Telluride nice BUT!!
The telluride is a nice vehicle, not worth the price in my opinion but the biggest disappointment is the poor gas mileage! Would not buy another Telluride. - Purchased a New car

2023 Telluride
I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you. - Purchased a New car

The most uncomfortable seats!
I am shocked at the good reviews for this car. These are the hardest, most uncomfortable seats of any vehicle I have ever owned. I bought a 2023 Kia telluride and took a large loss on it by trading it in a month later because it was so unbelievably uncomfortable. Purchased a 2023 Chevy Traverse instead and the seats are so cushiony and comfortable. Yes the Kia Telluride has a lot more technology but what use is it if you're extremely uncomfortable in the car. The Kia even massages your back every 30 minutes with the lumbar adjuster. You know why? Probably because it needs to because the seats are so uncomfortable! - Purchased a New car

Just what we expected!
We did our research on reliability and affordability with mid-size SUVs. We are a family of 6 with children out of car seats. The car is used for commuting and we put over 18,000 miles on our cars per year. After test-driving four vehicles we set our eyes on the Telluride and waited MONTHS for a model to appear. Purchased the car from Nutley Kia (NJ) and had a wonderful experience with the whole staff. We have had the car for 3 weeks now and realize WHY we fell in love with the vehicle, to begin with. We are thankful for KIa and the dealership we dealt with. - Purchased a New car

2022 SX model is than 2023 X-Line Pro model
I had the 2022 SX model of the Telluride and loved that car, I thought I would get an even better car in the 2023 but I was wrong. I don't like the fact that they took away some of the choices I loved about the 2022. Let's start with the instrument Cluster, In the 2022 you could change the color of the heads-up display but now white is the only color you can get. The 2022 car the car used to beep if you switch lanes without the tun signal and it would try it's best to keep you in your lane. The 2023 car doesn't not, all it does is vibrate and it doesn't even try to switch you back into your lane. Also the interior lights on the door in the dashboard are minimum at best, It's not as vibrant as it used to be. Also the grill is lack luster and I loved the way the lights on the 2022 were, None of this is a knock on the way the car drives tho. It's still smooth tho. I just like the 2022 version better. Hopefully they come out with an update to improve these things. - Purchased a New car

Great Car BUT IT CAN NOT TOW!!
I have 2023 Telluride X-line and it's a great car EXCEPT IT CAN NOT TOW!! So if you want to tow, NO, DO NOT RECCOMMEND. The dealer told me when I bought it ( with $5,000 mark-up - so NOT a great value ) it already came with tow hitch and harness. It did not. And you can not get a 7 pin harness from KIA and after market can not provide either. Have to cancel planned vacation due to this an NOT happy. - Purchased a New car

No Tow Hitch
There is no tow hitch available and no ETA according to Kia Customer Care. They will sing high praises for the 5500lbs tow rating with self leveling suspension and trailer brake control. But won't say anything about the face that there are no factory trailer hitches and no wire harnesses available factory or aftermarket. I just want to haul a bike on my hitch rack. - Purchased a New car

Do not buy if you want to tow
Good ratings but if you are buying it thinking you are going to tow anything, forget it. Notice that none are equipped with a towing hitch? It’s because the Telluride does not have a towing harness and none are available. Aftermarket remedies will void your warranty. Read all that again because your dealer knows about it but won’t tell you. I bought an XPro for the extra towing capacity and still can’t tow. I wrote to Kia and they said no remedy is available. Ride quality is great around town but feels lost on the interstate. Rain sounds like ice hitting the windshield. It’s almost like the glass amplifies sound. Is only peppy in Sport mode but sounds too wound out. Good, solid grocery getter. Fun to drive around town. Not an off road vehicle at all. Good tech and styling (except for the mouth on the front and the ugly silver claddding. - Purchased a New car

Best car I’ve ever owned. Comfort, performance, safety and styling in an affordable package. The ride and handling are great. The tech can be much for someone unused to it, but you learn it quickly. Haven’t driven in the snow yet, but I’m looking forward to it. - Purchased a New car
