I recently bought my first car from Hometown Auto Sales, and feel very grateful for such an easy, sound buying process I went through with Dylan. The inventory at Hometown Auto Sales is way better than what I've found at other local used car lots, as the staff only pick out and sell the best of the best, the most reliable of the most reliable, plus often times unique, cool, and excellent vehicles. I drove up to Cedarburg from Milwaukee to find a 2006 Saab 9-2x I bought that was nearly mint and had only 73,000 miles on it! I couldn't believe how clean it was inside, outside, and under the hood. Additionally, I requested to have the vehicle put up on a lift during the final stages of buying my car, for me to inspect it for any rust and they gladly did so. In the negotiating process, they even offered to rubberize undercoat underneath it to prevent any future rust! The mechanic who put the car on a lift in their shop was also very friendly, and professional. Working with Dylan was super stress-free, and I felt at ease the entire time. From taking the car on a test drive, phone and email contacts, and eventually pulling the trigger on it and signing all the paperwork, Dylan isn't pushy or pressuring: he buys good cars and sells good cars because that's what he wants to do. There's not junk or bad vehicles out on the lot, which is a big plus for me.There's in-house financing through a credit union Hometown Auto Sales uses but I chose to find my own loan which Dylan was totally fine with me doing. The car was perfectly detailed and came with a 1,000 mile/1 month warranty when I drove it home. I'm very impressed and happy with my car, and would have zero hesitation recommending Hometown Auto Sales to a potential car shopper. Seriously, ask yourself, why would you go to a big car dealership when this local spot is excellent?

Very reliable our’s has 102,000 miles never had a problem with the engine! Very smooth, fast, good acceleration AC is ice cold, water drips on humid days from AC, that is normal for it to drip water.

I was looking for a safe car for my daughter, and happened upon a Hyundai at Auto House that was in our budget. I had never worked with them before, and was a little concerned by a negative review. Turned out there was no need to worry. They are a business, and won't hold a car for you on a "I might be interested", and no one should expect that from ANY dealership. I was interested in a car, so I wrote them a (refundable) deposit to temporarily hold the car so I could schedule my mechanic to review it. When my mechanic was available, I picked up the car and took it in. My mechanic found an issue. I still wanted the car, but I wanted that issue addressed. Auto House worked out a fair price to do the work, and the car was ready for delivery 2 days later. We've had the car a week, and so far no surprises which is what we were hoping for.

I have not had this car for very long. Only a couple months but so far it seems to be working and driving very well. Smiles!!

We have been customers of Reina's service department for well over a decade where Lorenzo and his team have done wonderful work on our vehicles. Because of our trust in Lorenzo, when it came time to buy a car 10 years ago, it was on his advice that we chose the type of car we were seeking. Once we knew what we wanted Filipo and Joe went out and found us exactly what we wanted as it wasn't on the lot at the time. I am happy to say that car is still on the road, being driven daily, and serving us well. I have a Panamera 4 and it is the best car I have ever owned. After 5 years it has never let me down- not even once- and besides the recall notices that were always handled during regularly scheduled visits nothing has needed attention. The fit and finish and styling are still totally on point after all this time. The car looks and drives exactly like it did when new despite 30,000 miles. Also, I have 21’ wheels and thought I would have to replace the tires by now. However, they are chunky and full of tread. I drove 1000 miles in one day last week averaging 77mph and 29.5mpg. Great performance and a long drive in one day. It was so nice on the road and my body despite the longest drive of my life! Fit and finish, quality of the components, and tech that is totally up to date after 5 years. Wow. Loved it! I also own a cayenne and a 2015 Mercedes S class. The Mercedes is not close to the quality unfortunately.

The owner Greg was knowledgeable about the cars on his lot and very helpful in my decision process. His cars are clean and well prepared for sale and his prices are very fair. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from him when the need arises.

I purchased this car with 23000 miles 5 years later no problems. My Wife and I are in our 70’s the vehicle has 61000. Miles on it. We plan on keeping it.

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

There are two Mercedes Benz dealers in the Milwaukee area, and I’m glad I chose International Autos Group to service my vehicle. From the time I arrived to the time I left, I was treated very well by everyone. When I arrived, the service person was with a customer but immediately acknowledged me and let me know he would be with me shortly. Soon after, I had the Service Manager, Pete, help me out. Pete is professional, friendly and truly wants to help customers. He went the extra mile to ensure MB would cover any issues under warranty. I really appreciated that and the fact that they completed my regular maintenance quickly. Every staff member I interacted with was very responsive and friendly, from the sales people, admins and even the tech that drove my vehicle. Management: you make some quality hires so keep it up. Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

I still love my priusv.Bought it new in oct.2012 went to Florida 6 winter with it I change oil every 6 month.very good on gas.In 10 yr. I put a set of wiper at one time. At my last inspection last October 2022 I had to have new brake in the back. That was it new tires of course.I can almost give it a 5 star but l will give it a 4.8 red & beige inside.

I had an excellent experience with VW of Milwaukee. The sales person was invested to help me out of a bad situation into a better one. The sales manager Frankie did everything he could to work with me and made me feel like he had my back. At the end of the day, they are there to sell cars, but I went there to buy one so of all the times I've bought a car. This was certainly the least painful.

I drove a Golf TSI for years and absolutely loved it. Never wanted drive a different car as long as Iived. Then I had a kid(which is is tight with a golf) and someone pulled out in front of me and it got totalled. I took the money and upgraded to the Alltrack because its basically the same car with more room and AWD. Absolutely love it! Gas mileage is significantly lower than my Golf, but it still has some zip. The DSG transmission is like butter. Ill drive this car into the ground.

Brad did an excellent job going thru my Rogue after I had problems with it. I bought it at the Oak Creek Dealership a few days b4. I was having problems withe the front end lower plate being broken partially off. We took it to the Good Hope Dealership for service. Brad said it needed to have the bottom plate replaced and he would steam clean all the filthy mud stuck under the car. It was even wet in the spare tire compartment. Im told it now was a flood car which I just found out about. I m happy that Brad took care of the problems that should have been taken care of b4 it left the lot in Oak Creek. Thank you Brad.

The 2011 Nissan Cube is the first car I’ve ever owned and I see myself keeping it for at least the next few years. It handles extremely well and has a very comfortable interior with a great sound system. My only complaints are the small gas tank and the slow acceleration but the comfort and reliability far out weigh that.

The Lot was clean and presentable, there was plenty of info displayed on each vehicle. We weren’t pressured to buy anything, Gary was very helpful and gave us the space to make my own decision. Once I decided, they made sure the total price was in my price range, and made the final paperwork a breeze to get through. Even though it was a As Is sale, they made sure I had options for after if I had any concerns. Thank you Gary for making it an easy decision and a quick process.

My Scion Xb is 12 now and acts like the champ it was in 2011. It was a lease car so I don't know how it was treated day to day. Yes, the milage was a little high. The paint job is something to see also. It's metallic amethyst (purple). I got it for 12k because of it's history. It was also a dealers online bate car. I love it all around. No major problems in 12 years.

I went to Jim O'Connor's to purchase a used car, they had so many options to look through and of course I found something that I loved. After I had purchased the car I had run into a couple problems with my car, and they were so helpful with repairing what needed to be repaired and gave me a loaner car to use while my car was in the shop as well. Now, a couple months after I had purchased the car, I ran into some other issues with my used car, went to them for help and referrals for car repair shops, and they offered yet again to help service my car problems. They have the absolute best service when it comes to purchasing car, before, during, and after the process. Anytime anyone asks me where to look at for buying a car, I will 100 percent of the time recommend Jim O'Connor!

I just want to thank everyone involved with our new vehicle purchase!! From Marry (Sales) confirming the vehicle was ACTUALLY on the lot and personally holding onto the keys so no one else could grab them(!), to Christian (Sales Director) and his willingness to work with us to come up with numbers that worked for us both, to Jessi (finance) and her quick, friendly work getting us through our paperwork. Everyone was super friendly and professional. After the purchase we had to return for installation of running boards where we met John Ferrigno (service). Although we were told install would take an hour or two, he told us it would likely be longer - a little disappointing but we had the time to wait. Not even 1 hour later John came up to us to say our install was DONE!! He pushed it to the top of the list - what excellent customer service! And the final kudos goes to Mike Schmidt (service) who took my frantic call today when I couldn't get the liftgate to open or shut (stuck 1/2 way open) Although he tried to talk me through the process over the phone (for a good 15 minutes) I was really frustrated, so he guided me through the process of manually closing the liftgate (so I could get home) and said if we couldn't figure out how to reset it - he'd be glad to help out. Fortunately, we figured it out (lesson learned!) but his calmness and patience helped me not freak out. I don't think most people enjoy the process of vehicle shopping BUT this experience from start to finish was exceptional! Thanks Umansky!

Gorgeous inside and out! I love the comfort of the interior, the drive is so sporty and the exterior is so stylish. Great technology too- easy to use.

My family and I have bought 5 cars in the last 8 years from EZ Motors. Rob and Eddie are like family to us!! Their prices are fair and their cars are solid. They don't sell anything that's not 100% ready to go. I've bought many cars from large dealerships and it's always a root canal. Not EZ Motors. They live up to their name and make car buying easy not painful. I've recommended EZ Motors to many others and everybody comes away impressed. Eddie and Rob are just hardworking good people.

Great car drive and also great to haul just about anything Small to mid sized since the back seats fold all the way down. And it gets good Gas MPG as well.

This car has great mileage good pickup even if it is a 4...The only thing that I do not like about this car is changing headlights...really what the heck from outside and move wheel away from an access panel?

I previously used Knauz in Lake Bluff but they obviously missed serious repair issues that caused this situation. I'll use International BMW from now on. As someone who is accustomed to full-size SUVs, lately I have wanted to get a sexy and sporty car. But since I have kids, the decision as to which car became difficult, until my wife suggested the Porsche Panamera. This car is both a comfortable sedan and a sexy sports car. It is a great choice!

Brian was pleasant, not what I was expecting. The whole process was fine. I did not buy a car off of the lot, but if the right one showed up I would consider it.

I love my 2014 Mazda CX-5. It is technically a 2014, but apparently no 2014s on Cars.com to review. It is so reliable—requires just basic maintenance like oil changes, new windshield wipers and tires as you’d need on any vehicle. Handles well, even on snow. Wish it had a turbo engine, but it’s plenty fast and not an issue. Never had any big expenses or surprises. My only 1st world complaint is the outdated/cumbersome GPS system and it sometimes doesn’t connect to my Bluetooth when trying to play Pandora—but the phone has never been an issue. I may look for a newer to me CX-5 just for something new to drive! My step-son may be the lucky one in line to drive the 2014 CX-5 next!
