Owns this car

I used to work at the assembly plant where my new Jeep GC was built. So I really wanted to love my new Jeep. But in just seven months it's already been towed to the dealership, spent almost two weeks at the dealership over two visits due to a dead battery and then a misaligned hood rubbing the fender. I'm now battling with the customer care to get the paint damage from the hood resolved. Overall, it's been an extremely disappointing ownership experience. Keep your sanity and buy Toyota/Lexus/Honda/Acura instead of dealing with this. This Jeep has already been in the shop more than my 10+ year old 4Runner and MDX combined! Jeep leadership should be ashamed of themselves.

Have owned Jeeps for 35 years. This is the most comfortable ever. Altitude 4x2 L, V6, avg. 19-24 MPG. Tow up to 8,000. 6 passenger with 2 fold downs in back. Paid 34k with 18k miles

This is my 2nd Jeep Grand Cherokee (previous one was a 2016), and I absolutely love it. Gives a very smooth ride. The vehicle feels very sturdy and solid, which to me is another plus. Disappointed that it didn't come with a cargo cover though!
