With the C Concept, Lincoln offers a scaled-down version of its MKT luxury crossover. The C is based on Ford’s global small-car platform, and it has plenty of features designed to wow show-goers, including a glass roof, floral-pattern upholstery, a flat-screen-equipped dashboard and a steering column that attaches to the bottom of the steering wheel. I wasn’t able to get inside, but the cabin looks fairly spacious — especially when you consider the concept’s small overall size. The way the C is configured leaves little cargo room behind the rear bench seat.
Lincoln doesn’t have anything like the C in its lineup — it doesn’t even have a traditional small luxury car — and the C looks like it would make a promising production car because it offers a unique look combined with fuel-efficient engine technology. More photos below.
