My car was giving warning messages so I called the Cadillac dealership to make an appointment. I caught on that it was the wrong dealership because of the HORRENDOUS, DISCOURTEOUS customer service I received! The woman that answered the phone had no empathy for my situation. I informed her that I was getting “steering assist reduced” messages, my thermostat was not working and my AC was not working - unfortunate for me because we were in the middle of a heatwave!! She told me there were no appointments for two to three weeks and even if I brought the car in then - there was no guarantee as to when it would be attended to. Also, no rentals for another month! She then put me on hold. I was on hold for so long that my call started bouncing all around throughout the dealership. I grew impatient and frustrated, so I hung up and called back. She answered and literally told me she forgot about me! The whole time I was holding I thought she was trying to get me in sooner!! SMH That’s when I realized that something was wrong because I have NEVER EVER encountered such rudeness and disregard at the Freeport location. I asked if it was the Freeport dealership and she said “no - this is the FARMINGDALE location”. I replied “that explains it” and I hung up! When I called my correct dealership - Paul Conte Freeport - the greeting alone by Christine gave me warmth. Initially, I just asked if there were any available appointments that day. Christine informed me that they were swamped. When I told her what was happening with the car, she POLITELY asked me to hold and when she returned shortly after, she told me to bring the car in right away!! At the dealership I spoke with RYAN. He is AMAZING - he is so professional and has such a pleasant personality (like all the others in that office). After checking the car he informed me that I would have to leave it for at least two days because they were so busy. With concern, he asked me if that would be too much of an inconvenience - I replied that it would not be. He explained everything to me thoroughly and arranged for an Uber to pick me up. I felt well taken care of - two days sounded way better than three weeks at Sarant Cadillac. Much to my surprise - after being home for a couple of hours - Ryan called me and told me THE CAR WAS READY!!!! I was shocked and soo thankful. It really made me feel like a valued customer!! I’m not writing this survey because I was taken care of in such a short time frame - I’m writing it because of the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM, TRUE SINCERE CONCERN FOR MY WELL BEING IN MY VEHICLE, THOROUGHNESS, COURTEOUSNESS, THOUGHTFULNESS, (I really could go on and on LOL) that I received. Now that I’ve experienced elsewhere, I know without a doubt that PAUL CONTE FREEPORT/SERVICE DEPARTMENT is truly OUTSTANDING - NO WHERE ELSE CAN COMPARE!!! At a time when I was moving around two dogs and a cat, this car was an absolute must. It was a great value to start and even more so now that I use it as a second vehicle. The only maintenance I've done is the routine oil changes, etc. I expect to own it for another 10 years

The dealership provided a quick response and follow up to insure that all my questions were answered. They were friendly, knowledgeable and I felt that the asking price was fair and reasonable for the car. They also provided a very reasonable transportation quote in a timely manner. These cars are very very reliable, the engine gives the driver of power over and stability over most other cars, the car is very quiet considering the 300 eye popping, seat of the pants performance, the E class makes you feel like a spell person, and you would be if you bought one today.

The most important thing was the prompt return contact. Once i sent a request for more information. Great detail of options of purchase , very courteous in response. I realized i was reaching a out of state dealership, very repridable nonetheless. I realised my credit was probably to low and i didnt have anything at the moment to put as down payment . Love the car a bunch , probably wouldnt get approved. And couldnt pay for delivery. And payments would be high but thanks im dream building

I still love my priusv.Bought it new in oct.2012 went to Florida 6 winter with it I change oil every 6 month.very good on gas.In 10 yr. I put a set of wiper at one time. At my last inspection last October 2022 I had to have new brake in the back. That was it new tires of course.I can almost give it a 5 star but l will give it a 4.8 red & beige inside.

I first contacted Porsche Larchmont in late 2019 about purchasing my dream vehicle, a 718 Cayman GT4. Since I was a young child, I have been an avid car enthusiast, and owning a yellow Porsche and a red Ferrari at some point in my lifetime were both bucket list items for me. Coming from owning 3 BMW M cars in the past, I was used to the experience working with my preferred BMW dealer, and wasn't sure what to expect with Porsche. I had interactions with Ashley Harris (General Manager), Sylwester (Sales manager), and Pedro DeAraujo (Sales Representative) throughout this process, and I can unequivocally say that the experience with each of them was consistently one of professionalism. There were certainly a couple of points through the process where we hit challenges, but each time Pedro (and his leadership) was patient, extremely responsive, understanding, professional, and always found an amicable and fair resolution to the situation at hand. To me, this is a great testament to a dealership that is looking to build long-term sustainable relationships vs. selling these often limited quantity Porsches with a short-term, profit maximizing perspective. Especially on the day of finalizing the paperwork and taking delivery of the vehicle, the dealership was at its finest. They had all the paperwork prepared and signing paperwork took all of 5 minutes (which was much needed for me with 2 toddlers accompanying us!). On the day of delivery, as any good sales rep would, Pedro left a couple of tricks in the bag to make the experience even more special for me. This is the best experience I've had with the handful of Porsche dealers I've visited, and it was truly a pleasurable car-buying experience!

I went to check out the car, was amazed at the condition that it was in. (Interior & exterior), and the car’s mechanical condition was superb. The car salesman Greg Spiciati helped me out so much with everything I wanted to know, and in doing so made the decision to purchase the car much more easier and pleasant. He took care of the financing details and even got a much me a much better quote on the car insurance by calling multiple carriers and doing his magic. Even offered me water or coffee multiple times. If that’s that #1 Customer service, I don’t know what is. All the workers there are very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I give this place 2👍 up.

terrible radio design, cannot toggle form am fm to sat radio, have to go thru all selections first, cannot go direct to bands. under powered, needs a large 6v turbo or a v8. armrests too narrow and too short for long trips. seat bottom too short, options too expensive and not enough packages. why is dark interior a high priced option, and not just a choice, needs led headlights, thicker front windshield got stone chips from small stones

Bought a used car over 2 years ago, and the car has not broken down once, and the car is running great with some preventative maintenance.

Great car especially when you put the time and energy to make it purr. Change the oil more than recommended. Do NOT follow the BMW recommendations on fluids. This car requires thought. Inflate the tires as high as possible. This partly solves the stiff steering issue. Handles great at 120 mph. Not great steering in parking lot. V8 engine is superior. Learn to live and love the many quirks of a BMW.
