I thought I was going to get a lower price for my trade in. Lexus of Fredrick was the first Lexus dealership i have been to that did not low ball me on my trade in. My whole experience with Lexus of Fredrick, was outstanding from beginning to my purchase of a GX-550.. I have gotten three emails and a phone call from employees of this dealership inquiring about my satisfaction with my new vehicle, very impressive.

Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

This is the best retail buying experience my wife and I have ever had. These guys worked their butts off for us and got a better car than we could find anywhere else. We will never go anywhere else.

2002 Honda Accord V-6 EX. Best car I have ever owned. Elderly woman drove it to the grocery store, the Doctor's office and church. It was a garage find in 2017. 15 years old at the time with 22K miles. Everything looked like new. It still smelled new.... 3k dollars and out the door. New tires and off on a road trip to Colorado from South Florida. 107K miles now. Just replaced all brake calipers, rotors and pads. New speed sensor on the trans cured "shift issues". All new tune-up, engine seals including oil pan gasket. EVERYTHING works. LOVE THIS CAR!!

This car is great in every way. Smooth ride and excellent features. Mileage is very good. It is much better than I had thought it would be.

They fixed what was needed and did not “find” extra. They also took extra time to look into a noise I heard. Great service. Will return.

We are in our 70's and wanted a car that had blind spot protection with great window visability, a good sized GPS map, keyless entry, and good fuel economy. Also, it has good space in trunk with fold down rear seats. At 51,000 miles we have had no issues.

They did a great job of helping me find the perfect pick up. Levi spent a lot of time helping me. A very good experience. After the sale, I had a small issue with the battery and they swapped it out for a new one, no questions asked. Great dealership!

This 2021 Nissan Rogue SL is a great car. It is very comfortable and loaded with features. I am very pleased with fuel efficiency. There has been no problems to report since I bought this car.

I first leased my 2018 Hyundai Elantra in 2018 (car was new with less than 50 miles on the odometer). After the lease was up, I opted to purchase the vehicle. It's been great. No major problems. The reason I gave the exterior only 4 stars is that the paint started peeling on the rear bumper (below the license plate) about a year ago. A Hyundai service person explained that the bumpers are plastic (not steel) like the rest of the car and the paint does eventually peel off. Outside of the rear bumper paint problem, this has been an excellent vehicle.

I purchased my new vehicle from Stevinson Lexus of Frederick in Aug 2024. Jodi W. was my sales consultant and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with. She was very professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about Lexus. Since I live almost 60 miles away, Jodi helped me out a lot by negotiating my trade-in value and new vehicle price over the phone. It made the overall purchase process much faster as I was able to get in and out of the dealership under 2 hours. Scott A. was very patient with me. He went over the vehicle with me and helped me set it up the way I wanted it and configured everything to my phone. He was extremely busy and he still made a point to make sure I understood everything I needed to know. The dealership was fair with me on my trade-in. They were transparent with their pricing and did not have any hidden costs that were a surprise to me when I sat down with the finance office. I’ve found other dealerships around the Denver area not so honest and straightforward with me. That’s why I will be referring all my friends and family to Stevinson dealerships and Jodi specifically with Lexus of Frederick. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with the entire team. STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! I love everything about this car! Except the CVT system. It's giving me problems now. Go back to old transmission!! Love these cars though! The CVT tends to break down alot faster than the older normal geared transmissions.

It was worth the drive from Silverthorne to remedy a situation with a used Lexus GX460 that I acquired from WCG. The sales personnel were helpful, courteous, and professional and instilled confidence in me to return for future product and to refer anybody to go there for new or used vehicles and service. Ryan in sales and manager Derek got it done promptly which ended up being a faulty tire causing vibration at high speed. Also an honorable mention to Raul! Thank you all. I love my Altima. It looks good and it handles beautifully. The gas mileage is good, especially on the highway. The car is comfortable, too.

I have had many new vehicles and because of this one I probably won't buy another. This truck (F150 FX4 ) Is the best ever. Drives great, tows perfect and has been very reliable. I bought it as a demo in 2006 and have done a small handful of repairs in that time. 16 years-wow!

I recently bought a 2020 Elantra with very low miles (39k). It looks great, like new, and drives like a large sedan should. And the gas mileage is great! Driving around town yesterday it got 37 mpg in normal traffic, when the spec is 30. And on the freeway I was getting well over 57 mpg on a very slight, non-visible decline at 77 mph. It "feels" comfortable. My only knock so far is the information on the center console could be brighter and I haven't figured out how to make it yet. The owner's manual was not included in the sale.

After a horrid experience at Greeley Subaru that has us audibly growling at every Subaru we see, we ended up at CarMax Loveland. We both worked with Ray, who is so sweet, chill, and fun to work with. We got my husband set up with a beautiful Kia Soul for the price we wanted. Ray put in for a transfer for the vehicle I wanted and sent my trade in to get appraised. CarMax gave me over $3k more for my car than Greeley Subaru was going to! Ray put up with my impatience over the next few days while my Jeep Renegade was brought up to Loveland (it takes a couple days so they can throughly inspect the vehicles). Ray answered all of my questions timely and professionally. I am telling everyone to go see Ray at CarMax. The business center people were all fun and pleasant to work with and seemed to enjoy working there. This was hands down the easiest, least stressful car buying experience we have ever had.

This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

Very responsive handling, which makes it fun to drive. You'll get a sport feel in an SUV. The panoramic sunroof is great for summer evening cruising. Seats are a bit stiff, but you almost don't notice because you're too busy enjoying the interior design.

I did some serious research and decided a Honda Accord Coupe built from 2015 to 2020 with the big V6 was a great car to buy used if I could find one with low enough mileage. I found one in Florida using Carvana that only had 29,600 miles on it. It helped that the car also has about all the neat accessories Honda put on 2016 high end Accords. The car is pretty and quick and comfortable. Three important boxes get checked out front. I love the car.

Zack was great to work with. He listened to what I needed and he worked with the finance department i cant recall the gentlemans name but he worked very hard to get me into a car. And I think I got a good deal! Definitely 5 stars for both of these gentlemen!

Mine is a 2006 4.0 V6 convertible. I am absolutely in love with this car. It was very, very well maintained by the previous owner, and aside from minor paint chipping, looks to be almost brand new. It never fails to turn heads.

I chose this Tiguan as it is large enough for me to carry my skis inside. It is extremely good on gas. It is very quiet on the road handles very well is very comfortable and is loaded with many safety and convenience features that I did not know I would even appreciate. It is very comfortable and enjoyable to drive.
