Electric range fails wildly to meet performance

Electric range fails wildly to meet performance expectations from the dealer. In summer time i receive about 25 miles however even in mild winter temps (upper 30s to mid 40s) the range drops to well outside of manufacturers range of 22+. Normally i find that with modest driving habits, electric range is 18-20 during this season, a failure in every sense. You are better off spending less and getting a ICE vehicle which runs on fuel only. I brought the car into the dealer who claims “no problem found” and Jeep itself claims this is normal. I will be opening a lemon law claim. The car entertainment system often disconnects from carplay and has to be reset. Overall, comfortable vehicle that fails to meet expectations.
