(upbeat music) Hi, I'm Patrick Olsen Managing Editor from Cars.com. Now, if you're in the market for a Roadster, [Patrick] but you're looking for something, that's got a little more aggressiveness than a Z4 or a 350Z.
Take a look at the Honda S 2000 CR. The CR edition of the S 2000 has a track tune suspension, and Honda's added some other things or taken away some other things to can make it better for the track, also. It's become lighter. The body is more rigid and it's got a body kit to improve aerodynamics and therefore improve performance. Now getting into the S 2000 (heavy breathing) may not be for everybody. I may not be the target audience as it clearly shows, but once you're into the cabin it is very much of a race car kind of feel. [Patrick] It's got a great shifter with easy throws between gears. [Patrick] Even down to the engine start button, as you might find in a lot of race cars. [Patrick] The CR addition of the S 2000 comes with this black and yellow upholstery. And also comes with detailed stitching on the door, on the steering wheel and on the shifter. In addition to it comes with the aluminum hard top, as opposed to the usual soft top that comes on the S 2000. I know it may come as a shock, but I'm not really the racer kind of guy. So the S 2000 CR edition is really not for me. Now, it's got nice, easy throws in the transmission. It's got great acceleration, but you feel every single bump on the road and in the seat that just sort of has to be sucked in. It's just not my deal. So people younger than me and a few pounds lighter than me, Might have a lot more success of it. But for me, it's the wrong car. <v Woman>For additional information on this car or any other go to cars.com and our blog Kicking Tires.
