Bought used. Did some research on it found out problems with AFM. I installed a tuner and did AFM delete and got rid of the top speed limiter, also set other perimeters to high performance, cold air intake, got rid of vacuum pump for braking and went to intake vacuum for booster did tranny thermostat bypass. also changed intake from 5.3 to 6.2 and changed throttle body. Installed catch can for oil blow by. Installed a throttle control booster, change oil every 3000 miles has 125056 miles got rid of all3 cats and has headers and dual straight pipes. sounds great. hptuners got check engine light off. I have street raced this against Camaros mustangs ect and tear them up. tranny has no issues nor do valves. Have buried the Speedo several times max speed was 152mph going by speedo on tuner display. In a truck ride was smooth handles great. I dog the xxxx out of it and it just takes it. I invite others to race. tag says RUN YOU.

Haven't purchased a new car to me in over 8 years. Searched numerous used car sights looking for a large SUV. Saw a 2015 on their sight on a Thursday, contacted them (Jacob) on Friday. Explained I lived over an hour away and if I drove out to test drive I needed to know my terms and approval prior to leaving my house. Jacob and the finance team gave me an answer within an hour!! I was between a rock and a hard place after my Honda passed away-it drove itself to its demise due to the handbrake not on tight enough. So I had nothing to trade, no leverage. I know Subarus owned many Outbacks and they go forever. The problem is I'm 5' tall and this car is too big for me after the Honda and a Miata I have. I had 2 big dogs and felt the car would be great for a dog owner. Which it is. One dog rode on the back seat (covered) the other had the back to herself. Great for a dog owner. If you need a crate there's plenty of room. This would be a great vehicle for a children or pet family. I only have one 10 yr old dog left and this uses too much gas for me to consider a practical vehicle.

Bought new in 2017, then learned Mitsu as a company was not doing well, thought I made a mistake, now, 5 years later have had zero problems, (I kept up on all maintenance), it is THE best value car I have ever owned. (Hondas, Nissans, Subi, Chevy's). 110k and engine is like new. Roomy, simple, enough clearance for dirt roads here, good on gas, and smooth on hwy. I laugh at the bad reviews. They are flat wrong.

Recall, & routine maintenance, was done. “Check Engine Light” was investigated. No service necessary. Recommended multiple service items totaling well over $1,500. Deferring many of them. The vehicle has been well maintained and cared for and I was a little put off by the items on the list. Most of the previous service was done by a competing Ford dealer and I never got the “empty the checkbook” service recommendations. But what they serviced was done well.

I absolutely love my beautiful Deep Impact Blue 6 Speed Manual 2013 Mustang GT. I've had her going on 10 years now. She's very fast, more so with my Brenspeed 97 Race Tune delivered by my Bama Tuner, 1 7/8 Kooks Long Tube Headers, X-Pipe, fed back to my Flowmaster 40 Outlaw Mufflers, an Airaid Cold Air Intake and in the very near future a Ported 2nd Gen Cobra Jet Intake with N/A Detroit Rocker. We recently purchased a used 2025 Escape, with approximately 13 K miles from Germain Ford. Within a week we discovered a couple of items that needed repair. Additionally, we found that the clear coat on the hood of the car was beginning to peal. From the sales staff (Will) to the service staff (Jessica), they have “bent over backwards”) for us, making the necessary repairs, all to our satisfaction. This is the second vehicle we’ve purchased from Germain Ford and are very pleased!

This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

I have been saving for a new Highlander for 2 years in the color of Ruby Pearl. I went in to order my new SUV and Troy informed my because of the situation stemming from covid it could take up to 6 months to come in. Well he was correct it did take 6 month but I love, love my new Highlander. Troy kept me informed the whole time and even offered me a few other ones that came in, just in case I was tired of waiting. Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

This was a replacement vehicle for a Toyota Camry that was totaled. Bought it, it was 3 years old with 36,032 miles on it. Been rear ended $14,000 in Damages to the rear, there’s only 2 things I would complain about. One getting a replacement Drivers seat has been a problem, I’ve even looked in Auto salvage yards to get a replacement seat, it’s been a headache, and if you do find one you got to give the first 2 numbers of the VIN # so the wiring Harness will work.. if you have the American built version , the Japanese or Korean Version Wiring Harnesses will not work, they will bolt in, but the Harnesses won’t work. Been looking for 3 years for a seat , still can’t find one. I’ve looked in both North & South Carolina for a replacement seat.

I initially leased my Grand Cherokee Limited but ended up buying it outright at lease end. It has been an awesome vehicle for the 6 years I've had it. I have only had two minor things that have needed work, one was AC needed more coolant and leaking rear strut which must be a fairly common issue as my mom's Durango has had the same problem. Super comfortable ride and plenty of room. My only beef is the halogen factory lights are horrendous but swapping the bulbs out for LED made a big difference for under $200. I normally don't keep a vehicle for longer than 2 years, but after 6 I love this vehicle just as much today as did the day I ordered it!

My dream car since a teenager was a grand Cherokee and when I finally got one in 2021, I’ve loved it the same ever since. They are bold in appearance and look like a strong vehicle. I bought used 2021 with 19,000 miles. I now have 53,400 on odometer with no issues or problems. I have replaced tires/rear brakes-normal wear. I had a local Nissan dealership CVT transmission recommended service @ 50,000 miles ( no one else can service) cost $320.00. I have had zero issues thus far. I need to do transfer case/rear serviced at 60,000. I pay for a full service oil change every 5,000 miles which is imperative for vehicle reliability. DO THE SMALL SERVICES !!! the few dollars spent will save you from spending for major repairs later…. My father taught me this. A car is the WORST investment you can make so take care of it. I buy a car and keep til the wheels fall off and love having a reliable vehicle and no car payment.

The Forester is the first SUV I ever owned. It has had a few issues, but the dealership, Kenny Ross in Irwin Pa, has always been top notch in customer service. First issue was the orignal tires went bald after only 10,000 miles. I called Kenny Ross and they said they would contact corporate. Got 4 new tires at no charge. Next issue I did not even know I had. Took it in for an oil change and they tell me I need a new CVT. Didn't know I had a problem. No charge again. Last issue was a radio that kept giving an error message and would not work. Took four visits to isolate the problem, but now have a new radio that brings in more stations. Again for free. Highly recommend the bumper to bumper warranty. Money well spent.

My car was taken in on time for an oil change. Other issues were discovered and noted in great detail that needed attention that I had no idea about. I got a free tire rotation since I had purchased new tires there last year, and I was given a $100 coupon for all of the work that was done. It's good to know that my car is in good hands and gives me peace of mind. I gave my approval for the work to be done and it was done immediately since they had all the needed parts on hand.

I love my low mileage CPO 2020 Altima SV fully loaded well maintained car with only 23K miles. Car gets excellent gas mileage and nice pick up. Beautiful beige protected seat and stony blue metallic with paint protection. Take care of your vehicle and your vehicle will take care of you. Replace CVT fluid every 30K and regular tire or oil changes you will be fine. I’ve had two other Nissans with CVTS with no issues.

I am very pleased with my Rogue. It is a 2019 that I purchased with 13K. I think the styling is very good and the interior is roomy. I'm 6' and my brother is 6-2 and we both have plenty of headroom in the front or the back. The turning radius is very good. Only downside (which I don't care about) is the acceleration is only mediocre. Overall, highly recommended.

Excellent service! I took my certified 2021 CRV recently purchased from Hugh White used lot to have service for auto-idle not working. Turns out battery was bad. There was no charge for service, battery, or diagnostics even though technically I purchased from lot a few months ago.
