was impressive. I do not typically write a review, but our experience was so positive, I felt compelled to share it. We highly highly recommend Executive Automotive. Our experience could not have been better.

I had a fender bender with my car. I researched my options to take my car for bodywork. I was very pleased to see Rob Sight's dealership on the insurance list. I was fortunate enough to see Rob when I was out there. He took the time to look at my car and give me some very good information. I was very please with the Collision Center and the manager Randy did such a nice job of informing where they were with the car and when I would be able to pick up. He was very gracious when I talked to him. I wasn't waiting around for any calls. I would recommend anyone to take there car there. I don't think it matters what kind of car you have. Rob Sight Collision Center was listed with my insurance company as a preferred center to call. My insurance company hit the nail on the head, so to speak.

Gladstone was wonderful. I was running late. Got there 30 minutes before closing. They still processed the sale with all the paperwork and signatures. The car is in excellent condition. They have a mechanic on site so do their own CARFAX inspections. They went over that with me and assured me it was in excellent condition. They even showed me the ownership and service history. Great dealer.

Had an amazing experience. Completely different from anywhere else I've been. The staff was genuinely helpful, not pushy, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. My service advisor was excellent as was the quality of the work. GM's $200 charge for labor to replace a part I can buy for $20 is ridiculous. I would have been ok paying $200 to replace all four tire pressure sensors but not $200 EACH plus the super inflated part cost. I wish I could score the service separate from the pricing. Pricing would get one star.

Took my 2021 F150 and meet with Derby in the service on 2-6-24. For an oil change tire rotation. I told Derby about a battery issue with my truck. Derby checked my extended warranty and other coverage to see covered the battery replacement. Derby went beyond customer service and had great professional service

They arrived promptly, packed everything quickly, and ensured that nothing was damaged during the move. I really appreciated their attention to detail, especially with fragile items.
