After test driving this specific Honda CRV model at 4 other dealerships, I was getting annoyed at hearing the same sales tactics and cliches over and over again. By contrast, it was refreshing to meet Victor when my wife and I walked into his office. He was a good listener and paid close attention to my wife's priorities before her test drive. He was also patient in explaining, in layman's terms, some of the advanced safety features this car was equipped with. She was impressed with this CPO car. Victor was able to secure a fair price on a fine vehicle that should last for years. Regal Lakeland will be my first stop when replacing my vehicle next year. As a proud owner of a 2014 Acura RDX, I can confidently say that I have not experienced any malfunctions with my SUV. It has been a reliable and dependable vehicle that has served me well over the years. The comfort level of the interior is something that I particularly enjoy. The seats are comfortable, and the ride is smooth. Even on long drives, I never feel fatigued or uncomfortable. Despite its age, the 2014 Acura RDX is still a competent performer on the highway. I have driven it over 100,000 miles, and it still performs admirably, achieving 30-31 mpg on the highway. The fact that I haven't experienced any malfunctions only adds to my confidence in its reliability. In terms of aesthetics, the exterior and interior of the RDX are okay compared to other SUVs in its class. But, it's not the primary reason I bought this vehicle. My focus was on a reliable and comfortable vehicle, and the RDX has certainly delivered in those areas. Overall, if you're looking for a dependable, comfortable, and practical SUV, I can wholeheartedly recommend the 2014 Acura RDX.

Don’t know why people hate Nissans with CVT. Now that I’ve lived with the CVT with 140,000 miles I know I wouldn’t buy another one, but it’s been just fine, no issues. This isn’t a sporty vehicle but for 8 years and 140k miles it gets the job done every time. I just don’t get the hatred towards these cars. I do have AWD but if I were to do it over I’d drop that option. It’s expensive to maintain and truthfully I don’t go outside when the weather is bad anyway so I doubt the AWD feature has ever engaged, not even once. I plan to keep my vehicle for 10 years then get a minivan.

I've had my Toyota 4Runner for a couple of months now, and have absolutely loved my purchase. I was looking for a car that would be a capable daily driver and in the offroading segments of my driving. I chose the 4Runner for it’s high clearance and decent gas mileage, allowing it to be a good daily driver as well as a capable off-roading vehicle. On my daily commute to and from school, the 4Runner handles it with ease, offering me a comfortable ride. Although, where I really appreciate having my 4Runner most is when I am off adventuring with my friends. It gives me the confidence to explore new areas since I believe my 4Runner can handle any muddy situations I put it into, because the 4Runner is renowned as one of the best cars for offroading. It gives me confidence to explore new areas since I believe my 4Runner can handle any dangerous or muddy situation, which I'm known for doing quite often. The quality of my 4Runner is undeniable since it has held up all of these years. While yes, I have had to replace things like brakes and rotors the main things like the engine and transmission are still running great: 4Runner engines are renowned for lasting up to 400,000 miles! Since this old vehicle lacks modernity, it doesn't have Bluetooth and other amenities; although, my 4Runner's interior is 22 years old, it's in great condition, un-ripped, and is clean! However being an older model, the 4runner does not have as much power as a newer 4Runner since it has a smaller engine; however, the lower price makes the older 4Runner a more enticing deal. This is why I would give this car a 4 stars out of 5. Still for what it offers between a great daily driver and a reliable off-roader the 2002 Toyota 4Runner is a fantastic vehicle I am glad I purchased.

I bought this car brand new in 2012. Paid 17k. Worth every penny. It has 63k miles onit right now. Have never done anything other than change the oil and filter. It runs like it is expected. Slow and easy. You won't win no races with it. But it gets my wife to work with no issues. { 5 miles} Rain or snow. We have taken it on several road trips. Including a couple 1000 plus mile trips. Running wide open the whole way. It has no problem. I am a big guy. Very un comfy in most cars. But this I fall right into it and am able to climb back out with ease. The interior is cloth. Its starting to fade. But still no tears or wear marks. Theres nothing fancy about this car. But my wife loves it.

We bought our 2022 Outlander sport GT in august of 2022… when we compared feature for feature with the other small crossovers, this was our favorite.. it looks nice , has plenty of power and is comfortable on long trips . We took it to the snowy range and it handled the mountains with ease. This is our first brand new car and we are “ seasoned citizens “ So the warranty was also a big selling point . We are super happy with it . Planning on this being tje last car we buy !! I am confident ot will last a long time !

We upgraded our 2015 Quest to a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. We absolutely love it! The car has a great ride, great features, and does great on gas considering it being a big SUV. We have had the pathfinder for almost a year now and we have never had a single mechanical issue with the car except maintenance. If you want a car that lasts forever I recommend buying one!

I first leased my 2018 Hyundai Elantra in 2018 (car was new with less than 50 miles on the odometer). After the lease was up, I opted to purchase the vehicle. It's been great. No major problems. The reason I gave the exterior only 4 stars is that the paint started peeling on the rear bumper (below the license plate) about a year ago. A Hyundai service person explained that the bumpers are plastic (not steel) like the rest of the car and the paint does eventually peel off. Outside of the rear bumper paint problem, this has been an excellent vehicle.

He was able to get me a loaner vehicle for so many weeks was truly a blessing. I think for the most part, I like my car. I have had a couple issues, one of them is probably not the cars fault, (but seeing other people have the same issue, it makes me wonder) I now have 50k miles on it and in that time I have only had to replace the battery and tires, to be expected on a 6 year old car. (and windshield) The windshield is the questionable item. It seemed to crack out of nowhere and I thought I must have gotten a small rock chip while driving down the highway and just didn't see it until it started to crack. So I replaced it at a cost of almost $1000. However, I am on an Outback form and it seems to be a common complaint with outback owners of this year, having the windshield crack out of nowhere. Could it be the frame design? Maybe, but it does seem suspicious that others have had the same issue. One other problem I have had is if I let my car sit unused for like 5 days, the battery goes completely dead. There seems to be a parasitic drain somewhere on the car. It doesn't happen if I drive it every day, but if it sits for about 5 days unused, the battery goes completely dead. I have read it has something to do with the DCS system in the car, but you have to pay the dealer a diagnostic fee to verify. I drive it enough I have not gotten it checked, but next time I am at the dealer I am going to ask them about it.

This so now the 2nd, Mazda 3 I've owned, The first being a 2005 hatchback, this one now the 2010 sedan Overall this car is a great car, in both Mazda 3s I've had now, they've had no major mechanical failures and the work has been routine work, owned the 2005 one for just over three years before it got totaled on an accident back in 2021, the car probably still had another 10 years in it, The 2010 one I have now is the 2nd gen Mazda 3 of course, and its a significant upgrade (excluding it being the sedan instead of the hatchback which does negatively impact storage space) The 2010 Mazda 3 here has great handling, is sporty for it's class, and is very fun to drive, but if you're looking for a car that rides smoothly, this car doesn't, it does have rather stuff suspension. The exterior (in my opinion) is a lot better than it was on the previous body style, I get the "big smiling" front end isn't for everyone but I love the look I did briefly mention storage space earlier for the sedan - the storage space is better than other cars in it's class, and the truck is quite big for a vehicle of it's size, but the opening is small and makes it difficult to fit really any big items in, as for the hatchback, it does fix that issue, I was actually able to fit two full sized bikes inside the vehicle (after putting the back seats down) Although this car does have 1 major issue, The dashboard, Mazda made it out of a rubber plastic material, that when left in the sun, melts and creates a shiney sticky mess that can impact your vision with glare, getting a dash cover at least hides it, but to properly fix it, it requires replacement of the entire dashboard, (which Mazda does not have a tsb or warranty for)

Ordered the truck after selecting from every viable option for the f 150 with Duke's help by patiently answering all my option questions. I had ordered/ bought a new Ford van with Duke 22 years ago and I wanted to buy again from him after being impressed with his salesmanship and customer care. I live part time in Rhode island and Florida but selected Mullinex Ford to buy the truck and flew down to get it when it arrived. The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

I worked with Logan over the phone trying complete the purchase of a pickup they advertised online. He was extremely professional and tried to get me the deal I was looking for, but we couldn't come to terms; not for his lack of trying. He presented their best deal and I chose not to accept it. All in all it was a positive business exchange and I would work with him again if I see another vehicle I'm interested in

I can’t say enough good things about this car!I bought it in 2020 with 45k miles and it was used for two and a half years to get me to school in another town 45-70 miles away, and it kept me safe and performed as good as I could ever ask for. The safety features are the cherry on top and saved me multiple times when merging into other lanes. It has all the bells and whistles- under glow lights, led lights in the front row, Bluetooth connection, and so much more. The car is spacious and has allowed me to drive with multiple people In the car comfortably. The back trunk contains so much space even with the third row seats up. The only issue I have ever had with this vehicle is around 100k miles, the gear shift locked. However, this never affected me and this is something that never needs to be fixed if it doesn’t drive you crazy, and the solution of depressing the gear lock to unlock it while you drive is a simple fix. Overall, this car has been very reliable even at over 110k miles and gives a luxury feel in an affordable vehicle. My favorite car. STOP THE KIA SLANDER!!

I was reviewing dealerships service histories to help a friend, and came upon Lakeland Hyundai and Genesis. I had previously responded to numerous Genesis surveys but never responded to cars.com or other auto website reviewers which caused me to decide to do one for Lakeland Hyundai/Genesis. I have purchased three "Genesis" from now Lakeland Genesis. The first in 2009 was a Genesis under the Hyundai brand. That was eventually traded for a 2015 Hyundai Genesis, which was eventually traded for a 2023 Genesis G80 from their new dealership location. Each newer vehicle was improved from the previous vehicle with newer technology and safety equipment. All were trouble free, very comfortable, well performing, economical vehicles. All the maintenance for all 3 vehicles over 14 years were performed by Lakeland Hyundai/Genesis. The service staff were always pleasant, and the service was performed as expected generally on a timely basis. Although there were a couple of recalls during that period, I had no mechanical problems with any of the 3 vehicles. I did however purchase the extended service plan with each vehicle for the regular maintenance. I did have a question with the recently purchased vehicle service interval of 8000 miles, but they assure me that with the newest synthetic lubricants that has become the standard oil change interval.

Professional and they made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. Service was fabulous also. I drove 3 hours to get here and it was well worth the extra time and money. 8 dealers in my area didn’t know the car or it’s features, and told me that it only came in black or white. There loss.
