Very horrible customer service experience and all their
Very horrible customer service experience and all their dealer branches never care and received the most humiliating customer treatment by endless waiting times. The recalls are endless and repairs take 1 month especially for last repairs for engine and no loaners covered by Toyota to compensate for their malpractice Shame to receive this treatment in USA - Purchased a New car

I purchased a 2024 1794 hybrid, and traded in a 2021 GMC
I purchased a 2024 1794 hybrid, and traded in a 2021 GMC 1500 sierra AT4 , which was a wonderful truck, so just fyi, I am a 73 year old guy that has owned 75 trucks to date, Ford . Chevy. GMC, Ram, and 6 Toyotas, 2 1794, 4 Tacoma, 1 was new. The new Tundra hybrid with 300 miles on it pulled a 15’ trailer with a 16’ inflatable boat, and got 12.8 mpg, the GMC AT4, would have pulled that boat and trailer without wheels back with better mileage, and at 80 mph on 95, you can actually see the hood flexing from the wind, Not saying it’s a bad truck, but 12 months down the road, it will be replaced, with another King Ranch or Danali, I am very skeptical of reliability of the hybrid, it haven’t shown me much to write home about, just an opinion. - Does not recommend

Great truck!
I purchased a 2022 Tundra SR5 with the TRD off road package. BEST truck ever! Great power and gas mileage (22.5) on the highway. I just went over 52k miles and have loved every mile! - Purchased a New car

Quality issues hurt an otherwise nice truck
Known issues with excessive wind noise, tonneau cover, fuel line recall, cruise control and entertainment system that is far from entertaining. Dealer refuses to even acknowledge any of these issues once telling me about the wind noise "The truck is just loud". Interior is nice, but at $60K-$80K it should be so that is not a mark in the truck's favour. If you get a good one you'll likely love it, but if you're like many you'll be looking for another truck soon. - Purchased a New car

Early assessment, very pleased!
So far, an excellent experience. Just shy of 500 miles, and everything is as expected or better. This is my 5th Tundra and ranks in the top 2. Better gas milage, more power. Wonderful additional storage, with the rear under seat storage and ability to store items behind the seat. This was a key reason for going with the non-hybrid engine. Had the hybrid mileage been better, I may have chosen the hybrid and lived without the storage. Sleek styling and an improved ride with the new rear suspension. I am very pleased with this truck. - Purchased a New car

2022 Tundra junk
Had it for two weeks now and it's been back to the dealer for service twice. Passenger side accent LED lighting not working on passenger door. Technician said the connector was never connected at the factory. Driver side Platinum emblem lifting on the leading and trailing edges. Dealer had to order the part. Second trip in because the truck stalled in a parking lot and would not restart. Waited 10 minutes and it did start and made it back to the dealer. The truck displayed no check engine light, so no error code was generated. The dealer has no idea what could have caused this but at least it is documented. I no longer trust this truck which I paid over $66k for and will unload it if it stalls again. This truck took three months to make it to the dealer after assembly and was on a 60 day QC hold? What a joke nothing was looked at obviously. This truck has also already had three safety recalls not a good track record. - Purchased a New car

2022 Tundra. Disappointing!
I’m very disappointed that Toyota would release a brand new design for a Tundra that has terrible wind noise on both the driver’s and passenger sides. I’ve had mine in to the dealership 3 times to find out where it’s coming from & can’t seem to figure it out. I’ve had many Toyota vehicles over the years and this Tundra is the 1st major disappointment because of the wind noise!!! Shameful!!! Other than that the truck is fine. - Purchased a New car

Reduce Engine Power Failure
I owned this vehicle (‘22 Tundra Platinum) for 6 months. Approximately 4200 miles got an “reduce engine power” on the dashboard. Bring it to the dealership and did their evaluation… it was one of the twin turbo. The dealership had it for 2.5 weeks. Also, when you accelerate to about high 60’s low 70’s you will feel the steering shaking. I have owned two other Tundra’s with the 5.7 engines and have had no issues. Toyota are great, dependable vehicles, but they still need to work out the kinks in the 2022 Twin Turbo. - Purchased a New car

Fantastic 2022 Tundra Limited
Love the new styling inside and out. I am getting just over 18mpg in mostly city driving. I have owned this truck for just over two months and would definitely but it again today and from the same dealer. - Purchased a New car
