2014-15 Acura RLX Damper Issue
CARS.COM — Vehicles affected by service bulletin:
- 2014 Acura RLX
- 2015 Acura RLX
Excludes RLX Sport Hybrid.
The problem: A clunk or rattle may be heard from the front of the vehicle when going over bumps or on rough roads. This is due to the front damper having internal valve characteristics that create the noise.
Corrective action: Dealers will replace both front spring/damper assemblies.
Warranty info: This service bulletin will be performed free of charge under the new-vehicle warranty.
