I’ve always been a Gm fan and always owned Silverado’s .
I’ve always been a Gm fan and always owned Silverado’s . After buying a 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500 6.6 v8 gas truck I will never buy another Silverado again. I have a few complaints. The brakes always squeak , the ac blows cool, the truck is under powered and it takes a lot of effort to stop this huge truck . You will think how long Gm has been making vehicles the will get it right . Unfortunately the took a step backwards. They tried to make the truck look like a ford with a goofy grill. When I tow my 8000 pound toy hauler this truck struggles to stay at 65 and the worst is the temperature gauge hangs out over half even in colder climates. I will never buy another Gm truck again . I’ll take my chances with a Ram Cummins. - Does not recommend

Deff tanks take the cake. Junk
Don't buy a new 2020 2500hd diesel endless you want nothing but problems. First can't ploww with it without wind deflectors on plow so you get air to tranny cooler. Second the heater in the deff tank get much current and burn up. Guess what 2 month backorder on parts so truck sits and they chew through deff fluid I used half a tank of deff for 1 night plowing. Chevynfix the issues - Purchased a New car

Best 3/4 ton ever
Have had my Chevrolet for one year and it is without doubt the best I've ever owned. Around town I get 18 mpg and on the road averaging 25 mpg with the Duramax diesel. Can fill up before my long trip and can go almost 600 miles before having to refill. Haul tons of hay constantly and it's like its not even there and the diesel brake makes stopping a breeze. Set cruise control and it will hold that speed up or down hill with the engine brake on. Love it, highly recommend it! - Purchased a New car

Only owned for a month
This truck has the 6.6 gas engines. I Don’t usually tow over 10,000lbs, so it has plenty of power for my needs. I like the size, but parking can sometimes be a challenge. Can’t comment on reliability, but so far I am pleased. - Purchased a New car

If it's not a Chevy truck, Its not a truck
If you want a truck to pull and haul that gets great millage and lasts over 300,000 miles with minimal prepares, buy a Chevy, plus the duromax diesel is the best on the market. I will only buy Chevy trucks for my company. - Purchased a New car

A REAL TRUCK
Great style..6.6 gas motor mpg is actually great considering it performs best with regular 87 octane at 2 bucks a gallon! Coming from a half a truck (2019 f150) it is refreshing to get away from the annoying 10 speed tranny and into a real truck built tough! Very smooth ride..dont be fooled by negative reviews on this 6.6 gas/6 speed set up. It is a great truck..BUILT TO LAST! - Purchased a New car
