I’m a pain in the SS to deal with and I wrote my own rules to the deal. The excepted the terms no problem. I had to call them on a repair, they didn’t blink and said being it in. I’m on my way and I fully expect them to be as classy about it as they were with the whole process. Everyone there not just my sales rep who was great and very courteous too.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

I talked to several people but we could not come to terms on the financing. Because of the mileage the bank would only do so many months. They also required that I have a 2 year maintenance warranty and gap insurance which drove the car payment way over the amount I was willing to spend. I was pre-approved on financing so it's now up to the dealer to negotiate a price we can both feel good about.

Beyond the sleek styling, the Allroad is amazing in adverse weather. When cars are spinning off the road or hydroplaning, this Audi muscles it’s way through. In addition, with the fold-down seats, it operates like a little truck, holding futons, bicycles, whatever.

I use to own a 2014 Allroad with all the bells and whistles. It only had 211HP at that time and it was plenty of power. The thing went like a rocket. Not that I have owned any sports cars in the past. Fast enough to lose your licence if you are not careful. Fast enough to pass 5-8 cars in a row on a single lane highway. Now looking at a Demo 2017 with the newer engine with the higher HP, AWD and newer front seats. The car was fun to drive, good acceleration, good on the highway as well. The AWD system was fantastic on winter roads with proper winter tires not all season garbage. I had two sets of tires and rims and will do it again. The reason I got rid of it in the first place was I needed a vehicle for towing. Now that has passed I am considering the Allroad once again. I really do miss it. Wow how life changes.

At a different Volvo dealership, my car was sitting waiting for service from the 13th. Prestige Volvo kept giving me extended wait times despite me calling to get a rough lead time before getting my car towed there. On the 29th I ran out of patience. Smythe and a few other Volvo dealerships have told me that they can see it on the same day or next if I get it towed there. I've had a good experience at Smythe with my old 99 S80, so I chose them. My car was seen the same day. The difference in service was night and day. I received a digital sign off on the work to be done, along with a video of things to look out for. I couldn't believe it. Meanwhile, I would probably still be waiting around for my car to be seen at the other dealership. I don't know what their issue was, and it no longer matters. I won't be back there ever. This car is super fun to drive...solid, handles great on corners. It is fast and maneuverable yet is also has the utility of an SUV with the roof rack and split folding seats, all wheel drive makes it great to ride in the snow.
