When buying a car, all that haggling can work up quite an appetite. If you’re shopping for a Mercedes-Benz at George Grinzewitsch Jr.’s dealership in Rocklin, Calif., and you’ve just sent the salesman to find a manager, you can have a quick appetizer at the Bistro 33 restaurant that just opened inside the dealership.
The dealership says it’s the nation’s first independently operated restaurant located in an independently operated car dealership.
A dealership with a restaurant is a fine idea as long as you don’t go in to get the ribs and walk out with an unplanned E-Class coupe.
