Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

I was referred to Boston Motorsports via Alfa Romeo USA due to a recall inquiry. They successfully located the necessary parts to address a lingering problem I had been experiencing with my classic Alfa Romeo (and expertly resolved the safety recall). Many thanks to the folks at Alfa USA and to the Boston Motorsports team in making this happen. I'm very happy this this experience introduced me to Seth and the folks at Boston Motorsports service. They gave my car a full checkup, in addition to a routine oil change and the recall repair. This included thoughtfully sending an email (including a video recording) with a thorough report of the health of the car. And although they provided me with a very helpful list of suggested items I might want to address in the future, I was never pressured to make these repairs at their shop. Of course I'll be back regardless, though - because this place is simply amazing. Their love for their work, extensive knowledge, enthusiasm for the cars they service, and deep respect for their customers is extremely evident. And though my particular car may have a bit of patina (at least compared to many of the beautiful vehicles in their showroom) I was treated like royalty by the staff. For example, when I inquired about the location of the nearest bus to get home, they immediately insisted on scheduling for a driver to give me a ride instead. In a world where bottom lines often eclipse customer service, these folks shine brightly with a uniquely impressive combination of honesty and excellence. V90 is a hard to find Volvo Model. I looked for 1 or 2 year old one for a long time. Beautiful looking car that I have gotten many complements on. New it was a little out of my price range but at 2 years old I paid Cash. the quality of fit and finish in and out is superior. very comfortable seats with lots of adjustments. Real good on long trips. Fuel Economy for a 4000 pound car is excellent. Do not regret buying this car.

Own a 2012 tsx SE. The car is great,but have issues upon start up with a loud rattle lasting for about 2 seconds or so,oil starving the engines VTC (valve timing control). This could be an expensive fix without a warranty, for the cam would have to be changed, and I'm sure any good mechanic would just tell you to replace the timing chain as well, the chain guides, and hydraulic tensioner. I must as I've read on this issue its every model from 2004-2014. The main reason I've seen on this issues is lack of proper oil level kept or lack of oil changes. Over all so far a solid car.

We bought a used 2019 a month ago. I wasn't aware of these. As I researched a replacement for my wife's GMC Terrain, I learned about all of the bad CVT transmissions and oil burning engines in that class. Happened on a used Alltrack for sale at a dealer and as I researched the dsg transmission and looked up reviews - I was pretty excited by what I read. We have taken in on one 6-hour trip through the mountains and several 3-hour family visits. I love driving it. Probably my favorite car I have driven other than my old 2000 Volvo S70. It seems to be very well built. It is insanely quiet on the road and it has great acceleration. We travel with two kids and two dogs and it zips right up mountain passes, rarely cracking 3k rpm. I wish we had about 2 more inches in the trunk for our kennel, but it is a large space. I am anxious to try the AWD in some Montana snow this winter. Sadly its my wife's driver, but I get to drive it on trip!

The only problems I've had with my 2012 Hyundai Elantra touring, has been the recalls. It's very comfortable and very economical and I love the way it looks. I get a lot of compliments on my Elantra touring.

My father and I just purchased a used Acura from these guys. We got the best possible deal, and trust me, we did a lot of research for a fantastic deal. I first contacted them on Facebook Marketplace, and then after a long discussion with them, we met in person and reached a final agreement. The whole process was made easy and simple.

My compute was easily 20,000 miles a year. I purchased the car used, it’s a very comfortable vehicle. Great in the rain and snow. Around 150,00 miles the AWD malfunction light appeared on the dash, the car still ran well so at that point it’s a fancy V70. At 160,000 miles the on board computer had to be replaced, that was expensive. At 181,000 miles the check engine light appeared on the dash and that turned out to be a spark plug coil problem. The sunroof drain plugs need to cleaned at least once a year if not garaged. Heading for 200,000 miles, I going to drive it until it drops.

We drove the car for 11 years & the only thing we did was change the oil/filter & replaced the tires. I believe there were three recalls. Two of which were air bags on the passenger side. Great vehicle with excellent mpg. One of the best cars that we've ever owned. We didn't purchase another one due to the tow capacity limit.
