The problem: The clock in the instrument cluster may lose a few minutes each week. This may be due to a software problem.
Vehicles affected by service bulletin:
- 2015 BMW 7 Series
- 2016 BMW 7 Series
Corrective action: Dealers will reprogram the software in the instrument cluster.
Warranty info: This service is being performed free of charge under BMW’s limited new-vehicle warranty.
