Communication and appointment setup were very easy and conveniently done through text messages. Did not purchase vehicle from them since asking price for vehicle was way more then it is worth in present condition. They did not want to even negotiate price.

Very low pressure experience purchasing a used car. Perhaps a bit too low. It seems I had to initiate most of the negotiation process.

Christopher Gist is an amazing sales person! I called him on Wednesday, inquired about a particular Tundra. We discussed minor details, the biggest being that I live more than five hours away! He assured me if I wanted the Tundra, I could have it and began working that instant! Not only did I get the truck I wanted, the options I wanted, the financing I wanted, but I also met one of the nicest, most fun salesman I have ever met! I actually had the feeling that me and Chris had been friends for years and he was trying to help me more than anything else! I had had a pretty good experience with the sales team. Very respectful and courteous. I also made an online appointment to fix an issue with my 2016 escape with their service department. It was just a minor issue with a windshield wiper arm(safety issue) . The customer rep said needed to leave my vehicle with them over night and they would get to it later. Their techs were busy all day. This was the second time at a ford dealership they did want to work on my vehicle. First time was last year at another ford dealership. I was taken back by the attitude I felt of we don’t really want to deal with your issues. The QuickLane service people for the oil change was quick and took about an hour or less. They were good . Overall, a good experience but I was surprised I made an appointment for service online and showed up for it on time and it was like Indisnt have a time slotted to work on my vehicle. .

Great to work With, a lot of the pre-work was done the day before and didn’t have. It’s been a lot of time finishing the paperwork very kind.
