2013-2015 Lexus Engine Mount Issue

The problem: A whine may emanate from the transfer case under light accleration at speeds from 30 to 50 mph. This may be due to a faulty engine mount and engine mount support member.
Vehicles affected by service bulletin:
- 2013 Lexus GS 350
- 2014 Lexus GS 350
- 2015 Lexus GS 350
- 2014 Lexus IS 250
- 2015 Lexus IS 250
- 2014 Lexus IS 350
- 2015 Lexus IS 350
- 2015 Lexus RC 350
Corrective action: Dealers will replace the engine mount and engine mount support.
Warranty info: This service is being performed free of charge under Lexus’ new-vehicle or extended warranty, whichever applies.
