The redesigned Cadillac CTS has high hopes of rising to the challenge of its European luxury rivals. Cars.com reviewer Kelsey Mays says those lofty aspirations mostly pay off as the longer, lighter 2014 luxury sedan delivers flashy new LED-accented exterior styling, sophisticated cabin materials and plenty of excitement from its powertrain lineup.
