This would be a great truck if it didn’t shimmy and shake going down the highway. It’s been to 3 different dealerships 9 times to diagnose and fix it and they claim it’s normal. I took it to an independent tire shop and all 4 tires had excessive road force values and 2 needed replaced for excessive out of roundness. I had to pay $800 out of pocket to get a brand new truck to ride smoother. Ford customer care told me that tires on brand new trucks are sold as is with no warranty. The truck still has vibration issues that are 50% better but now the transmissions is starting to clunk and clang in and out of 7th and 3rd gear. I’m sure that’s normal also per Ford spec. Ford customer care and dealer support is horrible. I tried trading in it and disclosed the vibration issues when they asked why it was back to the dealer so many times- after the test drive they weren’t interested… and claimed my truck has serious issues that need fixed by Ford- Too bad Ford dealerships say it’s normal? This has been a nightmare and after this experience I will never consider a Ford again. And I am sure to let everyone know about my experience…
