Overall, outstanding experience. Like nearly any transaction, a minor bump here or there, but Aileen Bell handled the entire transaction like a pro. My second car from Gebhardt and I'd go back for number three.

Aileen was our sales representative and I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. We live about an hour from the dealership and she was very quick to send us photos and videos and answer our questions before we made the trip to the dealership. We brought our 2 young kids and she was so kind to them, further adding to the overall positive experience. She’s followed up 2-3 times since the purchase to ensure our satisfaction. Todd was thorough and efficient when it came time for the financials and paperwork. They were more than fair about our trade-in and working with us on the cost of the vehicle.
