2015-2016 Chrysler, Fiat, Jeep, Ram Transmission Issue
The problem: Affected vehicles may exhibit rough shift patterns and poor shift quality while driving. This is due to a software glitch in the automatic transmission control module.

- 2016 Jeep Renegade
- 2015 Chrysler 200
- 2016 Chrysler 200
- 2016 Fiat 500X
- 2015 Jeep Cherokee
- 2015 Ram ProMaster City
Equipped with the 948TE nine-speed automatic transmission
Corrective action: Dealers will diagnose the condition, and if confirmed, update the drivetrain control module with a new software program, which eliminates the condition.
Warranty info: This service bulletin is being performed free of charge under the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles limited-new vehicle warranty.
