I went from owning a 2003 Monte Carlo SS to a 2017 Subaru Outback. It was worth every penny. My Subaru is not only reliable, functional, and cute; it also saved me from being injured in a bad crash. This past fall a six point buck hit my car head on and I never saw it coming. It was a fatal crash for the deer, but not for me. As heartbroken as I was to see my car crumpled on the front, I was so glad it wasn't me. It was a repairable fix and made me really appreciate my car.

Our salesmen, Miguel and Oscar were very helpful as we went thru this car-buying process, Miguel even helped me set up my bluetooth before I left for home .......... I would recommend Car Max- this is our 2nd vehicle purchase at this location.

I think for the most part, I like my car. I have had a couple issues, one of them is probably not the cars fault, (but seeing other people have the same issue, it makes me wonder) I now have 50k miles on it and in that time I have only had to replace the battery and tires, to be expected on a 6 year old car. (and windshield) The windshield is the questionable item. It seemed to crack out of nowhere and I thought I must have gotten a small rock chip while driving down the highway and just didn't see it until it started to crack. So I replaced it at a cost of almost $1000. However, I am on an Outback form and it seems to be a common complaint with outback owners of this year, having the windshield crack out of nowhere. Could it be the frame design? Maybe, but it does seem suspicious that others have had the same issue. One other problem I have had is if I let my car sit unused for like 5 days, the battery goes completely dead. There seems to be a parasitic drain somewhere on the car. It doesn't happen if I drive it every day, but if it sits for about 5 days unused, the battery goes completely dead. I have read it has something to do with the DCS system in the car, but you have to pay the dealer a diagnostic fee to verify. I drive it enough I have not gotten it checked, but next time I am at the dealer I am going to ask them about it.

Cars Unlimited of Santa Ana may seem like your average used car dealership as you drive by. The reviews are a hit or miss online and you really don't know what to believe. My three takeaways from this place is transparency, honesty and quality. As a car enthusiast, I found a particular vehicle here I was interested in, and I worked with Peyman Reisi, the manager of Cars Unlimited of Santa Ana and I had a great experience. From Peyman to his employees everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. They were prompt to answer any questions I had about the car prior to coming in. They provided me with a Carfax and Autocheck report upon arriving and gave me ample time to check the car out and even allowed me to take it out for a lengthy test drive. The staff was fully transparent about anything they knew about the car and also fully encouraged me to have it checked out by a mechanic or dealership of my choice if I wanted to, of course, at my cost. If there were any issues, Peyman and his team said they would work on getting it sorted out, or reimburse the cost prior to finalizing the deal. You have to remember, this is a used car dealership, not everything is going to be perfect, it isn't a new car, but they will strive to make sure they get you into a solid, reliable car. Not even a large franchise dealer can guarantee something won't go wrong a few weeks down the road, that is why Peyman stands by his cars and offers a warranty if things do happen or allow you to get it fully inspected prior to purchasing. The entire team here was not pushy nor did they use any of your typical sales pitch when I was viewing the car. They were very hands off from the moment I pulled into the parking lot and the moment I left with the car. They gave you just the right amount of attention without being overbearing and pushy on the sale, whether you buy a car or not, they will treat you the same way they'd want to be treated. I observed this with different customers they interacted with. They have a very good selection of cars, and if they don't have what you're looking for, they can help source it for you and have it fully checked out prior to you purchasing it. At the end of the day, use your due diligence when buying a used car, whether it's from a smaller dealership like this one or a large franchise one. Not every car will be perfect, but it is the actions and integrity of the dealership that will set it apart. Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Awesome car. Simply the most car you can buy for the $$$. Only short coming would be for a person without home charging since DC charging is not the fastest on the Bolt. If you took a VW Golf GTI and mashed it with an old school quite, cushy Cadillac and made it cheap to own and run like say a Prius you would have the Bolt.

They sold me a Subaru Impreza and while it had a small issue, to the contrary of other dealerships that turn their back on you when you purchase a car, they pffered me to repair it post-purchase. For someone purchasing a used car, this place is the beast! I bought 2 cars in a used car dealership, the first one, when I had an issue, the dealership told me rhat because all sales are final, I am not welcome to fix an issue that was already present. With Brothers Motors, it is a different story, they allow you to voice your concerns early on and make it right for you!

I drove a Golf TSI for years and absolutely loved it. Never wanted drive a different car as long as Iived. Then I had a kid(which is is tight with a golf) and someone pulled out in front of me and it got totalled. I took the money and upgraded to the Alltrack because its basically the same car with more room and AWD. Absolutely love it! Gas mileage is significantly lower than my Golf, but it still has some zip. The DSG transmission is like butter. Ill drive this car into the ground.

So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.
