The SAAB 9 3 is an amazing little sports car! As nice as any Acura or BMW. Great handling, quick and responsive, and the best part, you won't see another sitting across from you at the traffic light. You would have to be insane not to purchase a low mileage SAAB, they are a quarter of the price of any other luxury sedan. Better enjoy now before all the good ones are gone!

Communicated with John Leno from the Schaumburg facility online. John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

We purchased a 2019 Jetta from them. They made the process very easy and efficient. Asim Syed was our sales person and Anthony Pociask was the manager. we made the deal on a Wednesday and picked the car up the next day. everything was ready for us and it took 1.5 hours for doing the finance deal, and getting a tour of the car, and them making sure they answered all of our questions. In case you are wondering, Yes I would highly recommend them to a family member :-)

The XC70 is an great all-around wagon. More versatile than a crossover with much better styling. I have the T6 turbo six-cylinder which is smooth and very torquey, though fuel economy is mediocre. All wheel drive works well and inspires confidence in foul weather. The ride is cushy and soft but handling can feel a bit floaty. Handsome and roomy interior that easily fits two car seats and.a booster, something that many crossovers can’t do. The front seats are the most comfortable I’ve ever sat in. Tech is pretty good— no Apple CarPlay but it’ll do everything else you need it to. Awesome car, I wish Volvo still made them.

I haven’t purchased here, but I’ve been a prospect and they are well priced and very transparent with the vehicle history. They’re also prompt with follow up. The person who posted the fact that they are Ukraine owned has zero impact on them as a business. In fact, the same person posted twice just to damage the ratings. There’s always a dingdong out there.

Bought our first XC70, a 2006 AWD with 185,000 miles. Now with 265,000, only routine maintenance and rear axle control unit repair. Got our second XC70, a 2016 FWD with with 180,000. Now has 203,000, and we pull a 3300# camping trailer with it. Again only routine maintenance. Neither of these cars burns any synthetic engine oil between 5,000 mile changes. I also drain and refill the transmission sump at the same time. I fully expect these cars to last to 300,000 and beyond. These cars are a perfect combination of safety, comfort, durability, style and power. After going airborne and inverted at 55 in an 82 240 wagon--the victims of an idiot--we were delighted to have survived with only whiplash injuries. The roof stayed right there. Equally delighted and impressed that the president of Volvo called the house thanking me for my letter and photos of the aftermath. He explained why they use the steel they do in roof frames. We've driven only Volvos since 1984, and will never drive anything else. We have five in our family.

I had a stress-free experience today buying a used car. When does that ever happen? Dan and Juan at Fortune Motor were delightful to work with. I approach most things in life hoping for balance and positive outcomes for all. I paid a fair price. They gave me a fair value on my trade. Best of all, they don't apply hidden dealer fees like so many others. The whole experience was pleasant. I hope to buy again from Fortune when I am ready for the next upgrade.

Purchased used S 5-speed manual with 33,000 miles on it about four years back. Just passed 100,000 miles last month. Only one problem so far, with the passenger door latch assembly. We get about 37 MPG mixed city and highway, and 45-50 MPG in interstate highway driving. FWD and snow tires work fine here in Wisconsin. The turbo motor and 5-speed provide all of the acceleration one will *actually* need, and also provide those great economy numbers. As part of the Golf platform, it's a solid car and the handling is good. The ride comfort is also good, maybe enhanced by the taller 16" tires on the S version. Simple controls, without an overly complicated radio / info system. Manual ventilation controls (knobs) are a huge plus. With the rear seats down, it has about the same cargo space as our 2009 Subaru Outback: little narrower but also a little longer. Good outward visibility. Driver seat can get a little tiring after a long drive (4 hours or more) but it's comparable with other highway vehicles we've owned. Reasonably quiet inside considering it's essentially an economy vehicle. A very nice economy vehicle, though. We like it enough that we're considering getting another one before there are no more good wagons in the market.

My first Volvos were XC70 models starting in 2002. I loved those cars and now I love the perfect fit of the V60XC, more tailored and a tad more athletic, great size for me and my dog.

Sam worked with me, I’m north of Detroit, Michigan and had a lot of questions! He went out of his way to take videos and pictures of the vehicle I was interested in. He spent 2 weeks answering all of my questions and being very professional and patient with me! When I finally got there and took it for a test drive I was amazed at how clean the vehicle was and how quickly we were taken care of - it was a seamless process and everyone was very friendly and accommodating! Bought my Golf R in 2019 and have referred several friends and family since. Had a good experience from start to finish. Have had my R serviced here since with no issues.

I drove a Golf TSI for years and absolutely loved it. Never wanted drive a different car as long as Iived. Then I had a kid(which is is tight with a golf) and someone pulled out in front of me and it got totalled. I took the money and upgraded to the Alltrack because its basically the same car with more room and AWD. Absolutely love it! Gas mileage is significantly lower than my Golf, but it still has some zip. The DSG transmission is like butter. Ill drive this car into the ground.

Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

The car overall is in great shape besides a few things here and there but for the year it's to be expected and we got the vehicle at a great price we brought it home all the way to Rockford and had it inspected by our mechanic and he says that we made a great choice.

We bought a used 2019 a month ago. I wasn't aware of these. As I researched a replacement for my wife's GMC Terrain, I learned about all of the bad CVT transmissions and oil burning engines in that class. Happened on a used Alltrack for sale at a dealer and as I researched the dsg transmission and looked up reviews - I was pretty excited by what I read. We have taken in on one 6-hour trip through the mountains and several 3-hour family visits. I love driving it. Probably my favorite car I have driven other than my old 2000 Volvo S70. It seems to be very well built. It is insanely quiet on the road and it has great acceleration. We travel with two kids and two dogs and it zips right up mountain passes, rarely cracking 3k rpm. I wish we had about 2 more inches in the trunk for our kennel, but it is a large space. I am anxious to try the AWD in some Montana snow this winter. Sadly its my wife's driver, but I get to drive it on trip!

This car is amazing. I bought it at the end of Feb 2021 for $11,000. That was about 4-6 weeks before the price of used cars skyrocketed. The first time i took it to a mechanic for some scheduled maintenance i found out that i have a “Unicorn.” It is quick and handles like a dream. I love that i don’t have to fuel it up as much as the gasoline version. The six speed manual transmission is amazing. A fun fact about this car is that it isn’t actually a Jetta. It’s a Golf. My manual 6 speeed TDI sportwagen is the most fun car i have ever owned.
