Owns this car

My GV70 has had the transfer case worked on or replaced 3 times. I have since discovered this is an issue all over the country with this car. This car has been in the dealership a total of 4 months. I have been very disappointed in how Genesis has handled this whole issue

Bought this as one of the first gv70 an out. The car is probably one of the nicest cars I’ve owned, I’m 76 so I’ve had a few. Great styling inside and out. Service has been a struggle at some dealers. I have 18,000 miles on the car and so far no complaints

They Just Don't Have it Down Yet

I may be the only person that got rid of the my 2022 GV70 when it was impossible to find maybe 4 months after the purchase. Problems: The navigation system would directed me to places nowhere near my destination. The speed limit onscreen would show speed limits like 87mph in a school school zone (seriously-I took phones). And one of the salesmen told me, "Oh my Honda does that all the time." (Seriously). I also didn't like the gas mileage, the suede seats or frivolous things like the piano music. Also- there were continues problems with the app. And my Iphone had to be wired on a brand new luxury vehicle with a charging pad-useless. One day- the car overheated my Iphone and it was so hot it went black and turned off leaving me with only the Genesis inconsistent nav in an area I was not too familiar with. My biggest problem was the dealership. This is a luxury car that pushed their concierge services-but that was in no way my experience. When they had my car for service- there was never a loaner. They were one of the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Old fashioned shakedown sleaze. And being about 45 minutes from my house-they were not convenient. The one thing I really loved was the birdseye view when parking-a little thing but I really liked it. It was a happy day when I sold that car.
