2013 Toyota RAV4 Video

With the redesigned-for-2013 Toyota RAV4, what the automaker giveth doesn’t quite make up for what it taketh away. On the plus side, the compact crossover has improved ride quality, fuel economy and ease of cargo loading. But Cars.com reviewer Jennifer Geiger couldn’t muster much more than “meh” in the face of subtractions like optional real-leather upholstery for cheesy-looking faux leather, a peppy V-6 for an adequate (read: boring) four-cylinder and a useful, if unpopular, third row. Watch the video and consider whether you’d still opt for the passable RAV4 over likable competitors.
